Keap makes it easy for me as the marketer for a small business to send broadcasts, automate campaigns, and tag contacts. I've been able to create and run any marketing campaign I can dream of with their tools and don't see that changing.
The most current downside I'm experiencing with Keap is their lack of PII compliance. If you run Facebook ads and use Keap forms, Facebook will mark your account in violation of their terms because Keap passes personal information in the url. Keap is aware of the issue, but it is a very low priority currently. It makes me nervous that my Facebook account could be jeopardized.
I'm solving mostly lead gen and customer follow-up and training with Keap.
The flexibility of the pipelines. The ease of entering contacts.
We do not utilize the "Money" section. I have not found anything I "dislike", Yet.

I have been using Infusionsoft for 8 years.I have worked with Benjamin on multiple occasions. His ability to put me at ease with his fun direction while using this software is truly appreciated. He is always helpful by offering solutions for me and my small business. I have confidence using it because their team is fully supportive.
I don't like that I can't use Infusionsoft/Keap to solve all of my problems.
I can easily communicate with my client's restaurant customers. We drive foot traffic into the physical locations with the offers that we automated through Keap. This software saves me tons of time and is effective.

Just wish I knew more. It does so much and I know I am only tapping the surface of what it can do for my business.

I like that Keap is extremely easy to use and that most businesses owners that take the time to implement begin to grow their business immediately. It is like turning on a faucet of money.
There is a slight learning curve, however, Keap has FREE phone support unlike 97% of its competition.
I had my very first live event in a town that I had lived in for less than a week. Using Keap I was able to fill the room with 45 businesses owners. Not only did I make a bunch of new friends, acquaintance,s and prospects. I got a client!
Our Keap account has been set up diligently over the past years in terms of campaigns, templates and eCommerce and works now as a well-oiled machine that is the foundation for our ongoing business success. We also appreciate having our designated Keap customer support person who we can call on whenever there are questions or needs.
There is nothing I dislike! It is working well for us.
We create our automated marketing campaigns, do regular email list marketing, manage our client databse and use Keap for eCommerce.
It has many functions for almost all your marketing needs. And they are always adding more features.
For you to upgrade to receive the e-commerce and affiliate package, you need to have two products and toggle back and forth.

I love how I can automate the entire customer journey. I've used other CRMS that are great at marketing OR customer service but not both. With KEAP, I am able to map out the entire journey and give my customer service team the ability to efficiently service clients. The API is pretty easy to work with so that we can hook in or create any tool we need. KEAP lite is a great place for businesses to start. It is then easy to grow up into the Max version as the business grows. As a consultant, the challenge of moving someone off of their stater tech into the tech that is going to take them to the next level is my job. Starting with KEAP lite makes the journey less expensive and time consuming.
KEAP gives you the ability to do ANYTHING but that also ends up being a challenge without the right guidance. I would recommend starting with lite so that you don't get overwhelmed with features. Work with a consultant who can help you see what you actually need rather than the shiny objects of everything you can do with the software.
Having one single source of truth. I work with scaling businesses and they often have many different pieces of their tech stack. KEAP allows us to have one place for a single source of truth thus saving our sanity.
With fully integrated automation into our customer outreach, we can save time and ensure customers receive up-to-date information and ongoing notifications that are timely and impactful.
The learning curve is a little steep but manageable if you take advantage of the training available.
Ease of communication.
Since it was rebranded to Keap the prices came down by a lot but 90% of the functionality was retained, so a really good value for money.
Texting is not available in Australia and not possible to upload contact photos easily.
Sales funnels and automation are amazing once everything has been set up.
