"Simple and Effective Email Platform - Amazing Chrome and Linkedin extension"
What do you like best about Reply?

We love the simplicity of the software. Upload a list in minutes, create a sequence then start sending out emails. Reports and data on open rates and replies are very useful. The Linkedin and Chrome extension is one of the best tools around. You can add people on linkedin then directly add them to a email sequence with their contact information included. It has been amazing to add in new leads.

What do you dislike about Reply?

It should autosave data in steps in sequences just so you do not lose it when going through the creation process.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are staying in contact with our potential customers more often. We are able to share new features and new releases easier. We can see if people are not opening our emails and remove them from our lists and replace them with more qualified leads.

"Best emailing platform I've used!"
What do you like best about Reply?

I've used many emailing platforms - and decided to go with Reply.io. This is because: 1) their customer service is amazing. Seriously, they reply in seconds with custom solutions and in-depth answers to any questions. 2) their platform has an amazing AI feature which checks the "spamminess" of your emails - this feature alone is worth their fee. 3) their platform is easy to navigate and intuitive. 4) Reply.io lets you navigate how often your emails come out - and stop spam filters from classifying you as a spammer. I think this option is amazing. I really recommend this platform - try it out for free and you won't think twice about signing up!

What do you dislike about Reply?

No downsides. Everything is wonderful! I can't say anything negative about this platform.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've been able to send a sequence of emails to potential customers automatically and with ease, without worrying about my domain reputation.

What do you like best about Reply?

The platform is user friendly and simple to navigate but the customer service is out of this world

Nothing It has been my preferred email platform since i discovered it over all the others in the fiel today

I have tried a few other email systems on the market today but by far the easiest to personalise and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously is Reply

"The most powerful outreach tool I use day-to-day"
What do you like best about Reply?

The dashboard is simple and intuitive. The data upload is fast. Customer support is A+. The personalization is second to none. The auto opt-out is helpful. The bar charts in the reporting section are really helpful, as are all the statistics in this section too. Very clear. The slide bars are a cool feature.

What do you dislike about Reply?

Campaigns have a habit of stalling. There are many settings menus, making it difficult to make changes.I dont like how people are excluded from multiple campaigns, and the workaround to solve this is time consuming and complicated. I'd suggest removing it. I dont understand the marketplace section at all. i dont understand the tasks section at all, and I the integrations section is hidden. Scheduling can be an issue when youre working across multiple time zones, there could be a feature that autocorrects your timezone based on your location. The slide bars can be unclear and sometimes dont 'feel' like you've switched them on.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's almost completely automated my cold outreach. It holds all my data in one place. It's allowed me to experiment with and iterate my messaging. I have more insight into who is actually engaged with my messaging.

What do you like best about Reply?

I use reply to send outbound emails on a regular basis. They have good deliverability and are simple and affordable for my basic needs. They also reached out to me proactively to help me improve my deliverability. How awesome is that?

What do you dislike about Reply?

One feature I wish they had: clicks. They track replies, but not clicks.

Reply generates pipeline by starting conversations with prospects.

What do you like best about Reply?

Really helped our exponentially expand our 1-1 communication. Our follow up game has never been stronger or more integlligent.

What do you dislike about Reply?

I really cannot think of any downsides I've experienced.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automated follow up has increased sales a ton. Really helped firm up our follow up game in an intelligent way as opposed to scaled email blasts that may be irrelevant to the prospect at any given time.

Reply has helped us save 10+ hours a week in setup and tracking of our weekly email campaigns. The interface is extremely user-friendly and easy to learn. The support team is always quick to answer any and ALL questions

The only downside to reply is that it isnt free, but it's well worth the cost in relation to its IMMENSE VALUE ADD

I really like how the program manages everything that I would never be able to keep track of, like following up on certain days for one campaign and a different day for another. It is so easing to know that you can set it all up and Reply takes care of the rest! So much peace of mind!

I don't think there is a downside to reply, they have amazing customer service!

"Perfect for post trade show follow up"
What do you like best about Reply?

It saves me tons of time in my sales role. It also has a feature that rates the likelihood of a response as you are creating the email, which has been accurate and helped me with my other email campaigns. I would say this product saves me about 10 hours per week in email follow up. The only time consuming part is building the campaign and the lists, after that its real turnkey. It also works well for waking up inactive leads.

What do you dislike about Reply?

Sometimes it is tricky to turn a campaign back on. Sometimes the opens tracking is innacurate and I'll have to manually update that a contact replied but this is rare. I just double check to make sure.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

Follow up for many tradeshow leads right after the event. I can follow up much faster than before and get ahead of my competition. I find that in my 3rd or 4th email is when I get the best responses. This product saves me about 10 hours a week it seems.

What do you like best about Reply?

Rep.ly is incredibly user friendly. They have done everything possible to simplify the process of setting up a drip. The automatic opt outs are fantastic as are the guidelines they set up around reply rates.

What do you dislike about Reply?

Nothing but it would be great if I could get more information around which emails people are replying to in order to optimize.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reply has allowed me to quickly set up and iterate on business to business cold outreach campaigns while running fast and easy tests around which value propositions different groups are responding to.

What do you like best about Reply?

The UI that shows you how likely it is for you to get a reply to your email. The newsletter with top tips is also extremely useful.

What do you dislike about Reply?

There's not much to dislike, it's a good product at a good price.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's much easier to do outbound sales en masse. The fact that it also integrates with our CRM means that once it's set up, there's very little admin to do other than tweaking campaigns.

What do you like best about Reply?

Reply.io was incredibly helpful at helping us to cold outreach. The email recommendations are helpful for crafting emails with a high likelihood of response, but most helpful is the opportunity to write a campaign, but quickly and easily personalize each message with one or two sentences. Our response rate is 40%+ because we were able to iterate and optimize our campaigns with Reply.

What do you dislike about Reply?

The software can occasionally lag / load slowly - frustrating but infrequent.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a small sales and marketing team, and Reply provides leverage by making it quick and easy to do cold outreach.

What do you like best about Reply?

Simple campaign management. I can easily juggle multiple lists and build email sequences for each. I make use of templates and clone campaigns I build to easily modify for new campaigns.

What do you dislike about Reply?

So far I don't have any complaints. I'd say there's likely room for improvement on categorizing some of the replies that land in buckets that aren't 100% accurate, but given the keywords/sentiment in some replies I can see why it's not perfect.

Primarily sales outreach to potential customer lists.

What do you like best about Reply?

We love using Reply because it is super easy to use and we can execute campaigns quickly. The built in tools for optimizing our emails is super helpful to ensure we get the best engagement from our emails. As a small team, the ability to create and share campaigns with each other is really helpful. The layout is intuitive and very user friendly.

What do you dislike about Reply?

My only complaint is that we didn't find this tool sooner. We've use other email tools for automation, but there are specific use cases where Reply is the best option for us.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customer engagement is a big one. The ability to personalize messages and send them to multiple people is super helpful. When the customer replies, they don't keep getting automated messages, we are now able to engage as real people. Keeping it real is a big value here at Rotessa.

What do you like best about Reply?

Blacklisting is great - super important for my niche. Had a lot of issues with other solutions I had which got me into some hot water. Never an issue here. The UX is really clean, intuitive and easy to use. Support is great and most importantly business focused. They're trying to help you get more response and make more money.

What do you dislike about Reply?

Really not a lot to dislike. Support getting back in 3 minutes instead of 5?

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

Going to market with outbound. I've been doing this in some capacity since 2012 with spreadsheets and gmail and have upgraded piece by piece into better solutions. I have a hard time imagining living without some of the benefits I currently get from reply such as universal blacklists, awesome support and very easy UX.
