Trello Reviews: 4.4/5 — Solid Choice

It is simple and keeps my team on task when working on projects. I like the ability to manage multiple boards and teams from one login. We use it for managing projects and clients. Not sure what we did before Trello.

Can't think of much I don't like. Maybe adding a check box to tag people would be easier than the @ symbol. I also had issues tagging people when using the app for some reason.

Managing multiple projects at one time. Trello keeps us organized and on task!

Keep the same vision for all the team for the task and different project Management. We surely reduced our costs since we spent much less time doing things manually. and spent much less time looking for information since they are available at a glance

Trello Boards make team projects super easy to manage. We all know what we are working on and when it is due. It is a great way to see where your teammates are on a project too.

Not much, Trello is so easy to use and I have not had any issues.

Trello helps us manage a divided team with multiple events and projects.

I like that Trello gives you the opportunity to keep all of the team's collaboration, input and files in one place. It's easy to search. And it's easy to keep track of deadlines.

The calendar feature is limiting. Would like to be able to better manage future projects.

Easy to use and very intuitive interface. It has apps for all your devices and it is even better on touch screens. It is based on Scrum methodology.

Hard to get rid of completed or obsolete entries. You have to go thru more steps than necessary to get rid of something completely

Not be able to pull up tasks that are already there in Microsoft Sharepoint O365 list in to Trello.

This software is great for ease of use, especially across a team.

Project management has never been this easy!

I love the ability to share with other collaborators and/or teammates.

Some features can be compartmentalized not allowing the “big picture” to be seen.

Goal setting and accomplishing goals and action items and the benefits I realize is that having items “on paper” help keep them visible.

The best feature about Trello is that it recognizes that I am a single user for multiple teams and organizations. I can add an email address to my profile to be recognized as myself, thus all of my teams and boards are under 1 central login. This is so critical when your trying to manage your own internal team and those of your agency clients.

I dislike the pricing structure. If I'm gold or business premium, that should be for across all my teams. I shouldn't have to pay a premium subscription for myself 10 times because I am a member of 10 teams, especially when they are under 1 dashboard and Trello recognizes that I am 1 person.

Trello helps me to see my project at a glance and make educated decisions. I use it not just to manage project flow but to manage lists of accounts and clients and categories. It has become a digital wiki in a sort for myself and my companies.

I like the tracking within trello. To do - done ... you’re able to keep track at all steps

Not as interactive as most project management tools.

I have benefitted from this app by keeping track of big rocks in the projects I’m working on

What I like best is the functionality of the platform. It feels like the creators of this software know what you need before you do. Then when you need it it's there. It works seamlessly with other softwares like Dropbox and Google Drive. I also like the fact that you can contact others on your team via email directly through the platform even if they are not part of your organization.

I don't like that though they have a freemium version, I feel like I am being nickeled a dimed for some of the add-ons.

The problems solved are creating collaboration on projects. Keeping others informed of whats going on and what's left to do. We get to check off the boxes and get a birdseye view of what is left to get done. The benefits the team has realized is that we can all see what the other is up to and see how their departmental tasks correlate.

It is easy to use and can easily track tasks, projects. In our case, we used Trello to track invoices. So we can easily determine which invoice needs for follow up.

I don't think any cons of using Trello because as far as I know we can track our Invoices the way we wanted.

The platform can be distracting/complicated

We’re trying to create more communication within the company. We love the software but it can be hard to use.

Trello is so easy to use and allows me to stay organized. I store all of my to-do lists as well as collaborative lists in the software.

I do not have any downsides to Trello, it does everything that I require of a task manager.

Trello is very helpful for creating tasks/ projects that can then be updated and followed by multiple team members from any device. This helps hugely with tracking progress.

I really like the boards within Trello. It's very easy to organize tasks.

The only issue I've run into is using Trello in Chrome. It works fine in FF for me though.

I like most that you are able to assign different tasks to different people within each board and card. Makes it super clear and organized!

When you have tons of boards and cards it can get a little overwhelming.

Project management and file sharing are both massive problems that were solved.

Trello provides a great way to visually manage projects or even leads. When I used it, I made several lists and on each card, I was able to have each lead, from there I had the outline an progress of each project moving forward.

I wish that it could be a little more automated, and or integrated with CRM to be used for true project management.

Trello boards are my one-stop-shop for managing all the tasks for my marketing clients. It's the perfect tool to give you the big picture so you can better prioritize tasks!

Even though they have hotkeys certain common actions I use could be made more easily accessible (snoozing cards, etc). Also, Trello could expand its integration library.

I'm solving task prioritization across the board. Also, it helps me with assigning tasks to other team members and knowing when items are completed.

Good for project management. We use this tool for multiple teams and they are able to meet their needs

I wish it had other views, like a calendar view. But we are able to work around that!

Organizational project management

What I like best snout Trello is that it promoted team collaboration. In addition to this, Trello allows me to track multiple project tasks all in one place. I appreciate the ability to add external documents to cards for easy access.

Too many powerups to do basic things. For instance, I don't like how trello is viewed in my browser, but I had to download a browser extension to fix this problem. I also wished that there was a checkbox for each card, not just within checklist.

Visualizing work and process flows, card by card. I enjoy the feeling of moving a card from one list to another. And there is enough customization and personalization to allow people to make themselves at home in the app.

I love being able to "physically" move information around. It is great for someone who is visual in their organization. The color coding helps and the ability to attach photo files is the best!

It is a fantastic app! The only thing I would change is for two users to be able to make real time changes concurrently. That is all.

Remote access among users to inventory information and status

Allows you to manage projects efficiently adding appropriate team members to each card. Multiple cards and topic headers keep you organized to complete projects

Searching for something that has been archived can be a bit difficult if you dont know any key words

Keeps long distance team members in the loop allowing them to know what is going on in each department. Benefits have allowed us to monitor task completion and allow all team members input without constant meetjngs

Trekking is a project managers dream come true! Give everyone on your team an easy to use and see visual of project status.

If you manager a whole load of boards, it really can become cumbersome.

Project management, office organization.

Really a wonderful app, I have been using it for a while, the interface is great, very intuitive and easy to use, tasks creation and assignments works great, you can keep your to-dos very organized, you can organized your projects using boards and adding tasks to them, the tasks can be visualized in this order, tasks, doing, and done, so that keep our work documented, I love that you can personalize every task adding documents, comments, labels, members, checklist and due dates and add a notification for the date, with trello you are able to make integration with some other apps like timeneye and track your tasks time, also you are able to follow your projects by using their mobile app that works greats so far

With trello can be I little be complicated to manage big projects also the storage limit for each file can be very low if you do not have a subscription, also there is no option to write documents about your boards, just a little description of them, you have no calendar but you can integrate this app with some other ones that works with calendar, I do not like the fact that comments section is in the bottom

With trello we have been able to easily assign tasks to the different members of the team, actually we can assign the same task to more the one member, we can easily organize our to-dos by creating boards and see what are the tasks that are in progress, the ones that have been completed and the ones that are pending, the notifications system is awesome and every member of the team can access to the software from anywhere thanks to their mobile devices apps

Trello is an extremely useful task manager. I use it for to do lists, contact details, and upcoming meetings. It is so much more useful than using a pen and paper, or other apps that do not offer the same quality of user interface. It can be used for so much more, with a wide array of ads-ons and collaboration options.

There is nothing I dislike about Trello.

I use it for taking notes, and entering upcoming tasks and meetings. The fact that I can log in on my phone or computer and easily drag and drop cards makes it so much easier to organize everything at work.

I love how simplistic it is when you look at it, but how intricate you can make it. You get the highlights without being overwhelmed.

I wish I could just delete cards instead of having to archive them. Sometimes I make a mistake.

Keeping track of my many work assignments has been much easier since I started using Trello.

Honestly there really isnt anything I dislike about it.

This allowed me to manage a 3rd party vendor's tasks and communicate in real-time with one another, as well as reprioritize on the spot.
