I like that the interface is easy to use and understand. It makes sense immediately after logging in and is very intuitive. I also like that there is a phone system and that it integrates all your call and email information automatically into the CRM.
The font is a little hard to read and is especially small, making it a bit difficult to be able to see things. Sometimes we have forgotten to save notes in records because the letters are so small. I also don't like that it creates leads automatically from emails because it creates a lot of incorrect leads.

This tool is great for every marketing specialist to use, as it allows you to get full information about the company's potential customers, the software is very easy to use, which is a great thing to allow people to get the most out of it. With this service you can provide customers a completely personalized attention so they can get a very good experience, the platform has special features that allows you to measure the score of each customer, channel sales, reports with amazing accuracy, is available for mobile phones, I sincerely dare to define this service as extremely agile because it allows people to achieve a lot of objectives.
Its analysis function works very slowly when processing large amounts of data and often this causes great loss of time for users who use the software, I would like to see improvements in the future to avoid having problems with this function. Among other things, I can say that this service is very good and this is the only weakness I have managed to observe so far.

If you are a small business, this is the best CRM you can find. It’s easy to set up and to get moving quickly. You can set up your dialing directly from within the CRM and track sales pipeline, phone calls, email contact, and more.
There are not as many features as other CRMs, but those features also do come with a price since Freshsales is not as expensive as other options.

This CRM is easy to set up. It seems to work right out of the box without a ton of work in setting up. This makes bringing on the team to it a bit easier.
Pricing is confusing with all the different charges. You get charged per user per month, then per user per month for other integrations, and per phone number, as well as minutes, etc. Very confusing and hard to tell true cost.

interface is awesome. everything makes sense with one glance and coming in with no experience you can visualize how the crm works and the pipeline flow. very easy to make calls right from the CRM itself and you can enter notes while you are making the call. email integration with gmail is awesome, you can send and receive emails right from the CRM.
a bit difficult to set up and customize. customization options are there, but it takes a bit to work everything out and customize it exactly as you need.

Freshsales is a lighweight and easy to use solution for a CRM. If you want to get things up and running pretty easy, this is a great option. When looking to set up a CRM we needed a solution that could be implemented as quickly as possible, and this is why we ended up deciding on this option for a CRM. Customization options are helpful and useful.
free plan does not have a lot of options so you likely need paid plan to be able to do anything useful with the software, but they do offer a free trial.

Great pricing point and affordable to small start-up. Very user-friendly and easy to learn. I'm able to achieve most automation tasks like creating a email journey and also creating different lists within the journey.Setting up heatmaps, session recordings and all of these features includes a detail reports that gives you great insights and help you make data-driven decisions.
Their customer support can be slow. And since they're just starting some of the integration with freshsales are still work in progress. Things like being able to import and export certain contacts are not available ATM.
I'm able to increase my conversion rate of different landing page through heatmaps and session recording. Also able to test out different creatives and content through A/B testing.
The customer service of Freshsales is what stood out to me when first beginning the service. From there, it has easy customization and helps keep all of my contacts organized.
When they add new features, I am not able to opt out of them. Example, "Freddy's Insights", it adds an extra step for me by having to click out of that before I can see all of my notes for a client.

Ease of use, simply navigation, without numerous unnecessary and rarely used features. It allows our company to track leads, with flexibility to create fields to track as we need.
The reporting functionality is lacking. Not the most intuitive, but the biggest is is there isn't an easy way to fully automate exporting data into external reporting dashboards without building a solution through the API.

not that much I didn't like. Maybe the fact that connexion with Gmail wasn't working that well two years ago when I was using it. it could be nice to have other possibilities such as create and send a newsletter from the CRM
