I like the drag and drop schedule. I like how you can edit either just that shift or the whole project.
I don’t like how it doesn’t let you choose the specific way you want it to sync with QBO. I don’t like how you can’t access certain features in the app.
We are able to track time and location of employees. Saves time with required questions before being able to clock out.
I use TSheets solely for the purpose of tracking my hours at my job. It works great! I love that I can easily see my weekly total and that I can see who else is also working at the same time as me.
I dislike that you have to pay for small additional features. I wish that I could view my timesheet more easily without having to pay for it.
TSheets solves the problem of having to track hours manually. I am thankful that I am able to use it.
The freedom of punching in and taking breaks simply with a cell phone.
It won’t let you punch in when you want time wise. It adds or shaves off time depending what time you punch in.
You have complete control over punching in and out including breaks. Submitting hours is very easy as well.
One of the best in markets where one can easily get real time updates and easy to track and monitor long in and out.Users can also get free live chat sessions is the best available in market
Time offs are difficult to log, which is down side. Mobile Ui and interface needs to be taken care as it's not giving the best outcomes using mobile.
Mobile Interface should be taken care so that it has the best features embedded in jt.
Overall I feel like the technology and functionality is there however there are areas of improvement. The software has a great deal of advantages like time tracking, gps and scheduling.
I really question the authenticity of accurately tracking what is viable vs falsified time tracking. For example there is no secure way of knowing what time is actually going towards work versus say someone just turning the time on and leaving it. The GPS is a great feature if the employee is suppose to be out and about.
I never experienced any problems just worry that there are loopholes employees could take advantage of. I like the features that track the employee through the gps as well as the upload pictures and scheduling functions.
Intuitive for someone who just started working and has to fill out sheets
It’s still a tedious manual effort and that’s just part of the function.
Getting organized for people submitting their time sheets.
T sheets is a good way to keep track of time however I feel like it has a lot of room for improvement.
If you forget to manually clock out you could be on the clock for a week. Then you have to go adjust manually
It helps keep track of how long we are spending on each project.
Honestly so helpful that the company timesheets are on an app. With everything being so mobile oriented, why not your timesheet too? So user friendly and easy to use!
I personally do not have any issues, but I know my accounting team has trouble integrating with our payroll.
TSheets makes time keeping easy! Before employees would forget! Not they fill out time cards as they leave the office.
Easy to use interface and good tracking to ensure accurate reporting.
Difficult to do employee time comparisons.
We were having difficulty tracking our times for each person but were able to solve that.
Simple, easy link up with quickbooks ... should be better as they do own them
doesn't down to the way I like to do things on the construction side. I like things simple and where they do time offerings for everyone, I get confused at what's for me and whats not.
got us to move away from paper. Got people realizing the guessing and waste that goes on w paper... Just now need a simpler version of it.
I love how easily it can integrate with Quickbooks Online! and I love how easy it is to enter and approve time, the redeeming quality to TSheets is their customer service every time I have had a chat or a call with anyone of their agents I have been super impressed with how amazing they are at customer service. so I would say thats the reason why I gave them a 7 instead of a 5 or less I think its due to the great incentive program they have there that helps the agents to want to help us out and make a good impression
with about every other user they have extream difficulties with logging in their first time I think this is due to them using any Intuit login that they have ever had before and a lot of people dont know that intuit powers turbo tax and most people dont remember that login until its tax time and they usually reset it at that time. also, the mobile app is a joke it rarely works and when it does it has syncing problems 70% of the time if you plan on using this to track time have all users use a pc or laptop to track time
we are able to track time easily with clocking in and out and have our agents approve their own time saving on the following uptime
It works for web and mobile. It facilitates human resources work by qualifying the hours worked by employees.
One of the shortcomings that Tsheets must correct is to be more precise when indicating the location of one of the members of the work team or employees.
It is perfect to designate and track employee shifts and schedules.
The product was very easy to use and didn't require much explaining to employees.
Did not fully integrate into my payroll system (Gusto)
Much easier to track employees hours. No steep learning curve.
This is a great product to use to monitor employee hours as well as their locations if you have staff that are not stationed in one place all day.
I don’t like how it does not allow employees to request to edit their times if they forgot to clock in or out or take a break. Some staff complain about the GPS monitoring features as an invasion of privacy.
Time keeping, employee tracking.
I like that I can store all of the clients for my work in here and the time tracking options are very customizable.
There are several times where I have tried to copy my timesheet from week to week (there are a lot of items) and it doesn't copy over properly, causing me to have to repopulate each box. It's very tedious.
It makes it easier for my company from a budgeting perspective to be able to track time and understand where our resources are being allocated.
The outlay and the display of each days transactions.
Hours accumulate by month instead of by pay period.
None
Once employees understand how to clock in and out it works great. It is great for the cleaning business where people are paid when they are at the job and not for travel time. It will also track where they have been. It has saved me time to work on other projects.
Some of the functions are a little hard to get the hang of. I just wish that I could add the expenses to each employee like their insurance, social security and medicare. I want to be able to tell how much each of the jobs cost my company.
it has allowed me more time to work on other projects and has allowed me track my employees more efficiently.
Ability to copy over old tasks and information from week to week
Sometimes features are do not work for whatever reason and you have to manually input all previous time items to track
Most hours spent on specific projects. Realized people spend too much time answering emails
The reporting aspect of the program was very useful.
Program is not easy to go back and edit changes once submitted
Payroll tracking, time management
User can easily understand the interface works and its functionality
Too complicated in design and hard to understand few functionalities
Using it to schedule my daily meetings
It let’s you filter by time and date. It also lets you type the hours
Its hour calculation is bad. I have to write the hours myself.
None. My company uses it to time track my hours
The user friendly app they had, it’s interface.
The minimal options and restrictions on the app limiting the work
It was a platform to help track timing and what kind of work was getting done.
I like the ease of clicking in and adding notes.
I dislike that I can’t go in and enter my hours after the fact if I forget to clock in. I have to get a managers approval.
Solving the paper barrier we had before. Benefits include easier tracking and more eco friendly now that we don’t use paper.
This app is easy enough to use, nothing overly exciting about it. It gets the job done.
A little boring or design, so nothing really fun to look at. Other than that it’s a good app.
Clocking in
Employee accountability as the owner (me) is not physically located at the office.
Paid annual renewal one month ago. Now selling our business and buyer has no need. TSheets will NOT refund any of my money because their policy only allows 15 days for cancellation. Unreasonable, unfriendly approach to doing business. I'm very disappointed.
Employee accountability
Simple + easy to use. Chat help was easy with Elaina M
For salaried employees would need to have manual entry of time to be standard.
uniform processes
Simple to use interface, especially if you have a relatively simple accounting system related to your payroll.
Setting up multiple accounts to charge payroll too is a bit of work. It's somewhat clumsy and overly-complicated.
Timesheets on the cloud so we don't have to print stuff!
I love that with TSheets you can see when all of the employees are working. When you work in the office of a large warehouse, you need to know the status of all employees when it comes to phone calls & walk-in customers.
I don't like that it can be very touchy when it comes to using the app. I have tried punching in and out a few times & it just didn't take for some odd reason, but here I just didn't press the button correctly. Just takes some getting used to.
We were solving the issue of time cards. It saves the payroll personnel time when entering when it is all right in front of them on the computer screen. We realized after using TSheets that it comes in handy to catch employees that want to clock in from home before arriving. It definitely makes you be honest when punching in and out.
Because I work remote its nice to clock in and out from my phone.
it records my location at all times so it uses a lot of storage and data
It is helping us keep track of employees in multiple cities. It also helps show where the employees are when they are clocked in so it keeps them accountable.
Feature lists and on going development and of course the warm culture!
Nothing yet. I just started using this system so I'm not ready to make any sweeping declarations.
Ditching paper Timecards
