Visibility of contacts and deals. Activity tracking is key to develop company standard methods and selling paths, Hubspot really makes it easy to track emails, calls, tasks, notes, and key contact points.
Reporting is not bad but could be better. Specifically, the dashboard could use some more interactive features.
I'm able to see the process I've followed with each lead on one page and allows me to quickly take action. It also helps with follow-ups as tasks or tickets, depending on the lead stage. Pipelines are easy to create and manage. The calls/contacts are tracked and easily recorded for future reference. Playbooks help the team have a structure and it ensures easy and effective data collection during qualification.
- Tracking of customer view / clicks - recording of all the interactions with customer - easy followup on previous discution - contract management - easy to use - Great template and snipets tool to create fast e-mails - The overall integration of every functionnalities
Contacts / company filters are not user friendly. You can't filter contacts by number of interactions
- having an up to date crm with all the data included from the first marketing outbound e-mail to the signed contract. It is a convenient easy to use all in one tool.
I love the pipeline view and deal stages. Enrolling leads in sequences is seamless. Also, I'm a big fan of task setting.
I would like a view in hubspot where I can see all of my tracked emails, and see what email it corresponds to.
Leads don't slip through the cracks. I can handle a higher volume because of the efficiency of my work flow.
The HubSpot software is great however there are things you dont know about or tools that you may need to manipulate to fit your business/workflow. The support team are quick and well educated for almost all scenarios.
The fact there is a huge price jump from in the sale start to professional
Data capturing of emails, leads, and tasks. Synced! Follow-up and well thought through emails. Easy to use workflow One central place for Sales and Marketing report to.
Hubspot has significantly improved our processes. They have streamlined our lead/client management as well as the sales process. I love being able to track emails being opened, clicked on etc. as well as saving templates or snippets of information I find myself using with multiple different leads/clients. Our company utilizing Hubspot has saved me hours and hours of time! We've even been able to implement our online booking form right on our websites to streamline meetings with leads.
One downfall to the online meetings is I don't see the ability to limit the number of appointments allowed for one day. In our previous booking platform, we could limit our availability to a certain amount of appointments booked so we didn't get overbooked and had enough time to run the meetings and complete the post meeting steps/follow ups.
Significant amount of time has been saved both by allowing for immediate bookings and being able to track who is getting emails. It has uncovered an issue that a lot of my emails end up in SPAM so I know to follow up with leads if I see they haven't opened the email. Without this feature, I'd just assume they received the information.
I like how HubSpot Sales Hub helps me to sell more efficiently. The templates offer suggestions when writing my emails. I can also upload commonly used documents to emails. The training HubSpot offers also provides tips on sales as well as using their tool. The extension with Google Chrome allows me to get notified when someone opens an email. I also get emailed when someone opens a document I've sent them. Typically, I follow those up with a phone call to connect with my customers.
HubSpot does a good job of most of what I'm looking form. However, it is frustrating when a changed to a cloned template are copied to the original template. I also wish I could have a feed of sorts based on customers I follow to see what actions they are taking. My biggest wish is that HubSpot would allow me to clone deals. I spend TOO much time everyday entering in information multiple times in deals when closing deals for multiple products at once.
It helps me to keep my pipeline more organized. I like the task feature and queueing tasks too. The integrations are nice, especially with slack, to communicate with my team efficiently.
sequences, API connections and workflows
We should be able to automated sequences with workflow
Sequences, following all deals, triggers and reports. It made life easier
The best part is the scheduling the meetings as it is connected to my outlook, it is easy to manage my work. I am able to sort my files and work in an efficiently compared to using a pen-paper to book appointments. The UI is very clean, professional yet beautiful as the colors used are perfect and soothing.
One thing I disliked is sometimes it is not able to sync all my messages from outlook if I start a new thread. Most of the emails are clearly synced but while starting a new thread, I have seen this issue. This can be improved.
The problems solved by me using hubspot are: - Helping small business in getting their store live. My work ranges from development of a website to its marketing and with husbpot, I don't need to take a notebook to note the requirements of each client and maintain it. I can create notes and task for each business. The best part is the email tracking for each client as I know who has read my mail and whom I can contact via phone. Also, setting up signature and email template has also helped me pace up my schedule. Overall, it has been a great experience. The benefits: - Easy to schedule meetings - Setup Tasks - Send Emails - Log Meetings - Easy to keep a track of everything - The best part is the clean UI
For starters, the platform is frictionless. In other words this platform is so easy to use and the best thing when updating a field, if you've missed something it'll let you know. There's not much to not like, any issues can quickly be solved by setting up an automated workflow if you're challenged with mundane or tedious tasks. What I do love is how consolidated the platform is. It's so easy to capture what needs to be done and have a finger on the pulse of customer/team member activity, which is AMAZING to have in doing daily standup meetings/QBRs. The dashboards are fully customizable and are extremely easy to create. Call recordings and the audio transcripts are pretty cool, too. Makes going back to an important call at a later time to digest or hone in on sales propositioning with something you may have over looked. Lastly, the ability to create documents, attach them to your sales outreach, and track engagement is INSANE. It's annoying as someone in SaaS to send clients resources and have no idea if they're interacting with it at all. With hubspot, it allows us to see exactly how long the resource was viewed.
With as thorough and robust the platform is the only pains you deal with are scaling it out and having a bunch of process, but again that's not the products fault. Also, a small complaint especially when you're in SMB, needing to enroll a company and not a contact would be very helpful.
Sales cadence, data constancy, pipeline management, and automation. We've captured data that's been helpful in identifying how our prospects want to be communicated with and then are able to create relevant sequences that contribute to automating outbound prospecting.
Very simple to link entities together, merge records, and record updates across our team. I find the system flows together much nicer than Salesforce that I've used in prior roles
Being able to integrate Hubspot tasks into another platform like MS ToDo would be extremely helpful to link work tracking in with other tools
Complete deal tracking for our sales team across SDR's, AE's and Implementation
They are integrated, automated, and more then anything: their software is developed on the philosophy of inbound marketing rather then outbound or cold calling. They've created tools that accommodate that approach, and it aligns perfectly with our company culture.
Since I don't personally pay the bill, there is very little to dislike. I do with they had more integrations though: Example: Meeting integrations with GoToMeeting. Integrations developed more thoroughly for text messaging as part of workflows, or a native text messaging tool would be incredible.
Managing a sales team for a SaaS company with almost 10,000 Users and a large database... It gives us the tools, business logic, and systems to manage it thoroughly.
Organizing my BUS and keeping on-track of my pipeline.
Lack of support, difficulty generating reports.
Increased productivity and accountability, with increased competition for the Sales team.
Hubspot is just a great way of maximizing all of you daily work tasks. Functionalities are incorporated so it makes it easier for us to just mainly use the system and the rest will just follow. From sending email invitation to clients and working with the team, this tool just provides all of it in one go. What's great about it is that both on an employer and employee's perspective Hubspot provides all of the resources we can use.
I can't think of anything to be honest. The tool is just really efficient, it makes daily tasks at work easier to accomplish. Well, I thought at first that the system is complicated t use but as you use it everyday you're gonna realize that you can't even live without it as far as completing work tasks alone.
Customer Support. Hubspot actually allows you link other applications that you're using at work. From sending calendars to working with the team, it just makes it all easy to do. Other cool feature I really like is the fact that we could even link our email account to it and so every time we communicated and leave comments in Hubspot, or when someone mentions you from it you'll get notified via email. I also like the fact that you set up the meeting in Hubspot and it automatically sends a confirmation to your google calendar and this is because it alllows you to Link different applications.
I love that you can do everything on it. It really is a one-stop shop platform. I can handle my contacts, send out automated emails, track open rates, click through rates, and manage all the sales deals. Hubspot makes everything run faster, it is much more convenient, and it is INCREDIBLY EASY. I thought it was going to take me weeks to figure out such a complicated-looking platform, but in reality, it only took a couple of hours. Me and my team absolutely love it.
I wish in the email sequences you could create pretty, well-designed emails. So far with the service we have, all our automated emails are only plain, HTML emails and for some of my newsletters that I like sending out, I now have to go with another platform. Other than that, Hubspot pretty much does it all and I am incredibly happy with the level of service and help I have received from the Hubspot Sales team.
How to keep our business contacts in one place and track our sales. It makes it easier for me to follow up with warm leads.
It covers all bases! It has everything you need to run your business
So far, nothing! The staff are super helpful too
Managing customers lifecycles and automating emails
Phenomenal startup pricing plus full featureset and lots of data make this the best tool we have ever used for sales and CRM -- and we've tried so many. We have a longstanding media business and a new software business; both now run on Hubspot. Great UX makes it easy to get new team members started and they actually like using it, which is a first for us and our team. And the ability to bring everything into one place means you can look at marketing and sales together and see the entire funnel, which you can't do in a typical sales tool. The automations save a ton of time.
To be honest, I don't have any significant complaints about Hubspot.
Unifying sales and marketing
It allowed you to track emails to prospects without any additional tools.
The CRM was more designed for someone in marketing. Sales can use it, but it's not optimized for that.
Allowed me to do campaigns to a large number of prospects with relative ease.
I like the Automatic emails they're great
Sometimes the client profile is hard to stop emails with having to press alot of buttons to know for sure it's stopped
at the moment not much
HubSpot makes the sales process seamless -- from inbound lead organization to automated workflows to great integrations (our favorite is Qwilr!) .
HubSpot has a pretty rough search function. I wish I could just put in a phone number and the search feature turns up a contact.
Keeping massive amounts of leads organized in a simple to use manner.
Hubspot is excellent for communicating with clients while staying organized!
I don't dislike anything about Hubspot at all.
I have really been able to stay on top of my work throughout the entire time of using Hubspot. Everything is incredibly organized.
