Amplemarket Pros and Cons
- All-in-one platform combining data, intent signals, multichannel outreach, AI agents and deliverability tools
- High data quality with low bounce rates and strong phone accuracy (~96.5%)
- Powerful AI-driven personalization and outreach features
- Strong CRM integrations and real-time two-way sync with Salesforce and HubSpot
- Built-in deliverability tooling (warmup, domain health, spam checker) that reduces need for separate tools
- Relatively high pricing — Startup plan at US$600/month (annual term) may be expensive for very small teams
- Some advanced features (e.g., Duo Inbox) are gated to higher tiers or add-ons
- Growth and Elite pricing are custom and require sales contact to obtain exact pricing
- Internationalization (UI language/currency) details are unclear in public documentation
- No evidence of a CLI or any open-source offering
Amplemarket advertises “27,000 contacts” on its entry plan, and that number is not what it looks like. It is not a database size and it is not monthly. Check it against the feature table further down the same page and it resolves exactly: 2 included users × 13,500 email credits per user per year = 27,000. The same identity holds on the other two tiers — 4 × 35,000 = 140,000 and 10 × 40,000 = 400,000. The headline is your annual email-credit pool, restated as a bigger number.
- What it is: An all-in-one outbound sales platform — data, sequencing, dialer and AI agents.
- Best for: Teams consolidating three or four outbound tools into one contract.
- Pricing: Startup $600/month on an annual term; Growth and Elite are quote-only. Verified August 2026.
- The honest catch: Two of the three plans, including the one badged POPULAR, have no published price.
What Is Amplemarket?
Amplemarket is a consolidation play. Its own customer wall is a list of tools it replaced — “Migrated off Apollo”, “Migrated off Outreach”, “Migrated off ZoomInfo + Outreach”, “Migrated off Salesloft” — and the pitch is that one platform covers prospecting, enrichment, multichannel sequencing, dialing and deliverability instead of four.
The data layer is Contact & Company Search over a B2B database, with data enrichment, calendar enrichment, real-time email validation and job change alerts that follow contacts to new roles.
Engagement covers multichannel sequences, workflows, analytics and an outbound dialer against what Amplemarket describes as 200M real-time verified mobile numbers.
The AI layer is branded Duo, and it is several distinct products: Duo Copilot, Duo Copywriter, Duo Competitive Intelligence, Duo Signals (intent), Duo Voice (AI voice messages at scale) and Duo Inbox (automatic draft replies).
A deliverability group sits underneath all of it: Domain Health Center, Deliverability Booster warm-up, Email Spam Checker and Mailbox Recommendation.
How Amplemarket Works
- Three plans, only one of which publishes a price.
- Seats are bundled, not sold individually — 2, 4 or 10 included.
- Credits are annual and per user, for email and phone separately.
- The Duo AI suite splits across tiers, with one piece sold as an add-on.
- Startup is an annual term, not a rolling month.
- 7-day trial on Startup; the other two route to a demo.

What actually decides your cost:
- The headline contact number is derived, and knowing that changes how you read the page. “27,000 contacts” is 2 users × 13,500 email credits per user per year. “140,000” is 4 × 35,000. “400,000” is 10 × 40,000. All three reconcile exactly against Amplemarket’s own comparison table, so this is arithmetic rather than inference. What it means practically: the figure is an annual budget shared across the included seats, which works out at 1,125 email credits per user per month on Startup. That is a reasonable allowance — it is simply a much smaller-sounding one.
- $600/mo is an annual term, so the real commitment is $7,200. The card reads ”$600/mo” with “annual term” beside it. There is no published month-to-month option, so the entry decision is a $7,200 contract for two seats, not a $600 experiment. Per seat that is $300 a month, $3,600 a year, and against the included allowance it works out at roughly 27 cents per email credit.
- Phone credits, not email credits, are what actually separate the tiers. Email rises 2.6× from Startup to Growth (13,500 → 35,000). Phone rises 8.3× (600 → 5,000), and 16× by Elite (9,600). Startup’s 600 numbers per user per year is about two and a half phone numbers per working day — and the outbound dialer is included on Startup, so the capability is there while the numbers to feed it are not. If calling is a real channel for you rather than an occasional one, this single row is likely to decide your tier.
- Two of three plans have no published price, including the popular one. Growth and Elite both read “Custom”, and their buttons are “Book a demo” rather than a trial request. Only Startup is self-serve. Since Growth is the tier badged POPULAR and the one most mid-size teams will land on, the practical situation is that most buyers cannot price this product without a sales call.
- Seats come in fixed blocks of 2, 4 and 10. Amplemarket notes that “additional users available to purchase” on every tier but does not publish the incremental seat price. A five-person team therefore sits awkwardly between Growth’s four and Elite’s ten, and only a quote will tell you which side of that line is cheaper.
- Two deliverability features are missing from the entry plan, which is an odd place to draw the line. Startup gets Domain Health Center and the Deliverability Booster warm-up, but not Email Spam Checker or Mailbox Recommendation. For a product whose whole premise is high-volume outbound email, holding back the two tools that tell you which mailbox will actually land is worth noticing before you buy.
- The Duo AI suite is split three ways, and one piece is an add-on. Duo Copilot, Copywriter, Competitive Intelligence and Signals are on all three plans — genuinely generous, since intent signals are commonly gated. Duo Voice starts at Growth. Duo Inbox is absent from Startup, sold as a paid add-on on Growth, and only included outright on Elite. So “the AI is included” is true of most of Duo and not all of it.
- SSO is Elite-only — not Growth. If your organisation mandates single sign-on, you are being pointed at the ten-seat enterprise tier regardless of how many people will actually use the tool. That is a tighter gate than most of this category applies.
- Custom data requests start at zero. Startup gets 0, Growth 4, Elite 12. If part of the appeal is asking Amplemarket to source lists by technology, hub or event, the entry plan does not include that at all.

Who Should Use Amplemarket
- Teams consolidating several outbound tools. The pitch, and the migration wall, are both about replacing three or four contracts.
- Multichannel outbound teams. Sequences, dialer, LinkedIn and AI voice sit in one workflow.
- Buyers who want AI intent signals at entry level. Duo Signals is on all three plans.
- Small teams of exactly two. Startup’s seat block fits them precisely and nobody else.
It fits poorly for anyone who needs a price before a sales call, since two of three tiers are quote-only; for heavy cold callers on the entry plan, where 600 phone numbers a year will not sustain a dialer; and for teams wanting to trial before committing, since Startup is an annual term.
Honest Pros and Cons
Strengths
- Duo Copilot, Copywriter, Competitive Intelligence and Signals on every plan.
- Outbound dialer included at entry, not gated upward.
- Data enrichment, calendar enrichment and email validation on all tiers.
- Domain Health Center and warm-up included from Startup.
- A genuine consolidation story, backed by named migrations off Apollo, Outreach and ZoomInfo.
- 7-day trial available on the published plan.
Limitations
- The “27,000 contacts” headline is a derived annual credit pool, not a database.
- Growth and Elite publish no price at all.
- Startup is an annual term — a $7,200 commitment.
- 600 phone credits per user per year at entry, with a dialer that expects more.
- Email Spam Checker and Mailbox Recommendation are excluded from Startup.
- SSO requires Elite, and Duo Inbox is a paid add-on on Growth.
Amplemarket Alternatives and How It Compares
- Apollo.io is the direct comparison Amplemarket names most often, with transparent published per-seat pricing.
- lemlist is much cheaper for email-led outbound and publishes every rate, though its database and dialer are lighter.
- Instantly focuses narrowly on cold email volume and deliverability at a fraction of the cost.
- ZoomInfo, Outreach and Salesloft are the incumbent stack Amplemarket positions itself as replacing — and, like Amplemarket’s upper tiers, they are quote-driven too.
The Verdict
Amplemarket is a serious consolidation product, and the honest way to evaluate it is against the total cost of the stack it replaces rather than against any single tool. Its own evidence supports that framing: one customer quoted on the pricing page reports cutting tooling costs “by about 56%” by consolidating, and the migration list names Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Salesloft and Cognism.
The thing to understand before reading anything else on that page is what the big number means. “27,000 contacts” on the Startup card is 2 included seats × 13,500 email credits per user per year, and the identity holds exactly on both other tiers. It is an annual allowance, shared across the bundled seats — about 1,125 email credits per user per month. That is a perfectly workable budget for a two-person team. It is just a very different thing from the database allowance the phrasing suggests, and the reconciliation is only possible because Amplemarket does publish the underlying per-user credit figures further down the page.
The second thing is that $600/mo carries “annual term” beside it. There is no published rolling option, so entry means committing $7,200 for two seats — $3,600 per seat per year, or roughly 27 cents per email credit. That is not out of line for this category, but it is a contract rather than a trial.
The row that will actually decide your tier is phone credits. Startup gives 600 per user per year, Growth 5,000 and Elite 9,600 — an 8.3× jump at the first step against only 2.6× on email. Amplemarket includes the outbound dialer on Startup, so the tension is visible on the page itself: the tool is there, and roughly two and a half numbers per working day are not enough to run it. Teams for whom calling is a primary channel should assume Growth from the outset.
Two smaller notes. Email Spam Checker and Mailbox Recommendation — the two features that tell you which mailbox will land — are excluded from Startup, which is an unusual omission on an outbound email platform. And SSO sits on Elite only, not Growth, so an identity requirement pushes you to the ten-seat tier however small your team is.
Finally, the practical constraint: Growth and Elite publish nothing. The tier most mid-size teams will land on is quote-only, so anyone beyond two seats is going into a sales conversation with no anchor price. Take the published Startup rate — $3,600 per seat per year — into that call as your reference point, and ask for the incremental seat price explicitly, since the fixed 2/4/10 blocks leave awkward gaps for teams of three, five or seven.
FAQ
How much does Amplemarket cost?
Only one of the three plans publishes a price. Startup is $600 a month on an annual term — $7,200 a year — and includes 2 users. Growth (4 users) and Elite (10 users) both read “Custom” and route to a demo booking rather than a price. Per seat, the published rate works out at $300 a month, or $3,600 a year. Additional users are available on every tier, but the incremental seat price is not published.
What does Amplemarket’s “27,000 contacts” actually mean?
It is the annual email-credit pool for the plan, not a database size and not a monthly figure. Amplemarket’s own comparison table lists 13,500 email address credits per user per year on Startup, and the plan includes 2 users — so 2 × 13,500 = 27,000. The identity holds on the other tiers too: 4 × 35,000 = 140,000 on Growth and 10 × 40,000 = 400,000 on Elite. Per user that is about 1,125 credits a month.
How many phone numbers does Amplemarket include?
600 per user per year on Startup, 5,000 on Growth and 9,600 on Elite. That is an 8.3× jump at the first step — considerably steeper than the 2.6× rise in email credits — and it is the row most likely to determine which tier you need. The outbound dialer is included on Startup, but 600 numbers a year is roughly two and a half per working day, so teams that lead with calling should plan on Growth.
Is Amplemarket’s AI included on the cheapest plan?
Mostly. Duo Copilot, Duo Copywriter, Duo Competitive Intelligence and Duo Signals are on all three plans, which is genuinely generous — AI intent signals in particular are commonly reserved for higher tiers. Duo Voice starts at Growth. Duo Inbox is absent from Startup, offered as a paid add-on on Growth, and included outright only on Elite.
What does Amplemarket’s entry plan leave out?
Beyond the credit allowances: CRM base filters, custom data requests (Startup gets 0, Growth 4, Elite 12), Duo Voice and Duo Inbox, SSO — which requires Elite rather than Growth — and two deliverability tools, the Email Spam Checker and Mailbox Recommendation. Onboarding is community-based rather than personalized, and the CSM is described as “Scaled” rather than dedicated.

I like how easy is to work with LinkedIn & Amplemarket uploading the exact contacts I'm willing to reach. That's the best way, in my opinion, the segment my target and to know that I'm contacting the right people, avoiding wasting time or losing credits at Amplemarket.
I think it's important to also use Amplemarket lists as a powerful tool, however and even though is understandable, sometimes the type of contacts or people reached are not the most accurate ones. On the other hand, I think it would be great to not contact certain people after de 3 months of time - not having to put them os an exclusion list, for instance.
Basically pretty much everything. I mean, it's the easiest way to disclosure the contacts I need to do my job. The benefit, in my perspective, is platform automation.
The automation is simply amazing. Once a sequence is launched, all you have to do is wait and it also gives you a reminder as well as being able to customize your content accordingly!
Nothing really. Been using AM with almost all of my outreaches.
It absolutely resolves my follow-up issues before.
I like that it spares me time on my prospecting. and the customisation of extracting contact details from Linkedin posts.
Nothing so far. It all works perfectly fine
Being able to create customer profiles from linkedin is brilliant, it enables me to target a very specific audience during my prospecting.
Amplemarket offers an amazing multichannel integrated outreach tool, that enables you to create outbound campaigns crossing channels such as emails, LinkedIn, and phone. All these channels are orchestrated together increasing a lot the response rate and the success of the campaigns. Their chrome extensions are also awesome allowing a lot of intelligent actions when browsing LinkedIn, for example: sending voice messages. Their contact scraping tool is also amazing, allowing you to create customer profiles that are very target.
Their price may be a little bit more than compared to other solutions, and this might be seen as a drawback, but the reality is that they merge a lot of functionalities from several different tools, integrating them in a way that not only increases a lot the results but also saves a lot of time.
We use amplemarket to support all our outreach/outbound sales campaigns. We have amplemarket working around the clock just sending contacts to our customer profile targets. We have an amazing ratio between mail to meeting and the reality is that we don't spend almost any time on it which allows us to focus much more on the qualification and follow-up part rather than on lead gen and prospecting.
I love how helpful the Amplemarket team has been during setup and on an ongoing basis. They do a great job of listening to users and rolling out the requested features. The ability to get good leads data and launch sequences that have email, LinkedIn, and the phone has been incredible.
Nothing- Amplemarket has played a huge roles in our growth as a company and we use it daily for our own prospecting as well as outreach that we do for our clients as well!
Amplemarket helps us build pipelines and manage campaigns for our clients as well! Without Amplemarket we used to have to use multiple software tools which was super cumbersome!
I love the workflow of finding LinkedIn posts that I want to build cadences around, targeting my ICP who engaged with it through the LinkedIn plugin, importing them into Amplemarket, and then sending the sequences that I built in there. I get a LOT more positive responses to my cold emails using this, as it lets me "scale" personalization.
It took a little bit of practice getting the workflows down since this tool changes how I engage and target prospects.
Booking meetings with my ICP; it's been instrumental in growing our business.
Reliable deliverability. I've tried other tools out there but my emails kept going to spam. With Amplemarket, we've been getting > 70% open rate consistently. All of the other features are icing on top (warm-up, database, automated sequences, etc).
Collaboration between users/teams has room for improvement. Would love to see new features where we could mark leads as reviewed/passed and the ability to save lists without leaving the tab/needing to start a sequence.
Cold emailing is no easy task. Amplemarket has become our all-in-one outbound tool.
I like being able to do hybrid linkedin & email campaigns. It's helping us book more calls! You can do a lot of creative stuff with your campaigns using Amplemarket.
Sometimes it takes a lot of clicks to read people's responses.
Just trying to find new creative ways to reach out to leads and get them interested in working with us.
The ability to build out the craftiest campaigns out there. This piece of software was built to marry automation with customization, something that was previously unthinkable.
There are just a few features/tweaks I'd like to add, that would make things a bit better. One is the ability to truly automate LI outbound, and another is better analytics.
Amplemarket allows for our consultancy to more creatively reach out and engage with potential customers. Our clients also are starting to unlock the same benefit from the tool.
I love that you can make automated workflows that involve Linkedin, emails, and calls, truly omnichannel.
I would like to know in advance that a Sales Navigator account is needed for a better experience.
There are 3 things: Highly personalized outbound sales at scale, and really easy to find a vast contact database.
First, there are many wonderful things to say about the product! The way it allows you to get strategic with your outreach through liquid syntax, LinkedIn integrations, their prospecting searcher, and many other things is extremely valuable. Transparently, when I started to evaluate a platform to bring in they were not even on the list, but they used their technology to captivate me with personalized messaging and I took the call. They quickly became a front-runner! Their Hubspot integration is robust and extremely helpful. Not to mention they house very clean data, which allows us to trust the contacts' information they provide that we are reaching out to. Not only that, they listen to their customers. There have been different "wish list" items I have mentioned on our calls and the feedback was actually given internally. Since being a client, of which we are recently new, I have seen them release a number of updates that have given us access to what we were wishing for. Any other time I have given feedback like this at other companies, I feel that it's fallen on deaf ears with no action. Not only have they given us a product that allows my team to be more efficient and effective, but they have also given us a support system that actually wants to solve problems with us and meet our needs as their client.
Honestly, there isn't much that I dislike! As I stated, any time we found a process gap or identified a feature set we wish was there our rep has been quick to give that feedback internally.
We are using Amplemarket to help make our prospecting more efficient and personalized. Through their deep integration with LinkedIn, this has helped up customize different openers to catch the attention of prospects. Not to mention that automation they offer to help give my reps time back in their day. In addition to giving time back, we are no longer spinning our wheels in dirty data as we had with a previous database for prospecting. This gets the right people with the right contact information so my team can do what they do best, sell.
2021's best pick In short, if you're looking for a complete package to reach out to your prospects through emails, LinkedIn messages, and phone calls, then Amplemarket is the best choice. They offer a structure that integrates seamlessly with Hubspot. In addition to features, they have people who care about my success who continuously strive to improve our customer experience. Since I have been using Amplemarket for two months, I would like to extend my gratitude to Erinn, who knows how to solve problems in a fast-paced world. I encourage you to give it a try :)
I have no complaints, the service was excellent
Reaching out to prospects, obtaining information from leads, setting up email and LinkedIn sequences, and more
- Very easy to use - Great tracking of the success of your email campaigns - Customer support is helpful and very quick - Amplemarket tool allows you to import contacts from Linkedin - Saves lots of time as it schedules out the emails for you - Great to personalise emails
Not really any dislikes, apart from occasionally I have experienced changes in positions, i.e., job title/company that are not up to date with Linkedin.
Sending out emails has been made extremely easy and effective. Can test new ideas and learn your best practices.
I can't appreciate the effort people at Amplemarket put in order to ensure a smooth experience for the end-user. They're highly responsive and get on top of issues, they make sure all the problems are being tackled and solutions are being implemented in a timely manner. Thank you Amplemarket!
So far, everything seems to be exceeding expectations. Encountered a few bugs, but that's highly common for a product like Amplemarket. But they always tackle issues effectively.
Sending out emails have been made extremely easy, the sequences work like a charm, and having data on your prospects helps immensely.
It's a time saver!! It helps in the automation of the Outbound-Sales process... It allows me to save up to 5-6 hours daily of manual emailing.
They should include other principal languages than English in their AI system. The market would open for them if so.
Now I can reach over 200 people a week. Before, I could get only 60-80 people because the process was manually
The interface and how easily it integrates with Linkedin is what I like best. We combine LinkedIns Salesforce Navigator with Amplemarket and are able not only to find but also reach out to an absurd amount of companies we can help out. My second favorite characteristic is that I'll ask for help, support, or a new feature, and will receive help immediately. Lastly, AM is constantly adapting and improving. 2 days ago, yes... 2 days ago, they improved their software in a HUGE way, making us more efficient. We automatically got sent new demos/walkthroughs and got amazing support almost 24/7!
At first the cost seemed high, but the truth is that it bring CAC customer adquisición cost WAY down.
Reaching out at scale Personalized emails Unique customer profiles Outreach tracking Email health
We love the service and insights that we receive from Sam! He is always making sure that we use the system to the best of it's abilities. He is super responsive to all of our queries.
We'd love for Amplemarket to develop more elements to their sequencing tool to include tasks, calls, and notes. We'd also love a dialer option.
Amplemarket really helped us kick off our outreach initiative from square one. The system is very easy to use for beginners as the team was very new.
Sounds corny, but the Chrome plugin is one of my favorite features. Sequence generation and tracking offers great control and visibility over what I've sent and allows me to easily gauge a lead's interest. High ceiling for customization in messaging. Excellent, responsive support.
I'm eager to segment and send a customer profile between multiple email domains without having to restart the process for each domain. It would be a minor convenience if exporting leads as a CSV didn't automatically switch them to "exported/contacted" and prevent me from starting a sequence with them.
I'm saving huge chunks of time. I can get either a broad or more granular idea of what's working and what isn't thanks to the Report function. I don't have to use a clunky, money-hungry GMail plugin to track emails anymore.
Amplemarket makes it simple to identify your target market and create lists for email marketing campaigns. They have automated much of the process and that helps save me time while reaching a much larger prospect audience. Amplemarket has excellent reporting and dashboards that help me easily understand the success of an email campaign and where I need to adjust a campaign. Ample also has great add-ins to LinkedIn where I can quickly leave a voicemail or add someone on LinkedIn to an existing or new campaign. They also have the best support personnel I have worked with. VERY responsive and always helpful.
I don't have any negative comments on the product or support.
Developing lists and automated email campaigns.
very easy to use, no need for long time to learn your way to use the software to its full capacity. Worked with Salesloft and Outreach before, and Amplemarket is much more user friendly comparing with those 2. Also, the Customer support is awesome and very quick to help with issues. One thing I was really surprised with was the fact that Ample's CS reached out to me and scheduled calls to see how I can use the platform better, share more creative ideas and genuinely wanted to help me and my team. One of the things I love the most about Amplemarket is the fact that the team is thinking constantly of new, out of the box ideas to raise the chances of my sequences' success, how to generate high quality content, leads from LinkedIn and more.
so far , 6 months down the road - no complaints!!
1.how to avoid spamming 2. creating valuable content 3. use special key words and gifs to create high techy look etc.
I would like to highlight two things. First - as sales operations manager I could not wish for a more solid product. My team can login to one tool that enables helps them with all their sales tasks. As admin I can easily look into their individual performance and coach where needed. Second - on top of a great product they add excellent service to make us successful with the product and obtain our business objectives. I can bring any challenge in my salesflow to the table and the team will proactively help me work out the use-case using Amplemarket.
I could use some tools for the admin to predefine settings for the entire team instead of giving my team members that freedom.
We solved our email deliverability issues thanks to Amplemarket’s data team. Open rates increased from 10% to 60%. Our business is growing at a very fast pace and we can always count on the Amplemarket team to provide our entire team with best practices on how to improve our results.
Things just aren't fair anymore with amplemarket. I now have the ability to say, "hey amplemarket, find me all retail companies with 10,000+ employees in "retail" using "X, Y and Z" technology. From there, I have a single sequence I can use with liquid language that enables different messaging to go out to different personas. The implications of this are huge... In the click of a few buttons, I'm able to send 50 emails to 50 people, all with different messaging. It's 9:00am right now and I've already done the work, with better quality, than I used to do in an entire day.
No dialer yet. Would be really cool to have the ability to leave pre-recorded VM drops too. Imagine getting a voicemail saying, "Hey NAME, going to send you an email about X." then getting an email right after the voicemail is sent, followed by a LinkedIn connection request all in a few minutes.
Personalization with Scale is easy with Amplemarket
The team is top notch. They've built a great interface and take product feedback seriously. They've quickly added multiple features after a quick chat with them. Onboarding was super smooth and our team was trained up quickly on how to use the tool. After having to switch from another tool that couldn't handle our email's two factor authentication, we had gone through a few options and were worried we would not find a good replacement. After a few other tools, we found Amplemarket and the balance of price and features was perfect.
Can't really think of any issues. The product has worked great and customer support follows up quickly with any questions I have on how to best use the tool.
Follow-ups to out of office emails are now automatic, and have turned into leads. With our previous system they might have been forgotten. The SmartAction's AI is also great for automatically adding "hard no" replies to an exclusion list and marking them as read so that we can focus on the important replies. The HubSpot integration is also great. Keeps us from contacting current opportunities. Love all the automation features that are built in.
Personalization! We noticed a significant difference in our results since we started using Amplemarket’s rule based email templates.
It still doesn’t have a native integration without our CRM, Copper. Which could save us even more time.
We wanted to have more meetings with potential clients. Since we started using amplemarket we were able to improve all of our metrics from open rate, reply rate to our conversions to opportunities.
Shared Templates within amplemarket give you the possibility to create campaign templates and share the best performing campaigns with the entire team with one click. Thanks to this feature my work as a Sales Manager, of promoting cooperation between the sales reps and guaranteeing uniformity across templates has been significantly simplified.
I am missing the possibility to get a notification on my smartphone with the first results of the campaigns that were sent daily/weekly so I can more efficiently coach where needed.
Amplemarket’s chrome extension allowed us to reduce the time our team spent in the inbox. The extension allows us to quickly reply to a prospect and schedule (customizable) follow-up emails on the spot. Before, our strategy was to put reminders every 2 days. At first, I was reluctant to set up smart actions on the amplemarket dashboard as I wanted to be in control of all the replies from prospects. With the help of the Amplemarket team, we set up the smart actions in a way that was convenient for us. We unified a lot of reply templates that automatically go out dependent on the prospect's reply. This gives us weekly data that helps us adjust our strategy if we see one of the reply templates is not performing well.
I like that the lead gen parameters and smart actions can be shared across our entire team. Amplemarket allows us to set best practices for the entire team which leads to more opportunities created and overall better results for the company. I also like how easy it is to use, with just 1 call with their customer success team I was able to understand how the platform works.
Because we have a team of 8 Sales Reps some have different ways they like to work, some like to cold call and Amplemarket does not yet allow them to add a specific cold call step to our outbound campaigns.
Managing a team of sales reps isn’t easy, especially as there are many aspects that are left to the rep’s personal judgement. Amplemarket simplifies this with their smart actions which make sure that no deals are falling through the cracks. Their dashboard and team reports also allow me to gain insights into the different reps' results and measure success easily. We use these reports to compare results and refine our email cadences and email copy.
One tool I started using after the onboarding process was Events and Conferences. Amplemarket is able to get the domains of company attending any event/conference in the list and this is far more useful than I had anticipated. By targeting conferences I am able to create a dedicated cadence for these leads. Since there is a shared interest in the conference, I’ve found that the email campaigns will have a higher open and reply rate than cold outbound. Further, if you tailor the messaging right, you can even set up coffees with people attending the same conferences you are.
There isn't actually anything I dislike.
I use Amplemarket to: - find the right target audience - send personalized email campaigns - handle email tasks automatically thanks to their smart actions I was able to close more than 10 major clients so far that have more than paid for the service.
Amplemarket allows me to do a volume of email sales that I hadn’t been able to manage in the past. As a sales rep and then Account executive, there is only so much time in the day that you can dedicate to your email sales. Amplemarket allows me to focus on the most important tasks of my day, while it automates a lot of my daily tasks - it tags emails, sends cadences, replies automatically, follows up... When an interested lead appears I get a Slack notification that allows me to reply quickly to the interested prospect and get the meeting scheduled within minutes.
At the moment I’m writing this review, their email tagging only works for english, so when I’m doing sales for other countries, I either have to disable the smart features when sending a campaign in Spanish, or have to send a campaign in English for a Spanish speaking audience.
Amplemarket is helping me become a much more productive salesperson. The increases in productivity are such, that I was able to focus on the tasks with much more added value. With Amplemarket I just need to define the target audience I want to reach out to, and what message I want to send. I’ve connected the outbound messages with my calendar, so meetings with interested leads, just start popping up in my calendar. I’ve been using Amplemarket for more than a year and I’ve been able to schedule more than 150 calls automatically.
I love that it saves me hours of repetitive tasks. Amplemarket’s team helped us refine our sales process. They helped us find our ideal customer profiles and create email campaigns that have good engagement. Now that I have both it’s like doing sales with zero effort.
After using their platform for more than 1 year there isn't anything I really don’t like. Their team always does a great job and really listens to feedback.
Because we are a small team of founders my time is really valuable. Their smart actions and slack integration allow me to really focus on my work and only look at my inbox a couple of times a day and only when it really needs my attention.
The things that our team finds the most valuable are the Smart Actions. Thanks to Smart Actions we can define rules that are triggered automatically every time one of our reps receives an email. This saves our reps significant time.
When I started using the software, there were some issues when sourcing specific job titles due to some filters not working properly. This has since been solved and the team is always looking to help you address the issues if you reach out to them.
Amplemarket helps our sales reps find and reach out to prospect clients. Their software allows us to automate everything from search of leads to the emails cadences and even set up automatic replies. With the help of Amplemarket we’ve been able to reach out thousands of leads and schedule more than 200+ demos. It’s been a great investment.
