Nextiva's Customer Support was very helpful whenever I need to call for support or technical assistance.
The only downside is that when the internet goes down, so do our phones. Thankfully this only happened a couple of times in the past few years and only for a short time.
N/A
I have been using Nextiva for over 3 years now. Not only it is simple to use but also their customer service agents are quick to action.
Sometimes it malfunctions for any reason such as server issues. These blackouts come without any notice. So you do have to call them to find out what is going on.
Easy to contact.
There are multiple tools and setting really helpfull for my business. Also having a 24/7 member service line is great. Must of the times the representatives who have assisted me are very knowledgable and I am able to have a resolution in just one call. Its been really easy for our team to learn how to use this tool and ofcourse this is a tool we implement all the time. is our main tool for working besides our CRM We use nextiva every day, all day long. The integration with hour CRM is incredably usefull for our business, too
Its been a couple of times that nextiva is completely down and we are unable to get inbound and outbounds, but i gotta say is not often. Also would be great if we could listen live calls from the agents and being able to se live whos in call and who is not.
We are a call center, this is one of the most important tools we have. Without a phone system we are unable to run.
Nextiva has emerged as my primary asset within my professional role. Its user-friendly nature significantly simplifies my tasks, particularly since I require constant connectivity with numerous carriers. The convenience of having Nextiva accessible on my computer enhances my job, allowing me to seamlessly engage in effective communication with a diverse clientele. The integration of Nextiva into my workstation has undeniably proven to be the ideal solution for my needs.
Sometimes it gets slow. The only thing I don't like is the sound when there's an incoming call, but I recently saw that they added a button to silence the incoming calls, which is perfect!
Getting in touch with coworkers and with carriers across the continent. It makes it very easy and we can be more productive and successful. It helps to get in touch with people you need.
We have been very pleased with our service from Nextiva. They are responsive, knowledgable and continue to improve with enhanced features and tools. They offer several methods of support when we have an issue. The VOIP System is easy to set up and we can do most of the changes we need via our admin account. Set up new phones, add or remove a user and we use it daily for all of our employees.
Only negative that we have experienced is a few issues with the new app for NextivaOne at the beginning. But they seem to be working on that and it has been better. We would like to see some integration with our CRM Software.
We have some remote users and we like the ability to also use the app when there maybe an issue with the physical phone use.
I love that the administrator portal is so easy to use. You can make changes on your own with ease if you feel comfortable. The system we had previous to Nextiva required a lot of having to call in, and we weren't able to make many changes on our own.
There are so many features it's kind of hard to keep up with. So keeping yourself educated on the service is needed to maximize the best parts of it. I would like to see more notifications from Nextiva about parts of the service we aren't using to guide us in the right direction.
Allows us to get calls remotely, and turns our mobile devices into our work desk phones! Gives us more flexibility around being remote. We have been able to be much more productive as we can answer calls from anywhere.
The value for cost associated. Their fees are plainly laid out.
Not many downsides for what my needs are. I can't think of one major issue. The only thing I could nitpick about is that the UI is clunky and could use an update.
I don't receive or send many faxes nowadays, but on some deals i have, fax is the only way to receive documents and my nextiva account solves the problem of not needing an old standalone fax machine.
The web interface makes ip telephony a breeze, and if you get lost somehow, support is second to none. The setup was really simple and intuitive, and even makes connecting out existing hardware and phones easy to integrate.
There is more than one way to do certain tasks, which can get a bit confusing at times.
Replacing an aging/obsolete in-house pbx system that is no longer supported.
Product was ready to go out of the box. Customer service has always been excellent.
Customer support chat can on rare occassion be up to a half hour wait. Usually the connection is immediate or within five minutes.
Remote phone access via the mobile app allows our people in the field to receive and place calls as if they were in the office, eliminating the need for multiple contact numbers.
It was easy to setup. And they have great support.
We've been with Nextiva for a few years now. I've had the same physical phone. I wouldn't mind upgrading a bit. Not sure where to go for that.
We have more office space than personnel, so it's nice that we can put/add a phone in any office as long as there is an internet connection (ethernet).
