Although our company was weary about switching companies, we did try the free trial with iContact and have not looked back since. I love the fact that they provide you with training documentation and webinars. Every experience I've had with their customer support has always been superb.

I wish I could clear out the sent folder and sometimes I have to resize images when they are too large. It would be so much more convenient if we could automatically resize images to fit the area and that are within the size requirements.
