The html codes for the signup forms work well with our web design software. And the drag and drop editor is seamless and doesn't cause slow or laggy browsers.

There were a couple of short site outages which were a little annoying. But overall I don't have many complaints because iContact did a great job of posting updates about the downtime on the site and it was resolved quickly.
