The platform is very easy to use, especially when onboarding a large amount of sales members. The customer support is real and fantastic. They have helped me solve many of my Close discrepancies and taught me along the way with Loom Videos...which is fantastic! Close is honestly made the way it should be, and hired the people they needed to make the platform a smooth experience.
The only thing I dislike about Close is the lack of two features: 1. No single sign on - this makes it hard for 3rd party companies to gain access to close's software to create more custom platforms for your business. 2. The lack of mass applying custom status' to the inbox. If these two were completed, the platform would be 100/100. Right now its 99.99/100. Its two small features.
Close without a doubt keeps me and my team more organized when outreaching to clients. On top of this, the platform is extremely easy to use, so it is almost incentivizing to use it over your own personal company softwares.
Close is incredibly easy to use, and I love their stellar support. They even helped me with migration from our old CRM, which is usually a headache.
In some instances, I was missing an error pop-up (e.g. why the contact was not enrolled in a sequence).

The most helpful part of using close is the simplicity of the layout. It is super easy to use and understand.
The downfall is that not many users can use the system without it being interrupted.

Love the snappiness of the CRM and the ability to customize workflows using Zapier highly. Their team is excellent to work with. The calling and SMS is flawless, and the automations we've built work wonderfully. I couldn't pry it out of my sales team's hands if I tried. We have entirely done away with work phones because of Close.
There is room for improvement on the reporting side of things, and our developers have had challenges on occasion with some of their API work integrating with close. Everything works, but some of the API integration pieces have been tough.
They've been prompt to solve most any problems I've thrown their way. Their support team's knowledge and ability is excellent - they've created several custom solutions that all worked flawlessly.
A friend of mine once said: "the most important thing about a CRM is that you should enjoy using it". I love using Close. The UI is the simplest I have ever seen, and the customer service is top-notch.
If I had to pick one thing, it would be that you can't yet include tasks on the sequences. However, that would be on the level of SalesLoft!
Everything is in the same place. I love the call integration and the sequences together.
Close is not a clunky CRM like Hubspot or Salesforce. Getting insights, building new projects, and team management are way faster and easier to use. The support is world-class as well. Typically I am hesitant to email any tech support team and instead try to find solutions on my own because support is usually so slow. With Close the support team, my questions are always answered in less than 30 minutes.
I wish there were more automation capabilities inside of Close, but I understand the platform is still relatively young. That said, I build everything inside Zapier and the integrations and ease of use there are phenomenal.
Managing remote sales teams has never been easier for me. I used to run all of my operations off google sheets, which would not give me the insights I needed and provided for lengthy build times whenever I wanted to change my processes. Close solves all of these issues for me.
Close not only has the best Support system with their CRM, but the leaders and everyone is so helpful with using Close. Close is extremely easy and efficient to use and is always improving their processes as well.
Honestly, nothing! Once you learn how to use it, it is extremely user friendly and has helped streamline our systems and operations effectively.

I have so much more visibility into my organization now and we will be able to move people through the funnel.

The facility to use the platform. Everything is very intuitive for you to figure out how Close works. Also, the information that contains is more organized than on others platforms.
Sometimes when you try to filter your data, is a little hard since Close has TOO many filters. Some of them have the same name but they are different from each other.
The principal problem that I solve is the communication between prospects and the emails that I and my team send. Also is a very good tool to see your progress and your team too.
It's simple to implement and yet powerful with the correct integrations. The support is second to none. They are responsive and rarely have downtime.
The reporting options are somewhat limited.

I cant find much I don't like yet. So far we have not found any issues that stop our process that has not already been instructed by their incredible support. We had an issue with automating SMS, and Pedro knocked it out of the park by creating me a personalized 5 minute instructional video on step by step how to create the solution we thought was missing. A++++++ all around.
