Providing ease to build my website it's benefitting me in showcasing my products to the targetted audience.

What is great with Shopify is the ease of use with the system and customization of the websites I build for my customers. Also the many integrations I can work with under one roof that can be found in the shopify marketplace.

I did not the collections system at first, but now I have become accustomed to it. I used to build ecommerce sites in virtuemart and opencart so I became accustomed to categories. It is really the same concept but different naming.

With Shopify partner, I am able to build sites without worry of a 14 day trial to get it done in. Also shopify allows for a greater and much easier solution than hosting the ecommerce sites myself. It is a one stop solution for all my ecommerce customers needs.

Really useful & easy to manage sales and inventory. It has helped us scale very seamlessly. They have always had our back throughout the process. Their analytics statistics are Great.

The limitations of editing the codes & their team support in India can get better.

It has been solving issues of e-commerce for small & medium enterprises at a very feasible cost & hasslefree process, it has helped us scale & provided a very customer-friendly site to go on & just order via click.

It helps me stay organized and gives me accurate and easy tracking of every product and order. I don't know what I would do without it, it is a lifesaver. I think everyone should use it.

Sometimes it is time-consuming to add a lot of products at one time. I wish they would make it easier to do a bulk upload. Also I wish you could increase the speeds easier....

Shopify doesn't make me pay a 3rd party web developer to build an entire website for me. Instead I can do it all easily and simply through the app, website and platform.

Shopify is almost certainly the most well-accepted ecommerce solution at present. This platform caters to beginners as well as experienced developers. The best part is that Shopify allows multi platform selling, multiple currency support is there and it allows you to sell in multiple languages and an ability to accept payment either way their own gateway or some third party as well. Lastly the customer support is unbelievably good and always ready to assist.

If you're living in either USA or Canada, there are ways to get as high as 50% discount on yearly membership but for other locations, it may be quite expensive to use than it appears at first glance as the transaction fees is high.

I am not a coding nerd and still I was able to operate an online store or add applications. There are huge opportunities for growth Using Shopify's highly effective SEO, I was able to unearth great jump in sales and I believe this company that was started in 2006 is here to stay and may be even grow bigger.

Shopify is the best e-commerce based platform to use for online stores. It can be easily integrated into other software systems such as Klaviyo to directly allow our customers to shop our website through email links sent weekly. I also love how assesible and easy Shopify is to use such as creating orders, finding past orders, searching customers previous orders, etc. Shopify even offers a free affiliate marketing software called Dovetale to their customers to use which is a huge benefit consdiring other platforms cost hundrends of dollars a month to use!

There is nothing I dislike about Shopify; however, I have run into some issues with Dovetale and their customer service. The issue with customer service I have had previously is someone closing out a ticket when a issue isn't resolved and then another support person trying to help all over again. I know they can go back and look at tickets; however, I often find myself having to repeat the isssue and state what has already been tried to resolve the issue. None the less their customer service is great at continuosly helping and making sure to keep contact with you until the issue is resolved, no matter if its multiple different support people.

Shopify is helping solve problem of allowing customers to place order, tracking those orders and create a customer data base of them. Shopify is benefiting me in managing the e-commerce store entirely by tracking orders placed, the customer profile, if they used a discount or not, when the product was fulfilled, when the product was shipped and when it was delivered. Storing all this valuable information allows us to go back whenever and review customers orders if there is ever a concern.

I love how organised and user friendly it is. It use it for the customer service team of a company I worked at for 2 years and they still use it of course. My favourite feature is the analytics where you can see evolution of sales and select ranges to compare to other weeks/months/years, etc.

What I disklike about it, is that it's not a marketplace itself, if your store is not known, the website will be sitting in the dark. So, you have to make yourself known so that people visit your website and shop, would be great if shopify had a feature such a marketplace where companies are advertised to people.

It is the core of the company I worked at, so it solves all the problems. We couldn't work without shopify. Makes us more productive and sharp. So, it ticks all the boxes.

Can be a bit restrictive at times unless you start layering plugins and add ons.

The drag and drop features of Shopify make it so anyone can set it up. No previous coding knowledge is required (for the most part) allowing any entrepreneur or business owner to use it.

In general, I think it's very easy to tell a Shopify website as for the most part they use similar themes. Maybe a larger free theme library would be better for those who cannot code.

It makes it accessible to someone with little eCommerce experience to build a website where I can sell products online. Additionally connecting to Google for marketing is a massive plus.

The best thing about Shopify is that it requires no code at all. I was able to install themes with a click of a button and design my e-commerce store within hours.

While I was able to get the job done, Shopify is quite costly as most add ons are available at a monthly subscription. And in the end, it all adds to a lot of dollars.

I am an iOS developer and know to code, but it wasn't helping me create an e-commerce store. But Shopify made it easy. With Shopify I was able to setup an eCommerce store and add all the licensed payment gateways with Shopify super easily

I love Shopify! Everything you need to set up your store is ready to go. They have help pages explaining everything you need.

It was a bit of a learning curve with navigating at first, but the help pages are top notch.

Just heard they will be allowing 2 discount codes at once. Love that they are always upgrading.

The features are easy to find and the FAQ is well furnished. The customer support team is easily reachable and they can help with anything we ask them.

The translation in french is approximative.

The refunds for the orders are really simple and fast.

I like how it can integrate with the different platforms we use as a company such as Gorgias and Return Centre. The best thing is being able to have streamline processes.

Some interface issues, or just overall site bugs. For example, when you want to mention someone in a Shopify timeline, you have to @ then click down, rather than being able to hit the arrow key to choose a person.

Shopify is solving the ability to sell our e-commerce products online. It is very easy to run and maintain a e-commerce store and website through this application.

The order syncing mechanism so that you don't need a separate login to shopify

Not much to dislike; I'd say that it'd be great to segment customers a little easier, more flexibility around discounts; a lot of these things are starting be addressed in the new Shopify Summer release.

Shopify has allowed us to create a business from the ground up and to help us launch a website we are proud of. We have never opened a business before and with shopify the process was so easy.

It is the best ecommerce platform for small businesses. The number of Apps available are many and they have a different one for each need. Also you don't have to worry about managing the server and that kind of stuff.

The apps are expensive, really when you get the monthly bill you realize that the subscription and the fee is nothing compared to what you have to pay for apps.

It makes it easier for us to sell online, integrate with multiple systems to manage payments, fulfillment, etc.

It takes the complexity out of starting an eCommerce business. You get a highly professional looking website with minimal effort. Other platforms tend to lose their professionalism- Shopify does not. I love the flexibility, you really do feel in control.

I can't think of much to dislike. This may just be a personal thing- but I felt like there was a slight learning curve in the beginning. The one benefit of using Shopify though is that it's such a highly used platform. If you have a question- Google is bound to have the answer.

Shopify is a great platform to start dropshipping products to your valuable customers. You can just your Ecom stores in a couple of minutes to set up fully integrated and start selling immediately.

I love that it is so easy to add offers on your products and to integrate Shopify with Klaviyo to promote your sale periods. It really is just so easy to use and I love that I don't have to log on to my laptop every time and I can just do it from my mobile.

I wish that Shopify could be more collaborative and have users on it to manage the one store. That way you could see who made changes to your store and work on it together in real time.

Shopify integrates with Klaviyo and my form so I don't actually need to have any interaction with my customer until I fulfill their order. It takes out a LOT of back and forth!

I use Shopify Balance and Shopify Capital. The only thing I don't like is not being able to connect directly with the two departments.

Shopify is a platform for making an ecommerce that is very easy to use, even for those with no coding programming experience. Thanks to its simple and intuitive interface in a few hours you can build a site for your business professionally and quickly. Another upside of using Shopify is the support: they are always ready and fast to help any merchant.

One of the downsides is definitely the choice of theme: if you want to save budget, there are not many free themes available. The consequence to this is that one's own site may look similar to another, as there are no major differentiations. Unless, you have experience with programming with liquid code: this allows more customization to suit your needs but still limited. Alternatively, you can purchase a "premium" theme that can cost between $150-$180. The downside is that if you want more customization options or services from Shopify you need to subscribe to "Shopify Plus" which, undoubtedly is not cheap.
