I could say that Tidio's most amazing feature is its very unique chatbot rules creation which gives the opportunity to drag and drop logic and set up advanced smart rules for any incoming conversation. This also permits to creation lead notifications and you can also use preconfigured templates from their library.
I think that the thing that I dislike the most is how they have separated the premium services from the free ones. The main essential difference between the free and paid plans is the limitation on monthly limits whenever the installation of the provided code exists. It would be better to have an increased amount of monthly visits by removing some premium services from their plan for instance (like the possibility to customize the widget).
I am using Tidio specifically to respond to high demand and priority assistance requests in scenarios where clients need an immediate response. The saved templates save a lot of time and keeps the whole priority support team organised.

I like the easy user interface of creating the chatbot flows. The drag and drop flow builder is super easy to use. I think the settings / appearance are also very easy to setup.
I dislike that there is not more flexibility with the operators being offline -- the email capture widget is required immediately upon a user entering in text, even if you have a "listening" chatbot setup that could answer the question for the user.
We are implementing Tidio to help decrease the number of phone calls and contact forms that are submitted to our customer care team. We are currently testing this out, but expect it to help solve the simpler inquiries without needing to involve our team.
It is easy to use and undertsand. Also being able to see and contact the website viewers is helpful for conversions. Can also link it up between multiple websites.
There is an ability to change the text to multiple languages but it is not able to appear based on the user location so its not very useful for multi-language sites. Also only 100 chatbot interactions is very little or otherwise need to do the $50/month plan even if only one operator.
It helps to make the communication easier between platforms, especially the site and Facebook messager, and can address customer inquiries easier, so its overall useful so far.

The lack of offline chat. The offline feature is not available on Tidio yet, but I heard the team is developing it.

The simplicity of setting it up was great! You have access to many templates and editing the workflow is easy. Plus, you don't even have to be a paying account too.
The vast range of things this can do is pretty daunting, but it is a step to overcome with setting up the AI. The analytics and insights are helpful in this aspect to fine-tune things.
I am getting better interaction with my client's end-users. As we are a SaaS platform, being able to respond to them when they need help quickly is excellent and also shows the commitment that we have to our client's work too.
The chatbots work really well, the dashboard is intuitive, and the way you can drag and drop the path of conversation is great.
Some of the premium options are on the expenive in comparison to competitors. But hey what can you do. The actual software is good.
Tidio automates the initial conversation with customers which is near identical every time, and this saves time for me.
Helped us directly communicate with customers and gave us a direct way to communicate with them. We had more than 10 of these conversations on our first day! Would highly recommend this to anybody!
The interface could be a little simpler, but overall it wasn't too big of an issue. I also wish I could do a little bit more customization within the look of the widget.

I'm working on improving my conversion rates for my website and came across Tidio. I've been able to be more engaged with my clients and hopefully I will retain more sales! So far so good.
I'm still working on the auto replies. I'm just fining the navigation a bit difficult.

We used the quick responses feature to have our customers easy receive an answer before an agent could get to them.
Tidio is a standalone platform. We like other platforms that have chat integrated.
We were able to see what were the most common questions our customers had and therefore edited the website to answer their questions before they could ask.
What I like about Tidio it's really good for a small business because you can get the basic trial version which is free! You can get comfortable first acquiring some customers and then switching to the paid plans which are adding more functionality like chatbots. Another positive remark is you also see your statistics which include engagement and helpfulness. They also have a chatbot as a paid plan which is really helpful with more traffic.
The paid plans are on the more expensive side. For example, they charge 20$ a month to remove the branding only! What I also don't like is the user interface, it's a bit overloaded with so much clutter. It feels really hard to use the advanced features. I would prefer if they add more tabs or some other form of presentation to make it more user-friendly!
I got a separate platform for all the live support on Tidio, so I don't have to use the Facebook Messenger. I use Tidio to get in touch with customers if they have any questions. Not sure what to write else.
