It's very easy to set up, add or modify content and it looks great.
It's not particularly customizable if your selected template doesn't include a new feature standard. Can be hard to optimize from a technical SEO standpoint.
Needed a quick and cheap website w basic functionality but that could show off lots of pictures.
I like the professional templates and that it's possible to manage domains as well as customise any part of a site while being able to very simply set up a solid basic site without much effort. I appreciate the regular improvements and upgrades to the system.
Just that I need more time to fully use all the features to the maximum. Haven't found anything that I dislike.
Squarespace saved us a fortune when we first moved our site over. It's far easier to update than our previous site which was hosted on an expensive server. It's easy enough for other team members to use, which means that content owners can manage their content without a huge technical learning curve.
Squarespace offers easy to use WYSIWYG editor tools which involve drag and drop when creating websites.
I have never experienced any drawback on my end when using Squarespace.

Easy to use, looks beautiful and professional.
It doesn't have every tool we needed, so we had to outsource some plugins, but they were easy to install.
Saving us a lot of time and keeps our brand looking updated and clean.
The editing is intuitive, the mobile app works perfectly and the outputs are easy to deploy.
Nothing really, it would be helpful to have greater capacity to store and present video and more design touches but these are being rolled out all the time.
Squarespace allows you to create and publish professional websites, fully integrating social media and creating a core platform for online communication.
Squarespace is robust in features. Commerce, informative, non-profit, etc. It is easy-to use and set up. The commerce section is well thought out and user-friendly.
Heavy development on commercial usage, as I believe is its primary function. Some of the non-profit tools could use development. Some of the tools are not intuitive and need a level of Google-fu to master.
We can reach our users with ease. We are non-profit and using Squarespace, we can offer information, interactive forms and opportunities for financial management.
I loved how easy to use Squarespace was.
With Squarespace, I wasn't able to have two stores that I could transfer inventory between.
I was hand writing transactions, which made it hard to figure out the cost of goods sold and access total sales and total tax collected for sales tax collection.
Ease of use. Ease of maintenance. No headache of updates & security. Custom code/features fit great with inbuilt features. Squarespace's inbuilt features usually fulfil needs of most businesses with a need of integrating a third-party plugin, which usually come with its own problems.
Pricing for advanced commerce plan while lacking heaps of features. The abandonment issues – there was no way of updating from Squarespace 7 websites to 7.1 and most of the new features are released for
Building good quality websites quickly. A set of integrated tools help me fulfil the needs of most of my clients without integrating a third party tool/plugin. Easy to maintain and edit. No headaches about security or updates.

I can't think of a thing that I don't like.
I'm creating websites or maintaining sites for change makers. The ease of creating the sites allows for quick setup and publishing.
