by using the pure chat i can track the visitors who came to site if am not in online so that by using those we can mail them our products so that it will be very useful for our business called OfficeTimer.com

It was recommended by a friend and she told me this app is an excellent way to chat with others for free. I have a blog on WordPress and connecting with my visitors and providing customer service is crucial! I read some of the reviews online and heard that Pure Chat is absolutely amazing! I can't wait to try it.

So far I don't dislike the app since I haven't used it yet.

It’s so easy to use on both parties ends.

Sometimes the software has a delayed processing which interferes with communication.

We use the free Pure chat feature and still get to enjoy the basic features everyone expects to get from an helpdesk tool like mobile compatible chat widget ,unlimited chat,unlimited agents ,chat widget customization ,chat transcript and 24/7 user support.

While using the Pure chat mobile app. There are times when new visitor chat message gets in almost half a minute ,after the chat was initiated.This rarely has an effect as our agents mainly access Pure chat from their PC.

Pure chat provides our customers with an avenue to contact Econet customer service team ,at no cost to them and get realtime,immediate response to their problems.

I love the ease of use of PureChat. Managing multiple chats is simple.

For some reason, PureChat slows down my computer at times.

1) Ability to flag chats for tracking purposes 2) Ability to email transcripts or download them as needed.

I really enjoy how this product helps me be more efficient. It definitely saves me time, while not skimping on quality.

An app would be a great use for me. I would be able to use the product much more and across different settings. I utilize a tablet, so that would help me out tremendously. I know that more people would also utilize it with different types of accessibility.

There aren't any business problems that I am resolving with Pure Chat

We really didn't want to leave Pure chat because we loved the interface and everything about the system

We had to leave due to the system and software not being GDPR compliant with the new data protection rules that are coming into force within the EU
