What do you like best about Tidio?

I have been with Tidio for a short period and so far the service suits my business. Creating the bots could boost our sales in quick time.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

You are given 100 free monthly chatbots, which will be used up pretty quickly. I think a 30-day free trial would be ideal to gain a better understanding. I am a start up so we look to keep cost downs wherever we can whilst we are building. If you are up and running then its worth the purchase.

What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Talking to customers when I am unavailable, easy to intergrate.

I haven't yet found anything. But if the prices for the chatbots could be lowered a bit, it would be really great.

Easy to set up, only a few clicks, and you are done with setup, Best customer support, I talked with Dave and he gave me correct information to set it up and withing 1 minute its done.

There is nothing to dislike, and I got the best support and system to chat with my customer

What do you like best about Tidio?

I like how simple the installation process is. You don't need any coding knowledge to get up and rolling. You can integrate the chat platform into any website without worrying about breaking your code.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

The only dislike I had honestly was getting our logo properly formatted into the bubble that appeared on our website. Thankfully, Tidio's support team helped us resolve the issue quickly!

We use Tidio on our website to provide instant communication for our potential clients to reach us. This provides another way for clients to contact us while they are exploring the content on our site. We have realized that more so than a phone call or even facebook, Tidio makes it easy to offer a simple method for communication between business and customer.

you can request help from live support, fast and solutions to our questions, employees. I did not encounter any problems during my use, but of course it needs to be developed further.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

The chat page is not very editable. I think there should be more customization features. The development of a money-based system must be inevitable. Of course they are trying to improve, but it should be a little faster.

What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Therefore, with this system, it is very useful for them to reach us or to find a solution to their problem without giving up the product. In the past, we used contact forms, calls, social media, but now we have applied to live chat to be able to answer questions from one place.

I am still in the evaluation stage but I am impressed by 3 things: 1) How easy it was to get started. 2) how their underlying model seems complete and intuitive. 3) how they eat their own dog food. support me through the tool.

When i chat with their support I often need to attach screenshots into the chat. it would be helpful if I could just paste my screenshot into the chat

I just used the support as i had a question about the chat was'nt loading. Chris was super friendly and responsive and pointed me quickly the right right direction. :)

What do you dislike about Tidio?

I dislike nothing, at least for now but as I said I am just integrating tidio and not using it directly. So from that point of view nothing to say why i should dislike anything.

A client of mine asked me to integrate tidio -> so in the end, for me its solving the problem of earning money for integrating tidio on their website and be available for problems.

What do you like best about Tidio?

Simple dashboard, easy to use. The app is helpful and fairly user intuitive. The live chat interface is great.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

The bot dialoges and building out conditional logic within the bots are ok at best. Get the job done, but not phenominal.

It helps bring in new leads for us, a few a month, and occassionally a close right on the platform!

I love that Tidio has a free plan because it's a great affordable option for small businesses. Also, it is easy to install and has a lot of features that are helpful for my business like easy to use chatbots and integrations.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

I don't like that I have to join the conversation to mark it as solved because when I want to close a conversation, I don't want to have to join it in order to remove it from my view.

I am looking for an affordable live chat solution, and that is exactly Tidio! Email is so complicated and it's pretty ugly so Tidio makes everything look much more professional too!

What do you like best about Tidio?

quick solution and responsive customer service,nice interface, easy to use integrated etc. What I love most is that we can customize the features you want with simple adjustments without having to fill out long forms at any stage.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

lack of a monthly package with all services. During the time we use it, I can say that you cannot customize the inside of the live speech bubble, we cannot add things like buttons, social media buttons.

What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Even when we are offline, we can easily find out that customers write to us without missing them. When the customer is offline, when we reply to the customer from the tidio panel, it is sent to the customer's e-mail address and the message received from the customer is sent.

The chatbot templates are a great time saver and hugely powerful, making you think of different ways to manage and interact with new and returning visitors on your website.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

The nodes feature in chatbot templates can sometimes limit the amount of responses or connections you're looking to create which can be frustrating when trying to implement a new chatbot.

What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tidio is great as it allows us to interact with customers as soon as they visit or online store- and without any effort from our side. It's powerful, and captures all of the data we need from a customer by providing incentives.

more understandable, simpler and more logical menu layouts compared to other companies.Also, as a first-time user, it didn't take long for me to understand the system and find out what's where, on the contrary, they must have thought about the user experience, so I had the chance to experience this convenience.

I don't know the price of it compared to the market, but overall it is a bit expensive product.All tidio chat users, including those who bought all the packages, use the same interface exactly, at least some simple changes should be made so that they can better keep up with the design languages ​​of the users.

What do you like best about Tidio?

This chatbot is easy to use, easy to configure and easy to deploy. It's pretty much a turn-key solution for all your chat needs. It's well integrated with the overall Website look and feel and I recommend it.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

Setting up the customizable and optional Ai features can be tricky for the first time user. But, once you get the process down it works well and as it is this add-on to my website is recommended.

What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

After-hours customer interaction is always a challenge. So, Tidio allow us to stay active and answering questions even when we are not physically available. So, this is a plus.
