It is a live chat with advanced features, easy to customize and easy to manage. Its interface is customer-friendly and its design is well optimized to provide the best customer service. It is easily integrated with other business applications and does not hinder the workflow.
I have no complaints about this software. Although some functions could be improved.

The interface for the customer is clean, modern and easy to use.
We had some issues integrating with Zendesk and our customers getting very 'internal' looking emails. Userlike support were unfortunately unable to help, so that is a bit of a problem. If that can't be resolved we wouldn't continue using it as the emails going to customers were not appropriate.
Live chat is definitely a great way to engage with customers immediately, and for customers to get immediate support. Definitely love offering live chat.

The Old Live Chat platform works better for our business than Unified Messaging. That being said, clients have issues getting the window to stay up, and also about 2/10 people can't figure out how to send the message. Needs a better send button. When they do system maintenance (which is at a pretty bad time for us in NYC time) you need to make sure to log out ahead of time, otherwise your chats are left open with no one to ever respond. If it wasn't such a pain to change services, we would probably not stick with them.

Great. userlike is an eaysy to use. Many companies will opt to try these user interfaces however it takes a lot of protocol to implement them. None to mention retraining all your employees.

Graphic layout is nice and sleek. Easy to figure out how to get going.
Already getting bombarded (more than 1 a day) with upgrade requests and I haven't really had enough time to allocate and dig in.
Well, I don't realy know quite yet and am already leaning towards a different, paid option that won't chew up my time with these type of reviews.
