What I like most is that this software is completely free, so I was able to install it in my company and test it quickly. The result has been a happier staff being able to communicate by chatting, making the work more fun.
I would like to see more customization options, but I am sure they will be included in future updates. I would also like this programme to have more audience, more publicity, so that it can reach more people and the company can grow faster.

I like how easy it is to engage with our web visitors - Just a couple clicks and you're already engaging with your prospects. The tool is simple and straightforward to use. Intuitive design and user-friendliness means no confusion and very little training needed. It's helpful to be able to see the geographical locations of the prospects on your site, as well as where they entered your site (which page or link lead them to you) along with previous visit information.
I do wish that Pure Chat was able to pull in more information about our site visitors, such as their email addresses/names. This would make it easier to engage with our prospects after they've left our site, and integrate with other marketing campaigns and offers.
We use Pure Chat so that we can engage with our site visitors and answer questions in a live, no pressure setting. Once initial conversations occur on Pure Chat, we've been able to convert some of those visitors into product demos and sales. Pure Chat has also allowed us to monitor our site traffic after marketing campaign launches, so we can see in real-time how it's being affected.
We are able to use this tool to guide and immediately engage interested candidates to better facilitate them joining the Driveline Team.

Its very easy to start a chat, even easier than dialing a phone number, or sending an email, and we get real time communication. Customer support is great!
Anything that I would put here, is simply because the company is still on the newer side. We have brought a few wishlist items to Pure Chat and they have listened. I would like a higher level integration with Infusionsoft, but they are certainly moving in the right direction!
