The solution is very easy for my customers to access even if they have never used Bluejeans before. Bluejeans is super easy to log into and does not require the end user to download any additional software. It was such an easy solution to use for business that I figured I would try it on my family by hosting our Olson 2020 COVID Christmas via Bluejeans. I have relatives who are in their later stages of life that had no problem getting signed into the solution.
I wish Bluejeans was more well known. When I tell customers that I am sending them a Bluejeans invite, most of them have no idea what I am talking about. However, everyone knows what a webinar and Zoom meetings are.
My company is seeing more customers daily because of BlueJeans. I am also able to cover a larger geographic area with customers now since I do not have to be physically in front of them all the time.
How quick it is to start a meeting. The OS integration into mac is wonderful! Having the top menu showing my upcoming meetings and allowing me to go to them with one click is THE BEST
Sometimes the video conferences can be choppy despite the connection speed

It feels bit resource intensive i.e. while utilizing Blue jeans laptop heats up more than while not using the application.
I am a solution architect, communication is key for me to get work done. And stake holders seated all around the world including our esteemed customers. Blue jeans is preferred choice to deliver world class solution to our customers.
Can be used by large groups and Customer Service is excellent.
It takes a little practice, to get used to all it's features.
We have groups upwards of 1,000 (that Teams could not handle) people and Blue Jeans allows us to reach them all at once.
Blue jeans made it easy to video call. The quality of the call was great!
BlueJeans sometimes crashes when there are too many users on it. I also dislike that you are not able to see all of the participants on your all on your screen.

None that immediately jump out - whether laptop or phone app the experience is easy and seamless.
