I love the Customized Objects you can create!
The lag time we experience with updates.
Being able to track status of projects especialy through reports and customized objects
was useful is the the bar status on client to find out where they stand on there project.
i think it would be the extra tabs its has should all be on one page

That is has enough folders to sort out each deparmtent into their each and own reports. I also like the scanning options when in-store. It is easy to navigate and train on.
The least helpful thing I have noticed or found was that there is no chat bubble or a technical person to contact easily unless going through another system. And the database could be organized a little better.
The amount of filters you can create in order to filter out more information per person that uses the system. Including my team when projects and objects need to be sorted.
Organizations information all in one space able to save emails as well.
More tips and tricks, they could have more pointers pop up.

One thing I love the most about Insightly CRM is how the projects are structured and how easy it is to find the information we need. We use Insightly for project management, timelines, and to track the status of any project.
What I do not like very much is the limited fields to have on a project page - even though it is easy to create "custom objects" that use pointers to point an info - I think that more fields would be amazing.
Before moving to Insightly CRM, as a smaller company, we used another CRM that created more chaos & confusion. After switching to Insightly, everything is organized, and the information we want can be found easily. We use it for project management, and having all project steps in one page is excellent.
We use Insightly CRM for managing orders. It makes it extremely easy to organize the orders coming in and get them out the door as fast as possible. My work would not be as organized without Insightly CRM. The reports are especially helpful to use in conjunction with Excel.
I personally haven't found any downsides.
Isnightly helps us easily recognize when a order that comes in is missing doctor information, that is necessary for processing the order with insurance.
The best part is that it is very powerful yet streamlined. Unlike systems like Salesforce which require professionals to config and manage, Insightly can be run by normal business users.
When you have a use case that needs more flexibility, you're dead in the water. If your use case is well defined up front, it's perfect. If you're more fluid and iterating to find what you need - you may realize too late that you need to port.
Organizing our data. It was the first move from a spreadsheet - so we saw immediate value. It also helped us standardize our processes which meant we were much more efficient.
The ability to sort and filter with ease. Creating new fields or changing is simple. My entire team seems everything we all do I can see my teams work
How to see old or dead projects. Once a project falls into a certain status it is really hard to re find it
Tracking status of job Seeing other departments work status updating cost and time frames sorting by logistics for scheduling
Insightly CRM works great for our business needs..
Only thing that could be worked on is the speed at which data on the CRM updates. Also could work smoother with Marketing.
It helps us to keep track of our projects, sales leads, sales outreach, etc. Also helps us send bulk emails with great templates.
I like the fact that we can keep track of all of our projects in 1 place.
Sometimes there are issues with sorting the queries.
Insightly has many useful functions. I like that we can track any emails we send to clients or possible clients. All information is in 1 program.
