"Powerful CRM, just what you need for your business"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

This is a very good tool, where you get everything you are looking for in one place, I trust my work in this good application, through this you can achieve better advantages compared to other programs. It can be easily adapted to the requirements of the user of the moment, it is quite simple to be able to keep track of existing sales and customers and new ones within the company. I find it easy to use so I have not had problems as with other programs that are quite cumbersome to handle.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

When I started using it I found it quite attractive, and very professional. It costs a little to maintain the integration or integrate it with other tools, I wish they had better and more constant updates.

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have been able to capture a large number of new clients, attract many interested parties, renew contracts and interests with existing clients within the company. I believe and I attest that this program is totally different from the others, its good appearance, its excellent functioning make it distinguish between so many programs that promise thousands of things and these are not fulfilled, apart from its price I like and it seems quite fair due This works correctly for me and in general for all the people I know and also use this program. just make several clicks to discover the wonderful world of Insightly.

"An efficient CRM tool for business management."
What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

Insightly CRM is easy to use and setup, in fact, that it can install in a few minutes and it offers us all features to business management that helps us to manage business product information. Its cost is not high, it is reliable as compared to other CRM and we can easily purchase it. It has fully integrated project management solutions without any advanced cost and if your work is complete you can mail product information quickly. It offers us the detail of customer for our business process. Lead management, Marketing automation, Customer relationship management, and Pipeline management are its reliable features. It is a great CRM which is specially designed for business management work.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

The free version does not offer as many features as compared to the purchased version and it still needs more updates to serve large business networks. Sometimes, it does not provide us a clean result, it's Reporting and Dashboards capabilities are great but not completely organized as compare to HubSpot or Zoho.

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's well designed and well-suited service and helps me to manage my company product and customer information. One of the best features is that it has the ability to a blind copy of the email, customer relationship management, and customer tracking are the best features I like most in this tool. In my experience, I want to say that Insightly CRM is best for small business management but need more improvement for large network management.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

I really like this product because of its feedback facility that helps me to get the feedback readily that helps me further to execute my sales processes. Apart from this it delivers me the best features that are necessary for a good customer support service on a long run. Moreover, I really like its mobile application that helps me to get the best features even while sitting at home. Another feature that I really prefer in it is it’s chatting facility that helps me to get all the queries and issues from my clients through easy and simple way.

Every feature of Insightly CRM is quite amazing that ensures that each one of my client will get the best solution for their required problems. Moreover, the facilities that this application provides me to organize all my data at one certain place are quite unique and also help in overcoming issues.

Everything is possible with this tiny piece of technology because it’s one of the best CRM in this huge world of CRM because of its ability to offer modules for large as well as for small companies as well. Moreover, the main features of this application. Moreover, this application is helping me in order to collaborate with my customers and clients as well in order to know their needs and demands to a greater extent. I really like its contact management, task management and also its ability to track my deliverables to my clients as well which helps in the growing of my business.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

For me this application is a great helper in delivering the best quality of service to my customers because I can easily get feedback that helps in my sales execution processes. Moreover, I can easily manage a lot if my documents on it with heart security as well. Another thing that prefer in it is its mobile application that serves me in the best way even by sitting at home.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

There is nothing to worry about in this particular application because it’s all in one solution for all my daily sales updates. I can easily collaborate with anyone through it. So , for me it’s a complete package and nothing is missing in it that I can even memorize.

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have encountered this software several times and it was always a great experience with it. Moreover, it helps me in automation of my sales, pipeline management and also in the collaboration within the company as well. Also, I really like its distinctive features that help me to monitor all the daily sales of my company with a better layout as well. This application has user friendly tools that are quite useful in complete understanding of the application.

"Functional and easy to navigate"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

Has been easy to connect Insightly to our existing ideas of customer management. It is easy to use and navigate. The organization and layout is very simple, clean and functional. The dashboarding and customization is relatively simple and effective to start. The customer onboarding from Insightly to their customers is really good. They really seemed to care about having us reach our potential with the program.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

As with all non-custom CRM, there are some limitations to making it fit perfectly into how you would imagine managing your customer data. But custom is expensive and the lower cost is an upside if you can make it fit.

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been able to organize our customer management better than what we had before while limiting the data and information time input. Data management and input has had less gaps and mistakes. Reporting has also improved, helping us better manage and understand our operations, sales and service. We are not using it to its full capacity yet, so there is more that we haven't tapped into that may have more benefits.

Insightly CRM is so amazing tool for business companies. The one of the best advantage in this software is that we can easily manage the customer relationship and which is very helpful for the business. Insightly CRM help us to do the essential tasks of the invoices and expenses which really help us in business. Hence, this software is so intuitive for the tracking purpose. It is the great customizable software. I recommend this software because it is the best CRM software.

The first most obvious difficulty of this software is that it is very expensive as compared to its competitors so most of the companies cannot use this efficient software. Its customer support not so great as compared to other software. The another difficulty of this software is that it cannot provide the great opportunity to our customer’s for sales and marketing management. But still, it is the best customer marketing service software.

Insightly CRM easy to use for marketing and sales process. It is the best for the every sales organizations. This software solves the simple problems for the sales and marketing in a more efficient way. Moreover, Insightly CRM software has been essential for our sales and tracking requirements.

I like that I am able to assign tasks to co-workers, as well as have documentation and notes about associates within our brokerage.

So far I have not had any dislikes about the product.

The one thing that I don’t like about this software is that it does not have the users friendly interface. Another problem that you faced in this software is that it is very difficult for us to manage the all of our marketing emails. It is not so easy to use because there are a lot of problem to handle this software and its features are really very difficult as compared to its competitors.
