It's very easy to use and navigate between different parts of the tool.
There's not much to dislike - maybe a little more automation with workflows could help.
It's helping me increase my prospecting outreach and generate data on my outreach.
maintains the data easily, like communicating via emails, scheduling, tracking emails, and managing various contacts for future communications. Apart from this it is quite easy to use and implement.
the technical glitch occurs sometimes, but eventually the support system is bit easier to reach and they guys help fortunately. And yes, sometimes it hampers via hanging in between but will work if used with ease.
It provides like better working with various departments for managing in-bound and out-bpund dealings with the customer. Also, customized notes feature with filter is quite helpful while disposing.
how easy and friendly it is, the time it takes to do complicated actions is much shorter compare to others, amazing customer cervice
they can improve reporting for custom objects, it behaves a little differently than native ones and creates a bit extra work but it's minor thing
it's easy to manage deals and business workflows around it, we can easily create workflows and reports around it
A great lead management tool and very user-friendly. The specific strengths of HubSpot Sales Hub include its powerful CRM functionality, extensive automation capabilities, and exceptional customer support. The CRM allows users to easily manage and organize their contacts, track interactions, and gain valuable insights into their sales pipeline. The automation features enable efficient lead nurturing, email sequences, and task automation, saving time and improving productivity.
So far, so good. No major issues in using the software so far
HubSpot Sales Hub offers a centralized platform for managing customer interactions, deals, and sales activities, which addresses the issue of dispersed sales data. As a result, my sales activities can be better organized, tracked, and analyzed, which improves productivity, allows for more informed decision-making, and eventually produces better sales results.
Everything. I love The customization and the ability to associate contacts
Only that I do Not have it any longer. There are many features I wish I still had
Hubspot helped organize my day with the sort option customizable date boxes for audits/BRs
it's simple to use and understand, complete and the academy is quite a good motivational feature to improve
it could be more integrating sales and marketing platform
i used it as crm into my organization to manage my sales activity
I use HubSpot Sales Hub daily. It makes it very easy for me to manage my contacts. I like how it easily integrates with MS Outlook, and automatically logs my emails for all my clients. That's one less thing I have to do. It's also straightforward to use and access the data. I love making a call on my mobile device and then having a screen pop up where I can jot a few notes, hit enter, and get the call logged quickly!
The downsides are few. I honestly can't think of anything to criticize.
HubSpot solves the problem of keeping track of my leads and the activities I and my team perform with each contact.
Easy to download reports and your UI interface is very good
1. The contracts are not flexible.2.The templates are difficult to modify.3.Reporting is limited and is a bit expensive.
Deal/contact creation and management is user-friendly and easy, and love the ability to push tasks to myself. I especially love the integration with Gmail.
The best thing about HubSpot is it's a single platform where it connects you with everything to scale your business. Most people compare it with Salesforce but I must tell you this is the best CRM any other. Hubspot is easy to use and its implementation is seamless.
I love this CRM software it helps me to achieve my target in many ways, so there are no such things to dislike.
I am working in cloud sales, it's helping me to achieve my target and helping me to deliver best in class customer experience in one place. Hubspot has the best task management, desktop integration, customer contract management , product and pricing management, etc. Hubspot gave me the best platform to track all the sales opportunities and customer database wherein you can easily convert your opportunity into closure.
Integration with tools that I use is extremely valuable.
The calling feature. the need to have a tab open to receive calls.
Sreamlining my whole day. Allowing me to achieve more.
Customer support is amazing. It is a very comprehensive platform.
So much available, a little overwhelming
Has the complete system in place for use.
They keep track of my contacts, track my emails, and I can create sequences to reach out to prospects.
There is no downside to using HubSpot, other than the cost.
It helps me keep track of prospects & client conversations and follow-ups.
HubSpot's Email Tracking tool is revolutionary. Real-time email engagement notifications help me in gauging prospect interest and prioritize follow-ups. It is an absolute necessity for increasing sales effectiveness. It is highly recommended.
The pricing with the functionality limits, I believe, might not be in the best interest of MSMEs and might make it very difficult for them to get the best bank out of their buck.
I believe Hubspot Sales Hub is solving 3 primary problems for me, and it is doing it very well: 1. Email Tracking is done pretty well, and knowing if someone has seen it is really valuable. 2. The CRM Management of Leads and Companies is important for Startups with strong sales fronts like ours. 3. The email sequencing that Hubspot allows is pristine.
I like how I can easily organize myself. The fact that I can create tasks and get emails when they are due! Also super user friendly where I do not get lost in the sauce.
Off the top of my head there is not much to dislike about hubspot. I also use apollo so if it can eventually replace me using that as well would be great.
The issue hubspot is solving is follow up time. Most time we can forget to follow up or how many times we have reached out. Hubspot does all the tracking for us all we need to do is sell!
- Its easy to use - Self understanding - Task, emails and followup is very easy on this crm
Nothing as such. I love to use it very much
Easy to remember the task and schedule a meeting. Mark the stage of the leads very easily
Tasks tab is my favorite. Its really helpfull to keep tract
The limit of activity feedback is definetely an issue.
Keeping track of hot leads.
I love being able to track the open emails, how many times and when, I also like the dashboard reports and the way you can manage many multiple tasks while prospecting for new business, its great.
The costs can be very high for a small start-up business, and if you use the free versions, you miss out on all the great great features, but I would say its a great tool overall.
It gives us a global team a wonderful prospective of the activies teams are doing - even the remote ones are being managed based on their KPI within the tool, and HubSpot sales hub gives the teams actually useful tools to complete their sales tasks.
I love using Hub Spot Sales Hub because it's so fast. You can set up different filter for your different needs, but moving around to get information, pull reports or anything else is so quick ! I prefer using it over Salesforce.
Sometimes within my company, when there are too many users the information is not refreshed instantly and you have to refresh the page multiple times or log out and log back in, in order for the page to show the correct information.
Mostly to log notes about the call, and to update information such as names, phone numbers, emails. Also can be used to send both normal emails and templated emails with attachments.
It has good data and is pretty easy to use.
Sometimes it's not that easy to track work flow with leads but it's largely because we have a lot of leads to work with.
Having a centralised CRM to track work flow and deal flow.
It's a useful and simple tool that will positively impact your work.
I have no dislikes about the tool currently.
It allows me to see when prospects have engaged with one of my emails, opened any collateral, etc. This helps me edit my outreach and connect more effectively with opportunities.
