It can be used for different functions and very easy to set up. It helps me connect to anumber of people and able to exchange ideas. Has many possibilities on how to build a tool that meet my needs during the project.

Collaborating with all my co-workers and I can still share smartsheet with the outside agency and collect data. Smartsheet is highly customizable for individual needs.

I wish there is a tab at the bottom of the smartsheet (like Excel) It would be nice to have a feature to update the page in real time Improvements: Make it more user-friendly for the first timers add more features with the free version so people or customers will have more idea of what is included in the paid version by giving a 10d ay free trial or 30 days.

SmartSheet's groups feature (similar to AD groups and lists) is under-developed and needs to be more robust for better ease of scaling.

Smartsheet is so great because you can go from grid-data, to a report, to a dashboard, in 10 minutes. The barriers to entry are low technologically and the automations are very easy to create.

The ease and adaptivity of this software for me is just amazing. I can create so many triggers and reports and dashboards quickly and efficiently. I love this software and have incorporated it in the last 3 jobs with huge success.

Training cost. My training has been mostly self-taught, YouTube videos, I would love to become certified as I am the platform expert at my current job, however, the cost is too high to get certified.

I love that Smartsheet is constantly evolving and improving.

There are just minor things I don't like. One was the need to start a new instance. However, if you download the app, it's much easier to start a new instance of Smartsheet. This was a critical function since I usually have several Smartsheets open. I do not like that you can't zoom in and out within the app. I also have a need for a "radar chart" - I requested an improvement for that. I have an issue where the reports won't sort by the highest number.

Smartsheet helped us set up a ticketing system for safety, maintenance, and engineering and Smartsheet also helps us to run a continuous improvement program. These tickets allow us to see what is requested, when it was requested, and what resolved the issue. We also have easier reporting capabilities.

The best about smartsheet helps me to make forms for visitors ,dashboard for our project ,easy to implementation a new idea, we can do integration to our web application.

Sometimes takes time to load or need to refresh the broswer to show the new update.
