I like the fast response and the beneficial kind supporters. If the problem isn't solved the first time, they will stay with you until the problem is fully solved. And you don't wait long for the following response; they reply very quickly.
I'm not too fond of the fact that sometimes the plugin stops working because of other plugins. Then you have to figure out which plugin ruined our Tidio plugin and how to fix it again. However, the fast help and quick responses from the Tidio Staff make this a simple problem that is solved quickly.
It is an easy way for potential customers to contact us quickly, and we have experienced that many new customers message us first through Tidio because it is so convenient and fast. And we can also answer their questions very quickly because the messages are not hidden between 100+ other emails.
My support help was named Ian. They were helpful and provided insightful information. Some support from other companies can be rude, but they were kind and patient in helping me resolve my company's issue.
I did not have any negative experiences in my case. Some hacked our account due to a weak password, but they helped resolve it quickly. Perhaps, they can suggest a stronger password if they do not already.
As I mentioned in my previous question, I was trying to reset a hacked password. Strong passwords are the way to go. Live chat is also more helpful than emailing support.

I am using Tidio, and I love it. You have many solutions to create the best live chat system. It has as well a great section to look at the stats of your website. It is perfectly optimized for mobile. I would strongly recommend it to everyone. I am not an expert in web design, but I was able to create something that is good looking and functional, I can only imagine what expert hands could create.
As a non-expert webmaster, the only part that was a little bit difficult for me was the creation of new chatbots, with all that nodes, conditions and actions. But it is the part that allows creating really complex chats, so it is only my bad.
