I enjoy the dashboard. It is simple to understand and shows you quantitative data to pull for reporting purposes. We also track the progress of our clients and can keep on top of the comms.
It is a little tricky to navigate the back end without training. If you have little to no experience with CRM systems, it can take a little while to learn the new approaches and identify a method that works for you.

Entering notes and being able to share them with anyone, and assigning task keeps work organized. I am very productive when using Insightly!
The interface is very user-friendly. There is no downtime since we have been using it for over seven years. It is customizable and integrates with useful data storage i.e google drive and one drive.
There is nothing to dislike about this software apart from a few more features that can be added to manage finance and marketing in the same CRM. The direct email option can be updated too with some additional user-friendly features.

I like the simplicity of the navigation on the pages, I find being able to search for an account using just a post code or a couple of letters the most helpful part

I joined Insightly when my business was just beginning and the CRM has grown well with me. Linking the contacts and opportunities is possibly the best feature for my needs
When you add a new contact, if you dont complete all features at that stage, such as 'role' they cannot be added later
The CRM controls my marketing funnel, with new enquiries as contacts who are linked with an opportunity and bingo when they become a Project
