It was very straight forward. Other recruitment software is ancient and requires the memorization of DOS-like commands. I also thought the report specifications were pretty straight forward and you could narrow down a search quick and easy.
Some of the categories within the candidates were redundant.
I was able to update all of our i-9 forms so that we meant all government criteria.
As a user I find it very easy to access data and pull information in Bullhorn
Reporting: features are a bit limited Also it works only on IE!
I'm using BH ATS. I use is to keep track of my jobs, candidates and pull data to monitor and analyze our success or AOI
Very clean UI. You can do almost everything with Bullhorn. Enter, track, and place candidates. You can add notes, comments, titles, etc. The search feature works extremely smoothly. It is pretty fast but does have a some bugs.
It does freeze sometimes. You have to exit the Calendar tab or you will lose your cursor. Not that this is very important but the color scheme could use some updating.
I would say a problem is in the search feature it should be a little more easier to see the candidates profiles and when you are scrolling it randomly bumps up alot of the candidates so you lose your place when scrolling through the search results. Everything is pretty easy to use and it is very beneficial in recruiting!

Integration is good and easy. Calling app integration is good. Also sync of database is more faster than any other ATS. Easy to use and friendly UI.
It get logged out every 30 minutes. Take sometime to login again. Also its customer support is not that good.

I love how organized everything is on Bullhorn. When I need to pull up some information on someone's profile, all the information is very assessable and easy to see!
Sometimes it takes a long time to load a person's profile page, or it takes a while to view a file. If the processing rate was improved to be faster, it would help a lot of people!
Bullhorn is working on making profile processing rates to be faster, and this is allowing me to be able to be more efficient in my time used at work and increased productivity!
It allows me to see candidate profiles easily and email through mass emailing. I like the configurations to fit our companys needs.
We have not figured out a good reporting system. I also wish we could email from the tasks instead of the candidate list.

Bullhorn CRM and ATS are time-keeping. It also has website accessibility. Their customer assistance is also up to the mark. Client tracking is easy and convenient.
The application function is one of the weak points. It does not integrate with much software. Search capabilities/ algorithm is in need of a lot of focused work.
Helps us to track all of the activity of our recruitment associates and heads and sales executives. can store all of our current and old client data and client history. Database on candidates allows us to store and search for relevant candidates.
The ease of finding the content I need is exceptional. In my job I'm always searching for niche profiles; this would be impossible if bullhorn didn't have several key filters and the ability to run boolean searches at ease.
Sometimes it runs quite slowly, but overall there isn't anything to complain about with bullhorn. If I had to improve one thing, I'd say it's not easy to undo mistakes in scheduling etc.
Recruitment solutions. Bullhorn makes it easy to message several thousand candidates that would take me years to get through if I didn't have this tool. Bullhorn allows me to schedule and manage my time most effectively.
I like how you can drag a resume from any job board or wherever and it uploads and parses all the information
It is a little hard to navigate at first and could be more sales-oriented for Account management purposes and integrate with more things but overall good ATS

Customizable Fields allows you to make the system specific to you and your process. Making the system user friendly and removing the clutter, recruiters are more efficient and confident.
BTE and Bullhorn One field interactions. The two systems do not communicate effectively and cause extra steps to ensure a clean design.

CRM related problems and ATS
I like the interface and the ease of use from going from one record to another or one type or record to another type. This is the biggest one for me. It looks great and they’ve done a good job with this in my opinion.
I dislike how it feels so clunky sometimes. I really feel they could have made the system work even better and even quicker. The time it takes to open multiple tabs and how there is a “Close all tabs” button near the bottom really annoys me!
Sometimes our issue is opening multiple client and candidate records at the same time and being able to track the specific CV submissions. By using Bullhorn we are able to track them explicitly and follow the journey from prescreen to client submission and to hopefully a placement.
Fully integrated with email and social media. Very user friendly.
There is freezing issues and glitches. Needs more updates for fixes.
Candidate and client management
It's super easy to create tearsheets that allow me to track candidates who are qualified in specific areas. The "recruiter report" which tracks my goals is great and easy to understand. Taking notes and updating files is user-friendly.
Bullhorn slows down often. It would be beneficial for Bullhorn to retrieve resumes from my companies website/LinkedIn. Other ATS systems such as eRecruit did that and it was a time-saver. Also, it would be nice if I could publish job postings and not only my boss, would be beneficial.
Problem Solving: My boss reaches out to her Bullhorn POC and typically, they are responsive. If Bullhorn slows down, all I can do is refresh or wait for Bullhorn to start running properly. Benefits: Very user-friendly system.
Bullhorn can be designed to fit your business needs and is easily managed through the admin portal. Great functionality for staffing organizations to use for housing consultant information.
Platform support and resources are difficult to access and do not always create a clear understanding of how to use the platform.
It is a great ATS for external candidates, but we've had difficulty using it for internal candidate management.
It is very easy to find and add companies and contacts to the system and too add notes to update the system. The diary encourages users to be organised with dates or it will get out of hand. There is also useful graphs and features that allow you to find out local companies, KPI's etc. You can also alter your prospect lists to only include contacts that you need to contact to save time.
If not trained properly on the system, it could be easy to miss features and get the most out of the appliance and if you are not organised (not all people are) then the diary can become unmanageable and information could be lost.
It is a great place to make note of call notes, clients and potential prospects all in one place. Very organised system and the staff who came in are very helpful.
For staffing industry it is the best field. The app is useful in recruitment process. It is providing features in a very unique way but with simple interface. You will not get caught if you are new to the app. It will help in getting the recruitment process fast and easy.
The app includes certain updates about the data that we put in to it. These updates sometimes become slow and make the recruitment process a little bit complicated. This is the only problem that users often face while inserting data into the app.

Bullhorn is one of the best recruiting tools since it filter out the right resumes with the right keywords. The most amazing feature is the mass email as it allows you to gather the right candidates and add them in a Tearsheet after which a mass email could be sent to all of them at once saving the time and effort. It keeps track of where everyone is in the process.
There are lots of unnecessary tools which makes the screen looks cluttered sometimes. If you are looking for ease, go somewhere else because the candidate search function can be a quite challenging at times. Guidelines should be uploaded for new features or else it does take some time to adapt.
If you are into recruitment, it is an amazing tool to get, with all the features as it filters out the right candidates. It has a great customer support team to answer your queries. It is a good platform to keep track of the candidates and great for keeping notes regarding candidates as it tells exactly where at what stage you are with them.
