I love using Monday.com as a database. I work in research so sometimes I use it to capture and track data we are collecting. But I also use it as a database of processes, projects, communications, and reporting metrics. It's like a superpowered spreadsheet that allows you to document how you arrived at any number or metric. These details are hard to track in a spreadsheet espeicially when you want to capture observations or inclusion criteria or how inclusion criteria has changed all in the same place. Monday.com helps you capture the stroies and details behind the data which is helpful when reporting back to stakeholders.
The additional plug-ins are a bit overwhelming. I liked it better when it was a small curated list.
Monday.com helps us keep track of processes and how processes evolve. Decisions and changes are made in day to day work and having a space to track number or hard data points along with spaces to track the thinking or logic behind decisions helps projects moving forward.
How easy it is to see your tasks and is easy to share with other offices who might need to know what is happening and when. We were easily able to implement this in for the team and use it everyday. There are so many features that have benefited out team too!
I wish that the calendar feature would automatically link to your work so you don't have to create a seperate task.
We were having a hard time finding a place to keep track of everything our team needed to do. Luckily we were able to find Monday which allows us to keep up on tasks to do and collobrate with the team easily.
Easy to use and convenient for our company
None because its very effective and efficient
Organization of projects and deligation
Excellent project management, CRM, and collaboration tools
Currently, work forms do not allow volunteers to select from a live list of options.
Transparent responsibilities on projects Clear tracking of project progress Eliminating time spent in meetings.
We've been using Monday for about 1 year now, and it's an essential tool that allows us to optimize our productivity, to make it easier for a new team member to understand how we works, to keep track of project progress in real time, etc!
There is nothing that I dislike about Monday!
It helps being well organized.
The organization and ease of use. I have used Monday for about a year now and it has helped me not miss projects or deadlines.
Sometimes I wish it had a better way to organize the columns possibly by group instead of boards. I also wish it would take you straight to the task on the board instead of just taking me to that board. Sometimes it can be hard to find things and this would help me figure out where it is.
It has solved missing projects and project deadlines. This helps our relationship with our clients and helps keep our team on top of things.
I really like how flexible Monday.com is and that you can use it to delivery pretty much any outcome you desire. The collaboration and ability to share collateral, updates and projects makes it extremely powerful.
The only challenges of monday.com for me is understanding everything it can do and staying on top of the latest developments.
Monday.com allows us to track the time our team spends, so that we are able to effectively ascertain the profitability of our departments and projects. It enables us to stay on track across departments and collaborate to achieve the completion of larger projects on time.
It is very easy to use Monday to organize projects and collaborate with team members who share those projects with you. The new addition of sub items also helps keep the length of lists under control.
I have to organize my boards either by time periods or projects but ideally, I would like to do both and the Gantt view is not what I mean. I want to toggle between them so that I can have different views of what needs doing and what is done.
Monday helps me organize many complicated projects across several clients and several partners with ease.
Monday helped us streamline our work processes and save time and money. We could easily set up new tasks, get ready for our weekly meetings, and monitor our project budgets. Our favorite feature of Monday is the enhanced productivity it offers us. We can design our own workflows that suit our goals and optimize our daily performance.
I don't use a mobile app very often, but I like having one to handle tasks quickly, check my daily schedule, and monitor our project status. Monday's mobile app is not very good. It has gotten better since I first tried it, but it is not very adaptable. The desktop version is much superior.
Advanced reporting This feature has been very helpful for me. I can make a dashboard that changes automatically whenever the source data does. That's amazing. I don't need to bother other team leaders for reports on how we're doing. I can simply see the dashboard and know our status, our bottlenecks, our budget, and more. I really enjoy it.
I love that I can upload documents for each particular project, and tasks without having to sift through emails and drives.
That I can't create items under subitems
Keeping all the docs together for projects, and helping keep me organized.
