I love being able to manage my entire web presence and all my marketing assets under one "roof," from my website, to social media, to emails, to lead capture forms, to contact management, to marketing automation--its all there.
Frequent interface upgrades can sometime make it difficult to track down my favorite tools.
Converting web traffic to leads, Nurturing leads, and showing ROI for marketing efforts. HubSpots visibility into pretty much every facet of our web marketing efforts allows us to see whats converting, whats not, and to course correct. Best of all, we are able to quantify successes and prove the ROI for our marketing dollars and efforts.
I loved how easy it was to create branded templates and make sure our inbound and outbound marketing materials were unified. Hubspot also has a really fabulous support team that's incredibly responsive and goes the extra mile to help our team succeed.
It was sometimes tough to navigate through the design manager and the page builder when you're trying to debug an issue on a landing page or email. simplifying the custom code section might help that.
We chose hubspot because we wanted a more seamless integration with our salesforce and a better lead scoring process. hubspot has definitely helped us reach those goals - and our entire team has a more efficient workflow because of it.
I have been using Hubspot since 2013 and can honestly say that Im excited to see what new features they will add. They have continuously listened to their users and improved their product. I think their workflow for emails and other triggers is the easiest I have ever used.
I wish their export capabilities would improve but its not too much of a blocker.
Automating any and everything through Hubspot is the best. You can save so much time being able to set and forget things in Hubspot and really easily see if something is going wrong. I have used every part of Hubspot over the past 5 years from sales to email marketing and social to hosting a website and I am happy with each in its own way.
So much to mention, but if I had to concise to two it would be the following: 1. Evolving platform. Never resting on past success and constantly creating technology responding to our agency needs for how dynamic consumerism has become. 2. Incredible Support. From our channel consultant (she rocks) to our Channel Manager (always find a way to help us on-board new clients at the business development level) the support is second to none.
What makes HubSpot great is also it's biggest opportunity. The technology evolves SO MUCH that pricing/licensing is adjusted accordingly. This becomes a constant learning process and has to be constantly monitored in order to continue giving correct licensing/pricing information to our clients.
All of our growth strategies are pillared on HubSpot technology - from content strategies to social media postings. HubSpot truly allows us to have a blended offering combining technology and human behavior.
HubSpot is always improving and offering support and advice to help marketers improve as well. HubSpot values the fact that by improving marketers, their platform will perform its best. The platform is constantly making improvements and staying on the cutting edge of marketing techniques. The platform is easy to use for users. A large amount of support material in the HubSpot Academy ensures users have all the information needed to make valuable marketing material efficiently.
Although support is always available, the support team relies heavily on the HubSpot Academy (Which is available through any HubSpot question Google search). Before I reach out to support, I Google my question as well, it can be frustrating to have the same article I just read that did not solve my problem sent back to me. The website tools are easy for less technical users but this leads to limited possibilities for more advanced customizations. Lastly, the emails cookie users, this can be a great asset in tracking users across devices however, this causes issues when contacts forward emails and then have multiple emails/names associated with the same cookied user.
Marketing automation is the primary purpose of my HubSpot use. HubSpot has been critical in enabling my clients to create emails quickly, sort email list effectively, and manage workflows comfortably. The free CRM alone offers many benefits but the additional marketing, sales, and service tools enable companies of all sizes to increase their marketing efforts without the need for constant updates and individual emails.
Hubspot offers a plethora of features great for business. The CRM is easily adaptable for our companies needs, The blog feature is used for three of our companies blogs, and the support they offer is great and fast.
There are certain coding aspects of hubspot that can be hard to utilize with our backend.
Hubspot helps to tie all of our sales reps together under a great platform and has great social media options for our company as well.
HubSpot CMS Hub is awesome for automating marketing tasks and making things easier for us. It's packed with useful info, and their support team is really helpful if we run into any problems. I love how it integrates with social media, saving us time and effort. The preview feature in the design manager is a game-changer, ensuring our content looks great on any device.
The only downside is that some advanced features can be pricey to add on. We also encounter small bugs occasionally, but they don't usually cause big issues. Integrating with certain other tools can be a bit tricky too.
HubSpot CMS Hub is solving a lot of our marketing headaches. It helps us automate tasks, so we save time and effort. With its social media integration, we can reach more people easily. The smart content feature is a big help too, as it tailors our content to different locations, making it more relevant to our audience. Overall, it's making our marketing more effective and efficient.
There are myriads of options out there when it comes to CMS for B2B companies, however, Hubspot is the only one that brings marketing automation and content management system functionality under one hood. The site builder interface is very intuitive and a pleasure to work with. There are countless themes to choose from on the Hubspot Marketplace (some are even free). We were able to find the perfect theme for our business, and configure it for our brand in a matter of days. As a marketing manager, I was to build and maintain our website without having to hire a developer. Most themes also come with matching email templates, which ensures brand consistency and deliver a wow effect to your marketing.
Hubspot's lacks a bit of flexibility when it comes to styling forms. You will need to have a developer on staff or hire a freelancer to style the forms to match your site or landing page.
Hubspot has allowed us to automate all of our marketing in one cohesive platform. Instead of having to rely on separate tools for every aspect of our marketing (email, website, campaigns, project management), Hubspot brings everything under one roof which saves time and money. The other benefit of having all your marketing in one platform is the ability to track customer behavior across every channel (email, website, campaigns, project management) effortlessly - something no other platform currently does.
The platform is a great tool for us to manage our customer data; it's easy to use and implement. Having many app integrations is also another bonus. Especially noteworthy is the customer support team. They are really supportive and provide quick responses.
So far nothing I don't like about Hubspot
Manage customer data and CMS
Hubspot helps in tracking the deal stages more efficiently. You have options for the automation of workflows, for setting tasks, etc. The dashboard in HubSpot is handy when you want to glance at the sales & marketing leads and their status.
We cannot do that when it comes to editing Hubspot's default properties. The navigation from contacts to creating quotations can be improved. The line item properties, like the unit price, should be customizable.
It helps divert contact quickly with the help of workflow automation. It becomes easy to track the deal stages and also easy to prepare reports that are required to get insights into sales.
Custom templates, landing pages, AI integrations. The interface is user friendly and it makes creating new webpages and landing pages pretty easy. The SEO recommendations are also useful to make sure all the basic best practices are there before you publish.
If you don't know basic coding you'll need to use some more limited pre-built templates. It makes it harder to differenciate your brand.
Fully integrated customer/lead journey. Allows me to have a complete vision on the leads' first visit to MQL.
I like how fast and easy it is to build website pages and landing pages, especially with our theme modules and brand settings.
Sometimes the blog formatting can be tedious.
We currently have multiple websites to manage, which is challenging from a branding and content standpoint. HubSpot has made it much easier and faster to build and update our websites as needed.
The use of Themes make it very easy to create website, pages and now share modules between pages makes it even easier.
Still find it a bit quirky makeing section selections at time.
Multiple websites using Business Units, different branding/corporate identity. 5 sites using HubSpot CMS
I like the ease of use. The functionality works great and it is easy to pick up and teach others how to use.
I like everything about HubSpot. It is the best CMS on the market.
HubSpot provides us with accurate follow up times - making sure all of our contract renewls go smoothly.
Ease of use and onboarding new team members onto using the platform. Lots of templates and features to make new site implementation go smoothly. Training and support is also huge.
Nothing to think of. Great experience so far.
Great tools to easily migrate and build a new website for our team.
HubSpot CMS is easy to use, and you don't need to be a web expert. Always finding new options and additions.
Sometimes the platform is a little too restrictive.
CMS Hub is where we host our corporate website. It is a massive improvement over our previous hosting service.
personalize content using the crm data and tailor the user expirience; fast implementation and easy to use graphical interface to build but also support for advanced custom blocks
the fact that sometimes is pretty messy when you try to develop in local environment instead of directly doing that via web UI and the lack of a real integration with FE frameworks
Build a website fast and integrate it with the other hubspot services without going too crazy
The Hubspot CMS hub makes it easy to use and edit webpages, emails.
Some advanced features not available. A mobile app version would be a huge plus.
