Teamwork Reviews: 4.4/5 — Solid Choice

I have used many software to assign and keep track of task but teamwork is above all. you can detailed check. you can easily move projects based on their current states (progress, completed or backlog). It also give me updates regarding team performances who is late and who has completed task.

Well there is not any details list of the things which are disliked. Pricing i guess is the thing which is not compelling to me for the features which i want.

I have many on going projects and i can easily break them down into sub tasks.I can assign each task to my team and keep check on them all.

Ease of assigning tasks and has made project phases very evident

The user interface could use a little working as new team members struggle a bit.

Teamworks Project is just perfect: It's very easy to manage projects and plan daily work ! We are constantly working on more than 10 projects and never lose track of anything. Everything is well organized, every feature is well thought... and we like the time tracking part very much because we always know how much time we spent on things. No really, best solution on the market so far. We tried more than 10 competitors and no one is better. We've been using for year now.

Nothing really. I know it seems weird but really we never had any downtime, everything is clean and tidy, no really, nothing.

We are a global team of consultants working on various projects at the same time. Having used Teamwork for the last 2 years has allowed us improve how we handle projects. The tool is very easy to use, Creating projects and tasks take very few seconds. I like the timer and the search function.

We didn't quite like the last change of layout introduced a couple of months ago. It was great to have the ability to see all the list of projects on the left hand side while navigating the rest of the tool. NEW FEATURE SUGGESTION: it would be so useful for us if we had the ability to introduce an hourly rate for each teamwork contributor to work out project profitability.

Being able to track time spent on certain tasks by each of my team members.

Teamwork Projects and their other applications are great for the size of our company right now. Easy to use and understand and does not require a lot of time to get up and running. Their help guides are excellent and support is at the top of the list. They respond quickly and are always willing to assist you when needed. Teamwork Projects will scale with us as we grow as an organization and will meet our needs into the future. I recommend them highly!!

I have not found anything that I dislike about the application at this point.

Teamwork Projects provided us a great place to keep ourselves organized and in sync as be brought Champion through its first year of operations. Helped us keep track of all of the necessary task that needed to be accomplished. It will now take us through these next years as other projects are implemented.

We have been using Teamwork for our development organization in a multi-site environment including Europe and US. Being able to share project methodology, move team members between projects but still keeping the same tool, adapt to our company processes and best of all get a good project overview with the Project Chart and the Project Portfolio is a foundation for our increased development efficiency in our organization, Our KPIs strongly support this analysis.

So far we have not be able to implement workload in an optimal way. However I am not sure that is caused by the tool but rather the complexity of the matter were a part of many team members reality is a mix of project work and other responsibilities.

The best thing about Teamwork projects is that I have everything in one place. With other project management software, I had to have some additional services because they didn't provide some features. With Teamwork, I have everything I need for any kind of project.

The price is high but there is a free tier. On the free tier they provide a max of 2 projects but you can kind of "hack" it. For every project, you can create a Task list. Since it has a lot of features, every task list can be a separate project.

Since I'm working alone, I have to keep track of my ideas and future development. Teamwork Projects makes it easy for me to return to my idea or a project with ease.

The software allow you collaborate effectively, meet deadlines and achieved good performance results.

Sometime is possible for the same worker get more assignment than other workers

Being able to be organize and being able to be focus on other thing instead one.

I have been working with Teamwork since 2015 and what I live about is simplicity and functionality. I 3even manage my personal project with it :). I highly recommend it to anyone who has a project to run, manage and monitor. Give it a try and you will find it more than what you thought.

Storage limitation. 100MB is nothing in today's and I believe it better be 300MB for free accounts.

I really like the timeline it gives me and I can break down all the tasks for my teammates and they know exactly what to do.
