I am a web developer. I need to follow up many modules, sub modules and i need to see all the documents & comments. After using Teamwork, i can do all of them easiliy and effectively.
They could develop financial services. I mean, in some projects, we need to calculate stakeholders' salaries according to working time of them. For example, a colleague earns 50$ for a hour. And He/she works for 50 hours for a project. We need to calculate both project cost and what percentage of him/her salary comes from the project.
I could not follows up software modules statutes. And i can not plan the deadlines. With Teamwork Projects, i now record the task list, tasks even sub tasks with deadlines with assigning them to team.
I like the option of having a mixture of options available from one company.
There is really not anything that I dislike with this.
I needed something to allow a team to mesh together well.
I love the ability to switch between the traditional task view and board view. Teamwork includes many useful tools like gantt charts, workload view, discussion boards, private team notes, multiple email addresses for users, and complementary collaborators.
The Time Tracker could be better especially in the mobile app
Managing multiple projects and getting a high-level view of what team members are working on.
Easily accessible for everyone you are working with
Nothing really. I do not use it often, so i have no complaints
Accountability of other teammates
Teamwork has brought our creative team to a new level. By using this project management system, we can work more efficiently on projects that require a rushed deadline with ease.
Finding information from archived projects can be difficult to acquire.
There is a huge benefit with the ability to save files in individual tasks. Also having the ability to comment on such files to receive feedback is very important to have when making edits.
The ability to adapt Teamwork Projects to our core business needs is what I find is the most attractive feature. No matter what your industry, with some careful planning, you can adapt the various features and customise an application that is bespoke to your needs - all at a very affordable price.
We have been with Teamwork Projects for several years and have watched it grow. In that time our plan allows us up to 40 projects. There is no facility to add additional projects according to your needs. We have to move to the next highest plan which is double the cost and double the projects which we don't need. Some flexibility here would be appreciated.
Visibility across all our cases (projects) and keeping all communication, time, files etc in one place.
The platform does what so few have been able to, namely: provide multiple ways of work and organization that fit the needs of my team and our customers.
The pricing tiers are structured a little more aggressively than competitor platforms. Both the initial "startup" cost of 5 min members, and the step up to the next tier (which has some great features) can be a hard pill to swallow at times since I am a small business (But then again...wait for my next answer)
All of my personal tasks, business tasks, team coordination, and customer communication now lives in Teamwork. It is my one stop centralized hub for my workplace. It has saved me both time and money as I work to manage dozens of clients.
What I really like about this is that you can be in different counties, or states and still be able to work together on a project in real time. You can see what your team is doing and write suggestions and edit without problems.
It's cool that it has a free for life feature, but that's minimal and can get annoying if you have a whole lot of people needing to utilize it. My company wasn't sure if we wanted to keep it so we paired up and had 8 people using it to see if it was beneficial.
Being able to stay connected in real time. When we have professional development and need to team up, if one of us is on vacation in another state we can still stay connected and stay on track with the project.
Tracks exact time spent on projects. Makes it easier to pay for exact time spent working
Nothing I dislike. It’s a great app and helpful
Made it easier to collaborate with colleagues while away from the office, track time spent on project and employees location
Increase your team productivity as well business , with the help of team work projects, it's also helps you to understand and read the teams mind..
Long procedure while you interact about this with your team
Understand to exact pin points of team what's team think and what team wants
