The documentation is very less it becomes difficult to understand all the options. for new users, i think it is difficult to understand. and the UI can be made better

Sugar Market is a user-friendly tool that helps our email marketing and designing in a super-efficient manner.
Some features of Sugar Market were a bit unorganized, like the way the lists were laid out. But I believed that there's always room for improvement.
Previously we had issues with consistency and time delays over the data size moving between the two platforms.
This move to SELL and more so for SERVE allows me to change how we use our CRM from a reportable, database that I can allocate process to, but it is still driven by the user completing the tasks and hindered when they don't. SERVE with CJP and BPM allows a strategic staged process with automated reinders and steps that need to be followed to enable the progress and access to the next steps. This means milestone steps are not missed, data and integrity is maintained, the CX customer experience is built-in and the all important relationship with our customers and other areas of the business are not missed, forgotten. All this has a better transparency of process and stage in live, real time reporting to your team, and top down from exec to user. Finding gaps and building effeicies are now quick and fairly easy to accomplish. To the user, it is streamlined and usable, not convoluted. Well done!
The dynamic reporting needs more options for graphs, detailed YOY, MTD reporting, etc.

SugarCRM is a very reliable and effective CRM tool. It helps to record important data that is required. It is a very awesome tool to keep track of client data and updation. It also has great functionality to self-host the platform without any hassle. It has a very simple and easy to understand user interface. The security feature of this tool is very good and reliable. It allows the creation of graphs and reports easily.
In this tool, many options are available, which can be confusing to understand at first because very little documentation is provided. The cost of this tool is a little bit higher than its alternatives. This tool takes a lot of time to get installed on your machine and sometimes it also gets crashed while working.
SugarCRM is a very good tool and it helped us in making perfect reports and analytics of the data in very little time which usually took more than 4 days to complete. It has really improved the efficiency of the team.
SugarMarket is easy to use for designing emails and landing pages. It also serves as our limited CRM and the customer data management side is easy to understand. Reporting is robust and again, easy to use. We haven't needed customer service very often, but when we have, everyone has been super responsive and helpful. I feel like a known customer, not a number.
We are not yet taking full advantage of the power of the platform, specifically lead scoring. Which is not even a thing to dislike about Sugar; we just haven't found the time to think through this.
We are increasing our owned customer list, engagement with our biggest fans, segmenting of our growing list, management of landing pages and forms and customer data. We have significantly increased our touchpoints since we switched to SugarMarket and engagement has gone up as well.
The training, UX, template creation is very easy to use for any marketer. You don't need code background. Everything is WYSIWYG.
This biggest disconnect is not having the emails in the campaign folder. You have to create the individual emails for each campaign separately and then link them in a higher level campaign folder.
We are creating a way to capture leads, nurture leads, score them and hand to sales when qualified. This system will take the place of constant contact for us. It is also giving us the ability to post, listen and monitor our social media accounts.
The ease of use and the customer support make this a great company to help with many different projects.
There is nothing about SugarCRM that could be considered a negative.
This software has helped us organize and schedule our email marketing efforts and simplify our process.
There are some great built in data analytic features.
There is a bit of a learning curve to get started as a user.
I can easily see how successful my marketing efforts are with the built in dashboards.
The support team is outstanding-they answer questions easily and I appreciate how they go beyond answering questions. The software is simple to use-the interface is user-friendly and particularly the e-mail developer is easy to drag and drop for e-mail promotions. This year, I have used your Advanced Analytics software and the reporting features are nice to connect our CRM sales data with our leading data and processes.
Some minor features, such as failure to exclude certain e-mail domains from completing applications, are not provided.
We have moved to Salefusion from a different marketing platform because Sugar, our CRM program, is directly incorporated into it. The synchronization is highly reliable, Salesfusion service is outstanding and the features provided suit our needs.
By using the Sugar Market software, we can easily manage the contacts leads at every stage of the sales process and better tracking of the customer sales relationships. We can also share all of our important information about the sales and marketing very easily. Market is very important in our life because through it we can easily updates our sugar sales process efficiently.
The main problem is that it cannot provide the other opportunity or any other resources management rather then the sales management. So, it is not the perfect CRM customer relationship management software.
