I am a small business owner, and Ana Barrios reached out to me when I needed someone the most. She went above and beyond to understand my needs and came up with a fantastic game plan to help my business get to the next level! She held me accountable for my actions and followed through on her promises.
Nothing comes to mind. I am very pleased .
I am solving customer retention and referrals.
I like how I can use automation across ALL areas of my business, not only marketing and sales. I use automation in my client fulfillment, internal operations and even in my people and money systems.
I dislike how easy it is to use BECAUSE it allows people to execute without requiring a hardened strategy.
The three main problems I'm solving for are keeping a centralized contact database, automation of customer journeys, and getting paid.
The ease of grouping contacts into specific categories is excellent! We can create mass emails to market our current endeavors and navigate whether our contacts wish to continue receiving our marketing pieces. The broadcast application is a great way to jazz up our emails as well.
I wish we could add more contact types, with only three options available: LEAD, CLIENT, OTHER--we cannot categorize to the extent we would like.
Having all our contacts in one place is great for all employees who wish to have the resources at their fingertips. Setting up all contacts was a bit extensive, but having them categorized and grouped is definitely a better way to go about marketing than we had done in the past.
Keap is easy to use. The set of tools is quite extensive, but I find them very intuitive. Some CRM software is laden with their own proprietary jargon, but the Keap modules are logically named. Since the toolset is robust, I've been able to drop two other subscriptions, further increasing the ROI for Keap.
There's not anything I'm especially unhappy about in Keap, but I did struggle slightly with an automated email sequence. However, I was able to quickly get help and get my automated campaign up and running.
It's been great to automate prospect drip campaigns. Now when I add a subscriber to my email list, Keap sends them a good introductory stream of emails letting them know I understand their unique problems and can provide them value.
Keap is an incredible tool that gives small businesses back time while making each customer experience the same no matter how many customers they have. From the easy to use, drag and drop campaign builder, free phone number, texting, landing pages and check out pages, this is what everyone business owner needs to not only start but to scale while they grow.
There is not a lot that I dislike. All software has some issues and nuisance but overall, chat support can usually help me out.
Creating different sales funnels, email campaigns, membership content, business processes and sales team pipelines are how I use Keap for my businesses and my clients.
The organization and simplicity it brings to running Marketing Campaigns.
Without prior knowledge, jumping into Keap can seem overwhelming.
There's the solving of contact management, broadcast emails, organization - the list goes on.
Keap provides a flexible and dynamic product that helps small businesses capitalize on marketing automation to remove the time-consuming tasks that we all have. Because of the flexible nature - I used 2 seperate applications - one for my events company and one for my digital agency. Since there are many redundant tasks and processes with events - booking speakers, reminders to speakers, attendees etc, I found that Keap helped me stay on track and on task so that I could focus on the really important stuff - like ticket sales. As a past systems integrator with many years of marketing experience, I find Keap has the right balance of technical power and ease of use. It has so many different versions now that there is a version for your business growth.
System emails do not use the templates that I create and store elsewhere. And the email builder need the option to send a text-only email.
One of my companies - until recently - ran 14 live events per month. We needed a dynamic system where; • Each attendee could bring up to 10 guests - • We could market every week to previous ticket purchasers. • Track ongoing attendance to upsell repeat attendees to be a speaker • Sell our membership subscription for those that became a speaker • Sell more franchises. • And manage all of the speakers - applications, volunteers for all of these events. I looked for a complete solution, and Keap ensured that we could keep our tech stack as small as possible.
I LOVE deal pipeline. Emails of course!! The invoices and checkout forms are also incredible. I love being able to have everything in one place.
Nothing really. I love the software. Been a user for 8 years. Sure, there are things I'd like to change but overall, I feel like Keap is the only software that actually listens and improved based on customer data.
Wow. Great question. I am able to nurture and love on my customers peacefully and automagically with Keap. My entire business is run through Keap and I don't know what I'd do without it. It's all of my money, reporting, emails, webforms, etc!!
#Keap is the best CRM! I've used it for 3 years, with multiple clients, and it has made tracking EVERYTHING we need to know about our clients so much easier. Everything is all in one place. It enables me to streamline and automate anything my clients are doing so they can have more time to scale and grow their businesses.
I don't dislike anything about #Keap. It is very comprehensive and there is a lot to learn, so I think that can be intimidating for people just starting with #Keap but it is also easy to learn and implement step by step to use all the features. I think more people should be using #Keap!!!
Solving repetitive tasks that can and should be automated and #keaping all of the information I need for clients in one easy-to-navigate system. We can send marketing emails, fulfillment emails, can gather information through forms, sell products, integrate with shipping platforms and websites, etc. #Keap does all the things!
That #keap does all the repetitive tasks so I don't have to
That I didn't start using #keap sooner!!
keap is like having a 2nd and 3rd employee. I don't have to do all the tedius jobs of tracking and managing clients because #virtualworkwife used #keap to automate my business. I have more time with clients now, I do less of the things I don't like doing, and have more time to be creative
