I enjoy HubSpot because it is easy to pick up where something was left off. For example, if a colleague is ever out of the office and we need to follow up on an inquiry, we can easily do so! HubSpot is an excellent tool for companies with a strong focus on sales and growing relationships with prospective clients.
The thing I dislike about HubSpot is that sometimes it is not the most user-friendly platform. It can be hard to track "open conversations" assigned to someone else.
I would really like the option for emails to be sent with high importance. Also, sometimes if I am pasting a template with screenshots, the screenshots will not paste in the text body.
I like that we can pull up any report that we want. We only need to worry about putting all the data in site
Nothing really. But I think the integration aspect can be more seamless.
Mainly reports. We don't need to hire a business analyst to pull up all the reports we need. HubSpot automates it for us!
The most helpful about HubSpot Service Hub is the Knowledge Base.
I do not dislike anything about HubSpot Service Hub.

Hubspot nearly has it all. All they are missing is a step up in their ticket reviews.

Alt er samlet på et sted og det er veldig enkelt å holde oversikt over kundeoppfølging. Er spesielt fornøyd med autogenererte tasks, templates, deals og aktivitetsloggføring.
Jeg skulle ønske at det var mulig å integrere deals opp mot aktivitetsloggføring enda mer. I noen tilfeller blir det litt dobbel loggføring i systemet som jeg gjerne skulle vært foruten.
