My favorite part is the interface. It is a visual CRM with easy-to-use functions, such as pipeline templates, nice lead/deals visualization and useful integrations.
Bigin is a simple CRM, and that's that. It will not compare to more advanced CRMs out there, but it goes in the category of simple and limited. Integrations are OK but will always leave you wanting more.
We are using Bigin as a centralized deal and pipeline management. Uncomplicated view of current leads, status, tasks, notes, and so on. We can all manage the views and leads
Covers all essential categories for running and growing a business
a little bit technical... I needed IT to get some things done
Pulling all records needed by Customer Service team into one place... saves time, faster service to our customers
Easy to use. Found the company module doesn't have to be sales specific
Had to contact a representative to assist with dashboard set up,
Bigin is a simple, easy-to-use, online solution for contact management. This is our User Case. We don't need all the other CRM attributes, we can keep these separate by navigating to the Company module and creating our own dashboards. Other CRMs did not have this simple approach or flexibility.
its very easy to use and its easy to manage the sales
ads on can be a problem not all ad ons are avaible
irts solving the problem of managing my sales enquires and can help me increase sales
Very good tool to create a work efficiency enviroment. Very intuitive, strong and responsive interface. I recommend
The support team take a long time to attend the problems.
Resolve the information traceability and assign the task
There are a lot of features involved. Scheduling an event or making notes for each activity is a lifesaver. Also not to forget the different tags to assign for a set of category
Nothing to dislike about currently. Also, it takes time to learn the whole tool because of its vast feature-set.
It helps us to manage each prospect and make sure that we have different filters to rank based on our personalized priority. Mail mapping is also good to track the open status of mails
I have found the CRM very intuitive and easy to you use. It has allowed me to insert fields that other CRMs I tried would not allow which was surprising since it is a basic CRM. It is simple to set up and is suitable for SME businesses.
This is a basic CRM, so if you are looking for a CRM that covers everything, then this is not for you. You can not download reports.
As a small business, I was looking for a simple CRM to track clients, deals and follow up. I did not want to pay for facilities I would not use. This CRM has saved me time as now all my information is in one place.
Bigin by Zoho CRM is a CRM that has a good email feature
Bigin by Zoho CRM is a CRM that does not have a good way to operate on scale
Bigin by Zoho CRM is helping me organize my sales team funnel
its affordable pricing, its appeal UI/UX, and its potential
Zoho in geral is a bit confusing and overwhelming to use
International team memebrs can use and use with ease.
Simple and quick to set up, excellent GUI and uncluttered. Good integration with Google services.
Needs a more generous custom field allowance. Easier integration with other Zoho apps is required as set-up can get bitty and confusing.
Team sharing of email and sales pipe overview.
Ease of use and the dashboard. Tracking and keeping the contacts in loop.
I am evaluating the usage yet. The platform could do better in terms of reports on mass emails.
Keeping the contacts in loop and having everything tracked in real time.
Clear design, mac os app, and many integrations (mailchimp and google, for example). Competitive prices and a free version with only minor cuts. actually, it's all that I need for a start.
Sometimes app on the mac os works slowly. No just-in-time synchronisation.
i had no problem jet.
I'm using it as a market platform to reach potential customer and keep track of the development of communications
I'd like to sync data to crm zoho for task and deals sections
syncronizing with task calendar in google or zoho
Versatility - Many options to customize and can setup many user defined fields
Too many options... Can be overwhelming at first to get through all of them
Keeping track and communicating with all members of our organization
This is a great CRM platform for all companies. No matter if your technical or not, this works.
It could look a little more appealing. It is however very user friendly
None, that I know of.
Centralization of the database, Multiple access to the data, Data updation by multiple users. Much better than Excel.
There are certain features missing & sometimes it takes too long for the pages to get loaded. The data that is ignored and duplicates is not visible.
Effective Database Management. We were able to centralise the data & give multiple access to the data at the same time.
Ease of use. Deal and Lead alignments. Pipeline updates
Lack of new features. Bugs. Lack of proper Support
It allows me to maintain and update potential leads and convert them to clients.
I had always been a big fan of (then) 37Signals' Highrise CRM and had never found anything that quite matched up. A simple CRM for small businesses that just helps collaboration between a few people. So far, Bigin seems to be the closest I've found to that experience and I'm hopefull this will sit in that sweet spot between a manual system (spreadsheet, Trello, etc.) and a full-blown CRM—which are often too feature-loaded or expensive for our needs.
It lacks a bit of UX/UI polish overall when compared to other SaaS products, and unfortunately requests unfettered access to your Gmail account in order to integrate with email. This has stopped me from being able to take advantage of the email integration.
When more than one person is in a team, helps us have a shared view of the current state of our deals/leads. Because it has a sales-specific structure it's a better way to store information when compared to a spreadsheet or generic list/card.
Custom pipeline creation Integration with several other platforms Sharing with other in your organization (or outside)
Not the most intuitive platform I've ever used Sync between desktop & mobile seems slow
Spreadsheets just aren't dynamic enough (without loads of unique coding). Zoho CRM solves that by combining pipepline tracking, contact information & communication channels.
It's fairly easy to use and set up. Also, it tracks email opens.
I wish it integrated lead sources, so I didn't have to manually input.
Keeping track of leads. Storing lead info.
