QuickBooks Time Reviews & Product Details

First, the integration with QuickBooks makes my life easy because I don't have to keep track of my contractors and clients twice. Next, I love being able to see a report of all the time mid-month to ensure we're on track for budgets. The support staff at TSheets is super-awesome as well. And, while I think the software is great, some of my contractors who are less than accepting to "new ways" of doing things, immediately embraced TSheets and starting using it via the mobile app right away.

I wish the interface was a bit cleaner, but, the mobile app is awesome for just the time-tracking part. Another item I wish existed was a Mac desktop app so I don't have to go to the website and have another tab open. But, I'm able to use the mobile app instead which works just as well.

I needed to have all of my financial information in one place. By using TSheets, I'm able to use QuickBooks to keep track of all the people... and TSheets to keep track of the time. My contractors didn't want to use the old time tracker... so they didn't... but this time tracker is so easy to use they all are happily using it now.

I am very impressed with the excellent online customer care. Kelsey T assisted me in a very polite and friendly way. She walked me right through my questions and cleared up my concerns. I give her 6-stars on a 5-star scale!

It would be helpful to have expenses built in. Expensify doesn't fit our applications

Wanted more compliance with employees entering time and faster invoicing. Tsheets accomplishes both.

Sync with QuickBooks for simple payroll.

Not much to dislike. Non Tech employees without smart phones are difficult to get using it.

Cut the time to run payroll by 90%. Syncs jobs to the invoicing in quickbooks.

Abbey was my Tech Support Ninja today (WOOT WOOT)!! I called in with one issue, and ended up learnning 5 new tips that will end up saving my Office Manager 10 hrs of labor per week which I can now invest towards marketing to bring in more $$$ !! Huge fan, Highly recommend this Time Keeping software for the Small Business Owner that is doing between $75,00---5,000,000 Per Year. T-Sheets frees me up so I can do what I love, SELL!! #TsheetsLove

Time Keeping and Work Site Employee Verification

Great user interface, easy to move around.

As an employee for an accounting firm, I have no complaints!

Provides accurate and precise time tracking. I love seeing the reports where time is spent, and the ability to track and label my hours.

Ease of use, EXCELLENT Support, Accountant program, the PEOPLE of TSheets are crazy good at customer service!

That I only get to see them at conferences like QBConnect and SNH.

Accurate and timely reporting of employee time for compliance and job costing.

#tsheetslove I loved that RJ was happy, nice, cordial, competent and able to get our issue fixed. With a VERY complicated payroll, he stuck it out, did not give up on me and our complicated order!

It did take an hour and a half to get the issue resolved (much trouble shooting was involved) but our complicated order was resolved completely.

Need for a Time clock

It's hard to program the breaks and have them go off at the right time.

Timekeeping and payroll

I love the easy interface on the desktop screen and the extremely positive, friendly vibes when calling in for help. Recently I called in twice and both Jon and Diane were helpful, knew their stuff and it was like talking to a friend as they helped with my issues.

The only dislike is the confusion when using the phone app and trying to enter in PTO time. My employees have found it difficult to locate where to enter in the time.

I was entering in two weeks of job costed time for 27 employees and it was taking a ridiculous amount of time. Tsheets has saved me hours in data entry.

My company is jyst implementing TSheets, I had a few question and had the opportunity to speak with Kelsey M. She was super helpful and I can’t wait to upgrade gow I submit my time sheets!

I have not experienced anything that I dislike.

How to set up a schedule for my appointments, knowledge about whether I need to be connect to Wi-Fi, which is not necessary but better captures my location during the time if service of which I am providing.

Ease of use and the ability to tailor the software to our needs. Customer service is also pretty awesome. Jen was great to work with this morning and I have only had wonderful experiences with their customer service team.

Some of the desktop options that would be useful in the mobile ap are not there yet.

Managing time for employees who are on the move.

I like that you can designate your time to different projects. Its easy to see how your time breaks down using that feature. The app is easy to use.

I don't like that you're unable to make changes once your time has been approved by a supervisor. I would prefer if you could edit and it would notify your supervisor.

We were tracking time on excel spreadsheets. T sheets is by far an easier option.

She not only handled my issue I was having, but made me feel like a customer rather than a number. I too pride my Business on customer service. I love it when other businesses have the same business morals. TSheets definitely has Truly the best customer service. Thank you again!

I find the GPS tracking extremely helpful for employees that work off site.

The interface should maybe be updated, to be a little more user-friendly. It is sometimes a little tricky to find a feature you want to use.

An employee must have GPS tracking active in order to clock-in. This way we can review whether the job site matches the project selected.
