Mailshake is easy to use and helps you along the way with clear instructions, suggestions and guidance.

I don't dislike anything about it. I have had two campaigns so far - no issues.

It's a no fuss way to get all my cold emailing done.

The application is easy to use, I've been using mailshake for several years and I'm getting responses when I send out campaigns. The drip feature works great where you can just set it up and let it send.

There are a couple of feature request I have for it, ability to link an email with a specific action would be good, but it's not a deal breaker as there is a way around it.

Biggest benefit is it's ease of use, and ability to use to find clients with.

Their guides are ACTUALLY helpful and the features they have like the warmup and the onboarding is magical. It makes the process from start to execution really really frictionless and fun! They added value to all the rihgt touchpoints in my journey and they really made outreach which is usually a drag personally into something exciting because of how easy & fun they made it with the software.

Chances of making an error in the scheduling portion of the campaign and wasting days or weeks trying to catch up outbound touch goals gets reduced to zero if you use their sending calendar feature. sometimes the limits and campaign schedules can interfere with each other and cause emails to not go out when intended. same when you are new to using the tool. easy to catch mistakes when you see the sending schedule. Mailshake also has the smoothest UX, although it was much better before the update. still far better than any other tool.

there's no warmup feature *yet, which means manually warming up new email domains.

i use mailshake for outbound sales but the problems im solving are time based. simply put, other tools take too much time to learn and errors cost a lot of time.

Mailshake is very simple and easy to set up. There are no extra frills or unneeded features. It is very easy to use.

It could be easier to see when to expect emails to be sent once a campaign has been initiated.

I am using Mailshake to prospect B2B leads and PR leads. The benefits are extremely useful because I can create and evaluate email and sales cadences.

It helps me get in touch with all my relevant prospects quickly and efficiently. Loving it so far.

Their integrity is just unbeatable. The hibernation option is there! And I love how they make it so easy to suspend their services. It matters very much for me as I have time when I need to do outreach and time when I don't.

I just wish the price was lower than this.

I like how easy it is to create and schedule a mailing campaign as well as create a drip for customers after they join.

Not sure, maybe be able to adjust the the frequency/amount of people to get the email. IE all 500 get emailed on Friday vs being scattered randomly.

Helps to solve customer outreach. Able to create a message once and send it to customers and potential customers easily.

Email Marketing is what I do, I've used every platform out there and Mailshake is my favorite.

Last week I would have suggested a few improvements, however today they released their 2.0 upgrade and everything I wanted improved- was. Its sick.

Try using Lemlist- then use Milkshake...problem solved.

Can be combined with Zapier to receive automatic reply updates.

No automatic reply functions, which isn't really necessary.

Easy to create, track, and follow up with email campaigns. Combined with Zapier, I can build and idiot-proof system of outreach and appointment booking.
