Very easy to use and uploads quickly and easily to QBO
Trying to apply vacation and sick time to employees timesheets. cannot figure out how to allow employee to do it themselves
ease of sign in with tablets and easy upload to QBO. Previously using paper time record keeping
The system is very user friendly. Simple to track hours, clock in and out.
There is nothing I really dislike about TSheets, I wish the hours were more in depth ie; OT vs Regular Pay.
Keeping all employees in one spot, tracking everyone's hours at an efficient rate.
I like having the app on my phone. I was able to remotely clock in and out from my phone when I was out of the office and on location. It keeps track of hours worked and which hours have been paid so you can keep track of your pay periods and paychecks. I also liked that you could see your schedule along with other employees so you know who is where in case you need help on site.
I have had issues with the site or app locking me out when my login info was correct more than once. And when I didnt have service I couldn't clock in without data reception.
The biggest benefit is having the ability to clock in and out remotely through the Tsheets app when you are on location and out of the office with just your phone. Before keeping handwritten logs of out of office work time was not reliable at times.
My favorite part is the ease of use. I'm a small business and wear a lot of hats which means I don't have much time to sit and learn new software day after day. This product is perfect!
Not much to dislike - only issue is sometimes updates mix up existing settings a bit, but this is a small and rare glictch for me.
I save a ton of time processing, tracking and keeping up with timesheets/invoices for workers.
Like the switch between jobs and job management feature.
No voice abilities No alert supervisor when job changes.
Time management at multiple sites
TSheets has been a lifesaver. Being able to keep track of the fundraising activities of our nonprofit, as well as keeping track of the administrative time and the actual service to cancer patients has been wonderful. It's very important that we know this for grant writing purposes.
At times the bridge between QuickBooks and TSheets feels a little awkward. The flow using the bridge is not clear or I get confused about what to do or where to go. I hope that over time the technology may be possible to eliminate the bridge from the user's view.
It's helped us be prepared for writing grants which require time details.
Easy user ability. Self explanatory navigation.
So many repeated information inputting..
Able to manage all work areas and job assignments. Quick payroll reports.
Tsheets is good for time organization spreadsheets. it’s the best time keeping schedule app by far in my opinion for jobs.
Nothing bad about it! I think this company is headed the right way.
It helps a lot with time management which is a major issue sometimes . Helps keep track of multi tasking as well.
The easiness of keeping track of when you clock in or clock out
Just the time it takes to log in. Sometimes it's slow I guess depending on network I have gotten locked out a few times
Time, breaks, lunch etc
Integrates very well with QuickBooks. Easy for everyone to understand.
I wish it prevented employees from making mistakes by warning them when they’re about to do something unusual (like when they forget to clock out and mark something billable as not billable.)
I have realized that I can add someone’s vacation days in there so it’s easy to track when are good days for people to take off.
