There are likely many ways to report different areas of Keap, and the most profitable ones can be highly customized with the totality of custom fields, stored and used repeatedly. Some documents wish they had more abilities resembling the primary ones, however, for the most part it works very well. It requires a learning decline to be able to do it successfully, however, it is very powerful if you know how to use it. Encompassing far beyond remedies for cheaper email campaigns. Plots within communication accounts can be generated and mixed with several different instruments.
It is complicated to observe the historical record of transformations in company documents, contact documents, subscriptions, etc. This is not uncommon, however, sometimes it is necessary to see who modified a configuration or subscription and it cannot be found within Keap. Some documents lack the ability to be combined with custom fields and other search parameters, this makes workarounds necessary, such as tagging the results of one report in a different report and having them restricted.
We use Keap as our main CRM program for the customers we currently have, in addition to marketing and sales data, there are also plans, staff members, invoices, subscriptions and everything else needed to be able to describe a merchant account. We also use it as the main email marketing and automation machine to develop lifetime strategies, one-off strategies and group strategies, or put in place third party add-ons that had the ability to perform tasks such as email distribution and message writing.
I love KEAP's ability to store my customers' data, such as service history, billing information, note details, and contact information, in a secure and centralized location. It has allowed us to make a smooth transition away from paper files while still having easy access to all relevant customer information. I especially appreciate the ability to track conversations via SMS without needing my phone; it keeps everything secure, but also readily available for reference when needed.
I am not completely satisfied with Keap, despite their investment in providing extensive training. There is a steep learning curve and many features are still inaccessible, such as the use of emoticons or proper customization to reflect my brand's tone. In addition, they charge a high monthly fee, yet we have to pay extra for add-ons from other companies like gospiffy to properly personalize and create branding elements within KEAP.
Keap helps me save time and energy when it comes to managing follow-up tasks and onboarding new clients. Automating processes allows us to give each client more individual attention without doubling or tripling our workload - that's something I'm really excited about!
Easy e-mails. and awesome tech support. I found it easy when I had tech support. I am not getting support for my next step
The course is not a course. It is an e-mail drip. I need customer feedback and I think a membership site would offer this more effectively
Not paying for a lot of integrations and other e-mail platforms
the automations make my work day way more productive and I dont feel like I am missing responding to anyone who reaches out. The automated tasks also help ensure I am not missing anything ant various steps of our process
When there is an issue- ie someone gets an email to schedule a consultation after they have already had one, and it is difficult to find which autoamtion generated the email to correct the sequence.
response time marketing
Excellent customer service. Every time I call, they're always happy to help.
That there are no work order options. I would love to be able to print or send my employees a work order.
being ablet o access my customer information on both computer and phone.
I've been daring with social networking and every other aspect of advertising and marketing. I optimize marketing information and increase the likelihood of having consumers at all times. I maintain my client's social media accounts entirely. Keap's help has been very beneficial. It allows us to get important and valuable information about new candidates through the networks they are active in and establish direct contact with them.
I wouldn't say I liked that the interface was a bit difficult in terms of customization; unfortunately, being able to set it up was complicated.
We developed numerous campaigns to foster positive relationships between customers and the organization and Keap's national social networks with the right inventiveness. With this promotion, marketing takes over the company. You have fantastic tools for business marketing rules, Keap should always be the first choice; it is the leader in sales and consumer outreach with the most significant advertising media.
The Campaign Builder is an amazing tool that allows you to automate the interaction with your prospects and clients to be sure that they are only getting the content that is relevant to them, and personalize it so the whole experience feels organic.
Infusionsoft is pretty time intensive to get to master. I'm updating this review, as they have released a new version of Keap since my original review. Keap used to be called Infusionsoft and the Keap Max Classic version is what used to be the original Infusisnoft version. That is my preferred version of the software, as it has all of the power and tools that I like to use to build. The newer Max version of Keap has a newer user interface that is more modern and sleeker, and is probably easier for a new user to adopt, but as a power-user of the software who loves to build 3rd party integrations and use the full power of the software, I find the Max version to be too stripped down for my liking.
I have automated my entire business from lead gen and sales, to my operational processes. Everything I do now is driven by just one or two button clicks. Most people don't have any sort of system to really keep track of their leads or sales, and this provides a great way to do it.
Email campaigns are a godsend for us! We are able to communicate about our webinar. And contact management and payment management are pretty seamless. Customer service is always helpful and fast to answer any question I have.
Some help files can be a little hard to find, but once I find them the content explains everything I need. The customer service team is a great help to help me find any support documents I can't locate, or answer my questions and help me solve my problems.
Communication with clients and leads, promoting webinars and training sessions. Keap has also allowed for faster, easier payment processing making the transaction smoother for service provider and client alike.
Keap not only is a useful software platform but the level of support is unequal. Partners and multiple "how to" demonstrations makes marketing less stressful.
Sometimes not the most intuitive. Could be easire to use at times.
It is providing me a platform to continue touching my clients and prospects.
The most helpful thing about Keap is the way it automates multiple aspects of your business so that your team can stay focused on what really matters, your customers.
Keap has a pretty large learning curve, and learning to navigate and move your way through such a vast system can take a bit of a time investment on your part to learn.
Keap helps nurture, followup, and keep in contact with customers whether they are new leads, current customers, or past customers that we may want to return to our business down the road.
I like the ability to build campaigns with ease.
When we copy and paste something written outside of Keap, we lose all formatting and have to redo it inside the email builder.
It gives us the ability to stay in front of clients and drip on prospects.
using keap you can automate your marketing campaign. Users can find the generated leads within the system itself. The admin can able to track all the sent emails like is opened, read, if any link is present then they access it, how much time they take to open, etc. using this data user can make the required change in their campaign
if you want to integrate keap with other software then you have to pay fees per customer/subscription user. it provide free data migration but its limited to no. of users and access pages
it helps mainly to automate email marketing campaigns. using it I can generate leads that increase my business revenue overall. Today have lot many customers who may not be if was not using keap.
A total sales and marketing platform. A well-built CRM for small businesses
Nothing as of now. Hope there are no downside per me
It keeps all things necessary for a small business in the right way like email marketing, payment and invoice, appointments, etc...
I enjoy how simple it is to use. Working with the Keap partnership that was a good fit for my company has assisted me in generating leads and converting them into customers. I can also track everything in one location. I especially appreciate the ability to schedule emails in advance. Keeping my consumers informed is crucial for my firm, as it enables us to provide an enhanced level of customer care.
Campaign and landing page builders are occasionally slow to load. As the amount of landing page items increases, the page begins to lag. These items require improvement.
I am retaining clients and tackling the problem of automatic follow-up via automated emails. Getting my whole audience to sign up for email marketing enables me to concentrate on simple tasks.
I love how easy it is to manage my contacts, automate business process for sales and follow up.
The invoicing & quoting system is barebones, I wish it had a deeper level of customizations.
I use keep to centralize all of the tasks and knowledge around my sales activities for my business. I also leverage the feature-rich marketing autoation and business process automation to cut down on wasted time doing repetitive work.
What I like best about Keap is that it is a fully integrated CRM, ecommerce, and marketing suite. I can design a customer journey, create a marketing funnel, and track the progress of prospects through their entry as fully qualified customers and later into well-invested clients.
In my experience, the customer support is almost always quick to respond, but the first-tier techs too often have difficulties grasping the nuances of the Keap app. It can be frustrating when the tech is tunnel visioned on a solution that isn't actually a solution for the specific problem.
The biggest benefit I've realized with Keap is turning prospects into customers who become clients via a well-planned customer journey. I used to use an email service that depended on autoresponders, but the problem was that once a prospect made a purchase, I would have to manually remove them from the autoresponses. With Keap, when a prospect makes a purchase, they are instantly removed from one email sequence and they are moved into nurture sequence that eventually moves them from a customer to a client.
Great way to collect data about leads and track their activity on the account.
Th new campaign/automation building system. But I guess it's because I just learned the old system and it was changed and now I need to relearn.
To keep an overview on what stage my leads are in the process.
I really like the system's numerous templates for emails, and the automation tools required less of a learning curve than with other marketing platforms. I subscribed to Active Campaign for five months and could not seem to get the hang if it.
I am still learning the tools, and I have challenges creating forms.
I am communicating more regularly with clients, and I can track their engagement and target messages to the appropriate audiences—the new messaging increases travel requests that result in additional revenue.
The automation processing for scheduling my clients and invoicing them on my smartphone and computer
I don't like that I'm unable to sync my clients in Keap with my email service provider
The problems of scheduling appointments and billing my clients.
One of the many qualities I like most about this product is lead capture and tracking. In my organization, it has helped automate and streamline repetitive tasks, forecasting sales, streamlining invoicing, and more. It is a versatile and comprehensive resource for CRM and the sales pipeline.
There has been almost nothing I dislike about this product; it is perfect. However, the reports are very numerical and not very detailed.
Since we implemented it, Keap has helped me manage the relationship with our leads better and save time because of its automation and accessible features to address sales and email marketing.
