What do you like best about iContact?

iContact is flexible with the needs of their different customers. Some months we have higher volume and they allow us to adjust settings based on this i.e. increased sends for specific months. They are also very helpful with offering discounts if you pay in full for the month and will work with your budget. Overall they are easy to communicate with.

What do you dislike about iContact?

I find that creating a template can be tedious at times and would like some more creative liberty when choosing fonts and colors.

What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need to quickly and effectively communicate with our customers sometimes on a daily basis and iContact allows me to do that easily.

What do you like best about iContact?

So easy to use this interface to move and drag and drop. Love too that it automatically optimizes your email for mobile and tablet. Extremely easy to copy messages and modify if you have different senders. Automation workflows allow you to visualize the

sometimes there are funny font issues, but testing prior to sending you can resolve.

"Latest Update Improved User Interface"
What do you like best about iContact?

The most recent update that iContact rolled out is the best yet. It made the system a bit easier to navigate and the stats for each send are easier to read. I also like how there are more email templates available.

What do you dislike about iContact?

When clicking on Sent emails the default view goes to the Drafts section. It seems to me that it would make more sense to default to the actual sent messages.

What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?

Streamlining follow up from promotions and being able to perform split-tests to see which email subject lines and content are the most effective.

What do you like best about iContact?

Love the new drag and drop user interface! It makes it incredibly easy to use. They also have great one-on-one support for PRO customers, helping with templates, email and sale ideas, data analysis, and troubleshooting.

What do you dislike about iContact?

Only one complaint - once an email is scheduled, it must be un-scheduled (and then subsequently re-scheduled) in order to make edits. Here's hoping they add in this functionality soon!

What do you like best about iContact?

User friendly and easy access to export contact lists without administration authorization.

What do you dislike about iContact?

The user interface could use some work.

What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?

When we would send mass emails to our customers, would could see the response rates (whether the email got bounced, the subscriber unsubscribed, etc). This was beneficial because it helped us notice trends of our customers/subscribers on how often we could send out our emails.

The simplicity of the program along with having all of your contacts within one place.

The length of time that it tak to sign up along with transferring all of the contacts as well.

What do you like best about iContact?

I love the WISWYG Editor to help build the minimum number of email messages for each campaign. The segments and content part of the software is really nifty, too!

What do you dislike about iContact?

I think the HTML editor could be a bit more intuitive. I think this portion of the software could give tips on how to download

We're solving our cart abandonment issues by creating effective drip campaigns to help retain revenue on the front end of the customer life cycle.

What do you like best about iContact?

iContact's customer service is SPOT ON. I've never had so many helpful, nice people in customer service before! It's easy to use and good for companies getting into drips, testing, and managing a variety of contacts of different lists. It also gave great analytics on drip emails. Your account rep will work through how to make your emails event better.

What do you dislike about iContact?

iContact does not sync with a lot of other platforms, like Jotform, etc. It also started to run slower the more contacts we had. The landing pages are not as mobile friendly as they claim. Their landing page stats were not consistent.

What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solved the need for robust email drips. It helped me realized the benefits of keeping track of analytics for landing pages, drip emails.

What do you like best about iContact?

I like the lists and I love that individuals can choose to unsubscribe and that iContact remembers this so those individuals are not bothered by future email marketing blasts.

What do you dislike about iContact?

I hate that you can never go in and change the fact that someone removes themselves as a contact forever. For example, one of my bosses accidentally (not the most computer savvy guy) removed himself from iContact forever and I cannot get him back on any list even though he works at our company.

What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can tailor certain blog posts to certain engineers through iContact and keep topics and organizations organized.

I like the message builder option. Being able to choose from an array of message idea makes it easy to add my on spin on marketing focus for the month!

I think iContact could work on the functionally of the editing pane when creating the marketing message.

I like that iContact gives you the ability to create your own email templates and code instead of only relying on the pre-done email templates.

I dislike that your limited on the size of the images to only 200k.
