My one complaint so far is the double authentication sign in to prove that you are not a robot ex "select the images with a bus". It is annoying having to do that more than once in a day.

Since couple of months now I am using Livestorm as part of my new responsibility is communicating with our members via webinairs. It is an important part of my activity and during my 20 years of experience I did not yet have the opportunity to use this tool. I appreciate its easy access, after a short training I was able to use it with no problem. I also appreciate all the options : being able to receive questions, answer them, being able to download the information after the webinair. It is a complex tool with many options, with an easy access and intuitive utilization.
The first couple of times just have to double check that the webinair was correctly stated, but we put in place small strategies as asking if everyone can hear us in order to make sure everything is going well.
Livestorm represents our most important communication channel with our members : reminders of procedures, modifications of legislation to be implemented. When people join via a link, they have to opt in to being a "presenter" or just watch. Participants don't want to be presenters, so once they join I have to spenmd time inviting everyone to become a presenter so they can participate.

LiveStorm is our tool to organize webinars from 4 people to more than 1000. I find that the administrator interface is quite easy to use. Our participants do not encounter problems to log in for our events. It is nice to have some options to interact with the participants and remind them of the webinars.
On my side I would like to participate to my colleagues sessions and I find it quite frustrating that I cannot connect as a participant with my professional email address. I need to register with my personal email address as Livestorm detects we are from the same company.

I first chose Livestorm because it offered a much more 'modern' experience than the incumbent players at the time. I've stuck with it because it's easy to use, still offers a good experience for both speakers and attendees, and has a wide range of integrations.
Not a huge fan of how pricing works: you pay for a package based on how many live attendees are expected. I would appreciate more flexible pricing options so we don't have to worry about upgrading to a bigger package each time we run an event.

Livestorm nous a facilité l'organisation de webinars et évènements digitaux. La programmation des emails est très facile et il est possible de les modifier (il y a également maintenant la possibilité de créer des actions automatisées : lancer ou terminer l'évènement, lancer une vidéo ou encore rediriger vers une page) . L'accès à la salle est également très appréciée pour faire des tests avant de lancer l'évènement.

Stream quality is great. Being able to play videos with no audio disruptions or loss of quality is great. As far as implementation, it's fairly intuitive but there is no formal onboarding, you have "Livestorm U" tutorials and then you can set up a Q+A with your rep. We had an issue with SSO and tried reaching out for assistance, the chat is impossible and unfortunately our rep was OOO, our systems team got it sorted out on time thankfully. I'ts nice to have the option for polls, chat, and questions. Though the ability to have anonymous Q+A would be a welcome and needed addition.
There are still mobile issues that need fixed. Users have had problems with polls not going away after dismissing them and being uable to watch the rest of the content. Automations are nice but clunky, you have to 'x' out of them to then continue the stream. It would also be nice to have the option of having internal SSO for viewers to simplify internal comms, rather than have people sign in every time.
A seemless webinar platform for external viewers. We have only tested it internally but functionality has worked fine. It has a bit of work to do to work for internal comms.

We have found out that if you are presenting videomaterial during a training or webinar, it would be beneficial to upload the document beforehand to Livestorm rather than sharing your own screen. Otherwise the quality of the content you present might get blurry quality.

I would love to have better control over some kind of database of attendees inside livestorm, which would allow better invitations for regular users etc. Although this is doable via MailChimp with connections ... but hey, need to dislike something :)
