I like that I can email our customers direclty from within hubspot and how I can have tons of different templates for each email. I also love the chat feature hubspot has!
I think hubspot could do a better job with sales analytics to help track conversion, etc.
I think they are trying to do a better job with their metric system. I noticed they added in a few features - such as showing how many clicks/ views per email template.
It's easy to learn & is very user friendly to all!
Nothing that I can think of so far, it's great!
Making my position in sales a lot easier to call prospects
I love how every metric is tracked so we can use that data to make certain adjustments for our marketing department. The fact that multiple users can access and make changes to it makes sure that all people involved in a particaular prosepct are up to date on the progress of that job.
The compatibility that it has with our oher softwares. There are issues integrating all the information from one CRM to another, which we have to do manually. It is still being worked on by your support team.
HubSpot has started to integrate their software with our other CRM's. It's not 100% effective, but progress has been made in the last few months.
I like Hubspot as it makes my sales process automated. I can track my team performance quickly using HubSpot.
Although I didnot find anything that i dislike abou hubspot but the pricing is a bit expencive.
Before using hubspot tracking saless and followups are nightmare for me now while using hupstop its become easier for me
The simplicity of calling and sending emails. It gives me the ability to reach out to more prospective customers
Read emails can mean that I accidentally clicked on the sent email myself.

Customer Success is always immediate and support articles very helpful. Very easy to navigate and create reports, sequences, templates. Managing the pipeline has never been easier.
I have been overwhelmed with Hubspot notifications on Slack, Hubspot mobile app, email, and on the platform itself. As a result, I've turned everything off and haven't been fussed to go back in and adjust (most helpful would be email tracking) Sometimes not all emails are tracked.

During my short time with HubSpot, it has already proven its worth! A very clean and efficient CRM to staying on top of my many sales activites and processes through out the day. I have use many CRMs throughout my sales career and I would rank this at the top!
I have not experienced any downsides to this CRM..

I love the fact that tasks make my work flow so easily to organize my day. Without it, I don't know how I would keep in touch with so many prospects and clients.
I wish there was a better way that I could automate my day to make it so I can create tasks flows when there are normal patterns in my contacts with those in my funnel.
The problems that I am solving with HubSpot Sales Hub is staying in touch with our database on a constant basis. The benefits that I have realized is by being persistent in my communication speaks volumes to my success.
