The best part is all my leads are at one place and the pipeline is easy to work on. its easy to track on lead and the status makes it easier in the future to recall the requirement or weather it's HOT/Suspect.

it has made me more organised where I'm aware of all my potential leads and easier to convert with a robust pipeline.
This is my first CRM and so far the learning curve has been very easy, but it's clearly powerful software. I'm excited about how it's getting years of clients organized and in to a process to help grow my business.
None so far except in my case I have multiple Freshworks accounts so I have to log in and out of them sometimes.I wish there was one login for multiple accounts/products.
I'm still pretty new to using it, but already I have started organizing and reaching out to old clients and refreshing the relationships. The Lead Score will help me focus on the warmer leads.
The fact that you can put call logs, check when emails are read and opened. Everything is super streamlined, headache-free and straight simple to use. Way better than the old fashioned way of doing things. Freshsales is my secret weapon, and I use it proudly. The mobile interface is also really user-friendly and easy to use
Allow us to set up reminders/appointments openly at every minute of the day rather than only 10-15 minute marks. Add a To-Do list or Priority List Once someone takes notes in the Call Logs, make it so that it opens in a section with all the previously opened and taken call logs.
Faster and simple straight forward to use software which makes life easier in the sales world. It also lets you work smarter and more efficiently compared to the normal way of doing things.
Of the CRM systems I have previously used which include SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics and Really Simple Systems I enjoy using Freshsales most because everything works how you want it to work. Freshsales listened to us throughout the trial period and extended to give us enough time to fully evaluate the system to ensure it met our needs before selection. Their people were so helpful in answering questions we had and their pricing was perfect for us.
There is nothing that we have found so far.
The fact that it is so integratable with our other systems including Microsoft Teams and our Accounting Software Xero are making things simpler. Because the Freshsales system is so adaptable it is removing the need for the old ways we used to do things.
The UI is not complex, so it can be easily used. For the leadership and development of our data base as an office, the converting system into clients works excellently. Also, the integrations are working very well with Office 365 calendars, where contacts and emails are automatically synchronized in both directions. It has a structure that is very simple to use and an outstanding customer service team.
I would like to have more room to contribute research and accounts notes to keep more information. For example, it just states that the prospective client has copied a connection at present, but I would want to understand which connection was copied when there are various connections.
In my company, Freshsales is used to track our organization's sales and monitoring operations. In offers some great tools that allows us to check status of the leaders and check the additional team tasks. Besides, Freshsales is very simple to use and it keeps all the data is in one single place.
It keeps you really organized. Nothing slips through the cracks.

well i wish everything would go straight to the deal stage, converting leads takes for ever unlike just moving it on the deal stage.
Well i can keep track of duplicate leads, i also use the platform as communication instead of going on my email, the bulk is the best, with the easily included templates. reminders are easy to do for me.
Freshsales is very simple to use and I love that it integrates with everything I need and if it does not it is easily linked with Zapier. The snippet code that you can put on the website that tracks movement and form fills is brilliant. All in all, it is the perfect solution.
There is nothing that I dislike. Some things I could not work out and when I reached out for support it was always there.
The deal management and the leads to contacts is so useful. I like the separation so that I can clearly determine who my hot leads are.
Freshsales is extremely flexible in terms of customization. I have looked across multiple offerings with all the other big and some small names out there. Freshsales has provided me with a solution that I can now role out to the rest of the team and a cost-effective price. Also, in my industry, compliance & regulation is exceptionally important. Freshsales allows me to build in any check I want, and to provide any report I might need from an auditing perspective. Also, something interesting here is the fact that Freshsales tracks emails quite well. The other CRM I was using was basically an all or nothing approach to how the tracking worked. Freshsales gave me the opportunity to customize this to the way I wanted it to work.
The support team on the smaller plans (i.e. non dedicated support) is not lighting fast and seems to be closed over the weekends. However, I don't see this as too much of a negative and is the only thing I can think of in terms of dislikes.
Problems solved: compliance rules, audit reports, deal/compliance alignment to name a few. Benefits realised: time can now be spent on selling and servicing, nothing is missed on a deal now, integrations with Zapier, client capturing is easier now. Not sure where to stop here, but the benefits have been humongous.
