The Liquid integration between Drip and Shopify are not always in sync like I would like them to be. Some fields that are supposed to be available just are not.

Drip integrates seamlessly with my choice of lead forms and various other integrations such as Zapier and Bonjoro. I love that I can have several emails lists under my account and toggle between them too. overall my whole experience has been positive.

There isn’t anything I dislike about drip. The price jump between tier one (49$) and tier two (122$) is pretty steep which.

My open rates have increased dramatically with drip. From 13% to over 40% and find that I can set up complex workflows so easily and seamlessly.

The system has many integrations but they have the BEST customer service. The Drip system easy to use and customer support is amazing. You will never be lost with drip beacuse help is always one chat away.

It has issues working on Firefox. I wish that the integration for Facebook was a bit easier to add accounts to.

We completely built our system around drip which has allowed for fully customisable user journeys which is so great.

The first thing is the visual aspect of drip, it takes a little bit of time to get used to it, but once you understand the concept, it's by far superior to anything on the market. The concept "If this" "then that" is so powerful because you can customise your campaigns. If you can think it then you can build it, using tags, rules and workflows which is Drips automation. This is a very powerful email delivery system that is the best system currently in the market.

I do dislike that there is no phone helpline because Drip can get complicate, it's sometimes hard to explain in writing issues if you could talk to someone, I think problems would be resolved quickly.There's not a lot to dislike. If there was anything, it can sometimes get a little confusing inside of Drip, because of just how much information and stats you can collect. I am finding it hard to write a dislike. It is a little expensive.

Integrations with my Shopify store is so powerful. This is saving on time because of the power of Dynamic emailing.

Drip is user friendly but very powerful. There are features the big players like Salesforce and Selligent don’t have (or extremely complicated to accomplish). It’s great that Drip has user friendly options for the less technical users, but also have developer minded tools and options that are necessary for more complex use cases.

Analytics is a little bit basic. The clickrate is based on the entire send group, should only be calculated on the opens (CTR). Also, it’s hard to quickly analyze which content block was the most popular or which button was clicked on most, because there isn’t any visual overlay like a heat map, something which in other ESP’s is normal.

Love that you can use JASON files to generate unique content per user. This is a very powerful feature which is even hard to achieve with much more expensive tools.

It's easy to get to grips to, makes sense and hammers every other ESP out there.

The massive switch to focusing on ecommerce - it still works for us and is obviously a strategic direction they're going in, but it feels like they might leave us behind in the future.

I was looking for a CRM for my wholesale business and found soooo much more. I can even use DRIP for the retail end of my business as well for all things marketing and CRM.

Adding contacts manually is a little clunky.

Everything was very simple and clean. Super straight forward to use. And I know there is a lot of potential and usage for more indepth marketing needs. But incredibly easy for beginners, as that is where I am now.

The price is higher than other options. The price point could be lower.

We have been working with Drip already a year so its hard to remember, but he good thing is,Drip have wonderful professional support.

I used Mailchimp before switching to Drip. Drip has much better options to set up automated workflows. I like the new text editor, too.

There's always space for improvement, but I cannot say I dislike any particular feature. It does what it's supposed to do for me, great value for money.

The documentation is good and Drip taught us what we needed to know over many months. The Drip team is invested in our success and is always available to help and advise on whatever we need. We are especially impressed with the power and simplicity of Drip's automation tools. The Drip team introduced us to these tools, taught us how to use them, and has helped us optimize over the past year. These automations drive significant revenue. We also love the reporting and analytics, which give us a complete picture of our email marketing efforts.

Many features we want are still being developed. We can do everything we need to do, but we know there is more coming. There are now entire feature sets that did not exist when we started a year ago. The Visual Builder has been great for us, but it did not exist when we started. There is decent functionality for A/B testing, but we know there will be more in the future.

There is a learning curve absolutely, but once you know how it works, you're golden.

Marketing efficiently based on data has not always been our strong suit, with drip they do a lot of the work for us.

I love the Drip flowchart system for creating email campaigns and funnels and all the options using the different segmentations.

I wish it were a hot tick easier to set up, I'm still struggling with the learning curve. There is just a lot one can do with this and I feel a bit overwhelmed.

I want to add tags and labels to my mailing list base, and this easily allows for that and to incorporate it into your funnel.

If you're looking for a simple platform that's easy to get up and running, Drip is it. There are templates and tools to get your first drip campaign started within a few hours. Also, their chat support was immensely helpful throughout my usage.

Drip is designed for a fairly simple layout and doesn't allow for a ton of customization. There's no email builder drag and drop tool. That said, my Drip emails had way better open rates than drag and drop tools.

I can easily onboard new clients and seamlessly move them from one email series (campaign) to another. As a marketer, I LOVE the fact that I can easily compose a follow up series for a client without having to learn their email software...I can simply add an account for them in DRIP!!!

It's simple to use with more advanced features available if needed. The workflows and rules are intuitive and allow a huge amount of control over actions based on subscriber activity. The customer support is exceptional and a pleasure to deal with.
