I like how nicely laid out everything on the new platform is. It looks more modern and fresh than the old one.
It seems like there are parts of the system I can no longer get to, but maybe I need to learn a bit more.

Salesforce is easy to use and provides comprehensive functionality for customer relationships. I manage campaigns to generate leads and then easily convert leads to contacts, accounts and opportunities. When opportunites are closed, they link back to the campaigns that generated them and proivde an ROI analysis on the campaigns for future campaign investment decision-making. It's easy to customize fields and workflows to tailor the system to the way my company does business. Also, the system integrates with most platforms for seemless workflow across multiple systems.We have our instance integrated with Quickbooks, Thought Industries, ActiveCampaign and Ebsta Revenue Intelligence. Also, we used the Salesforce environment to develop three apps, which we sell on AppExchange (Stakeholder Intel, Client Scorecard and CoachTalk).
The Lightning interface is a great upgrade from Classic, howevrer, some functionality is not as intuitive as other modern systems.

I love how you can store are types of data in a aplatform where it's easy to use and can discover new ways to use the data stored each day. It's user friendly, easy to promote to others, and truly makes an impact in business success
The only dislike I have is I am not able to perform some of my admin abilities via a mobile app. There use to be SaleforceA, which was designed to let admins at least perform user management tasks via their phone. For example, resetting users passwords. I would like to be able to go about without bringing my tablet or laptop everywhere. I know users can self reset their password but their is a bug that prevents then doing so when the link is sent to Outlook. There are workarounds but it is more secure to gave the admins reset. I truly love everything else about the platform. I want an easier way to admin On-The-Go
I work for a telemedicine company where we store patient information submitted by clients to be sent to another third party app for medical billing. Before Salesforce, we were not able to have the data seamlessly from one app to another, where providers submit their billing in one app, notes about the patient in another, also being able to connect to the patient with our technology, and it caused issues where we couldn't see the patients efficiently. With Salesforce, it allowed us to connect all of our processes to a quick and painless action, real-time and not only is our company doing better but hospitals and their patients are able to have a better experience
The ability top configure changes easily and seamlessly. Very little development intervention required or neccessary to make transformative changes.
Not much to dislike. Would love more prescriptive solutions, good thing that's coming!

There are so many unique ways to utilize the platform and make it specific down to the user level. I like that I can request one of the platform consultants to write a report or help me with editing a current report to accommodate my needs.
Would appreciate more user-friendly tools that could empower me to customize reports. Maybe have a "library" of field specific reports or templates that could be utilized.

It has helped integrating multifactor aunthetication along with Security to ensure more trusted & secure org as well as data security.
I like how it uses ai to attach the associate id to their profile. I like how easy it is to send emails to our associates.
There are no issues the only issue I found is our company The Home Depot programed it incorrectly and it lags when we look for employees profiles.
THD used to use a IBM system called Qweb for the Home Depot around 2019, but system IBM was no longer supporting that system THD had to upgrade to Salesforce and transfer over 7 years of employee profiles into the new system.
As we know it is best Customer relationship management tool, which is hosted on cloud and provide easiness for Customer as well as Developer to run the things smoothly.
We have some Salesforce Limitations but as alternative of every Limitations is available, so no dislikes so for.

Salesforce is a great tool, it helps me stay organized, put most of my information there regarding accounts, leads etc. I like the dashboards and how easy it is to visualize everything.
nothing in particual that I know.the only thing would be that leads don't always populate and its hard sometimes when there duplicated etc, but yeah overall i like it
finding the people that have talked with us in the past, all the notes, and what status they have. customer information, account info, also seeing the dashboards that peovides info that is crucial to my workday
In salesforec platform any user can easily manage data with different table and its relationship like parent and its child. Users can access their data from anywhere.
For setting up you need a expert, normal users can't set up the org. Sometimes you need developer to do a task which can be done without developer like sending bulk emails.
Salesforce platform manages data with high security and privacy, there is no problem of storage. Users can access their data from anywhere in fraction of time.
Salesforce provide API support and various components for full stack development like lightning and auro components to leverage data of your org. As compared to hubspot, the learning curve is easier.
The thing that I like about Salesforce is the limitation to use only Apex language for full stack development, other language support should also be added. Also it uses SOQL which is different from SQL.

Although salesforce provides lot of benefits, some of the thing i dislike is since it is cloud based thus internet connection is needed. Also, UI is not that interactive that I personally felt using it.
