What do you like best about JivoChat?

JivoChat is the best way to talk to our future clients and existing clients in the online chat instantaneously and we can even integrate it easily with our email, calls, Telegram, Facebook Messenger and more, all in one place in an orderly manner. It also makes a vebre compilation of information about the visitor who wants to communicate with us, shows us his location, mail, previously visited pages, something that is very useful when working and communicating.

What do you dislike about JivoChat?

We have nothing negative to mention about this program, we are very happy to use it on our website because it allows us to do the most important thing and is to communicate with our customers and meet their requests in real time through chat.

What problems is JivoChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

JivoChat has made our work much easier because it offers very good features that save time and improve our work. One of them is to be able to see what the client writes before sending it, this gives us an advantage to prepare a response and offer a solution with time. We can also make calls and provide more personalized attention and possibly even make a sale more effectively. Also we must mention that the integration with Messenger is very good because we can answer those messages directly from JivoChat.

"The best you can do is use JivoChat on your website"
What do you like best about JivoChat?

JivoChat for us has been the best live chat! We have used others but we believe that this is very complete, meets all what it promises, besides being very modern and beautiful in sight. We can integrate it with our email, mobile application, Messenger and Telephony. With this chat we can offer support to our visitors and future clients no matter the country from where they visit us.

What do you dislike about JivoChat?

From JivoChat we can only mention that it has poor support, they do not respond in time and we believe that this should improve, since if we have a serious problem in the chat and they give us assistance quickly, this could cause us to lose sales and arrears in our support. But the program itself is very good and we have no complaints about it.

What problems is JivoChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

JivoChat has allowed us to exchange chat between our agents, carry a report of the messages, leave an automated response to the frequently asked questions. In addition, we can configure an automatic pop-up message that is activated when a client visits us. And something very important is that it gives us a complete information of the person who visits us with social profiles and location of the country.

What do you like best about JivoChat?

JivoChat is the best program you can use to install an online chat for your website. If you are a large company or above all small JivoChat is the right program for you, it is modern, fast, easy to use and install and complies with the functions it promises, which is to keep in touch with the visitors of your website and chat with them in real time regardless of the place or country where they are connecting.

What do you dislike about JivoChat?

At the moment we have nothing negative to say about JivoChat, it has behaved at the height of what it offers and we are very pleased to use it on our website.

What problems is JivoChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

With this program integrated in our web we have been able to communicate with the visitors to the web and with futures customers and former clients that require advisory, support or to finalize some sale. Of course the best of all is that it is in real time and it does not matter which country the visitor is. You can transfer files, integrate with Google Analytics, quick answers to frequently asked questions, translator. Besides that you can use it in the desktop version, panel in the web browser or the mobile application, which allows you to be available in the chat for your clients.

"The most modern, light and easy to use live chat"
What do you like best about JivoChat?

JivoChat has been the best live chat we have been able to implement. Previously we used another one and when we changed to JivoChat we saw the improvements. Its design is modern, beautiful and striking. You can customize it and adapt it to the appearance of your website. It is very easy to install and put it to work on your page. And obviously it fulfills the main requirement of chatting with your visitors and very possible clients in real time when visiting your website or web business.

What do you dislike about JivoChat?

We really do not have anything negative to say about JivoChat, it has worked very well for us, we can only mention that since it has been on the market for a short time, it does not have as many integrations with third parties, but we hope that they will be added over time.

What problems is JivoChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

JivoChat has offered us great benefits, has translation in 20 languages, you can use it on different platforms such as Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android. You can also integrate it with Facebook and Messenger and receive the messages in one place (the JivoChat platform), in addition to having the basic integrations such as Wordpress, PrestaShop, Joomla, Drupal and others, something that has been very useful for us. It also has an excellent feature since it has a code that shows what the client is writing before sending it, something that does not make it much easier to respond quickly.

What do you like best about JivoChat?

I love JivoChat because if you are not an expert in live chat this tool is very easy to use. Everything is simple, from the installation, to the implementation to the web page where you are going to use it. We can offer our clients support on our website 24 hours a day if we wish. The automated chat can be used in case some agent is available, which allows to have the reception of the visitor.

What do you dislike about JivoChat?

The only thing that can displease us about this tool, which is that if a visitor cancels the chat by not being served on time, the system fails and can cancel other requests, which affects us by not receiving notifications of messages from new visitors . If the support of JivoChat manages to solve this problem in your system, without a doubt it would be the best live chat of all.

What problems is JivoChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have benefited from this program from its free plan that allows us to use 5 agents to serve customers, also when implementing it from a desktop program or an application in the mobile, which allows us to maintain a 24/7 support on our website. , something that helps us keep our visitors happy.

It’s a great way to communicate professionally with website users. Also a great way to get information from your users, like city they are from and emails.

Mostly everything is good, Except they sometimes do not provide correct information about your daily performance with chat

Great way to provide customer service, especially to people who doesn’t like to speak on the phone

This connects us with our visitors the moment they visit our site. Time can divert someones interest, giving the access to connect with a real person in real time is a great tool.

What do you dislike about JivoChat?

No dislikes. It gets everything done that wee need.

Visitors would only be able to call us or submit a request to be contacted. Now we have the opportunity to connect with them in a quick chat and give them instant access to a sales rep.
