What do you like best about 800.com?

It has all the necessary voicemail tools without the bells/whistles and reliability issues of other solutions - for example Ring.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

The service works well, not aware of any issues.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Routing low-volume business calls - most of our customer interactions are done via email/text.

"A Simple Process for an otherwise difficult task!"
What do you like best about 800.com?

800.com made it a super simple process to search for a phone number that would work for us and even easier to start using it. Less than 24 hours after purchasing the number I wanted, I could immediately set up forwarding for the number online. They even called and emailed me afterward to make sure everything was running smoothly and to see if I had any questions. A very friendly company that I will continue to use in the future!

What do you dislike about 800.com?

I don't have many downsides to think about with 800.com. I did run into one issue when purchasing my 800 number, though. When I got to the payment page, it kept giving me an error message so I had to call. They told me to just buy any other number and then they'd assign the one I wanted, which is what I did. Not a huge issue since it all got resolved but as a first-time customer it made the process a little more difficult then it needed to be!

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

They're solving the complexities of purchasing an 800 number. I had no previous knowledge on how the process worked at all and then when I found 800.com the whole process was just very clear and straightforward. Without them, I would be lost and without a personalized 800 number.

I wish there was an easier way to enable and disable phone numbers that are not in use.

I was able to incorporate my business into the toll free number and I didn't have to get another phone from my servicer

I don't think there's anything I like least, this has been a great benefit to my business and most cost effective way of adding a business line

Very easy for people to contact me, and the number routes to my existing phone.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

I'm not sure if there is an app, but I would like to be able to check statistics and reports on my phone.

The ability to have a single number as point of contact for existing and potential clients is key to making it easy for them to reach me.

The services works perfect for our needs with the 800 number and a fax number. When we started our business we need a toll free number service that could grow with our company.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

There is nothing about this service to dislike, we have been using it for approximately 8 years.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have just added to our service area and the toll-free number/fax number is just a simpler solution for potential customers to connect.
