HostGator is the first brand I have used to buy VPS in India location, their cloud VPS is just awesome, the speed is lighning fast and the backend Team is just fabulous in handeling the backed system. Awesome Customer Support, more features and easy to manage and impelement

The cost if little high comrative to the market, you can can get the same service at lower cost but again the HostGator quality is just awesome

The support is mainly great and you get your queries answered very effectively. The pricing is also very competitive when compared with other services. Also we never had any major downtime.

The frequent pitch from sales team for upselling sometimes feels annoying. But product wise there wasn't anything that we disliked

The uptime is good and we didn't have to worry about technical side of running website. The other benefits of having great support team will help you concentrate on business and need not worry about these issues
