Amplemarket Pros and Cons
- All-in-one platform combining data, intent signals, multichannel outreach, AI agents and deliverability tools
- High data quality with low bounce rates and strong phone accuracy (~96.5%)
- Powerful AI-driven personalization and outreach features
- Strong CRM integrations and real-time two-way sync with Salesforce and HubSpot
- Built-in deliverability tooling (warmup, domain health, spam checker) that reduces need for separate tools
- Relatively high pricing — Startup plan at US$600/month (annual term) may be expensive for very small teams
- Some advanced features (e.g., Duo Inbox) are gated to higher tiers or add-ons
- Growth and Elite pricing are custom and require sales contact to obtain exact pricing
- Internationalization (UI language/currency) details are unclear in public documentation
- No evidence of a CLI or any open-source offering
Amplemarket advertises “27,000 contacts” on its entry plan, and that number is not what it looks like. It is not a database size and it is not monthly. Check it against the feature table further down the same page and it resolves exactly: 2 included users × 13,500 email credits per user per year = 27,000. The same identity holds on the other two tiers — 4 × 35,000 = 140,000 and 10 × 40,000 = 400,000. The headline is your annual email-credit pool, restated as a bigger number.
- What it is: An all-in-one outbound sales platform — data, sequencing, dialer and AI agents.
- Best for: Teams consolidating three or four outbound tools into one contract.
- Pricing: Startup $600/month on an annual term; Growth and Elite are quote-only. Verified August 2026.
- The honest catch: Two of the three plans, including the one badged POPULAR, have no published price.
What Is Amplemarket?
Amplemarket is a consolidation play. Its own customer wall is a list of tools it replaced — “Migrated off Apollo”, “Migrated off Outreach”, “Migrated off ZoomInfo + Outreach”, “Migrated off Salesloft” — and the pitch is that one platform covers prospecting, enrichment, multichannel sequencing, dialing and deliverability instead of four.
The data layer is Contact & Company Search over a B2B database, with data enrichment, calendar enrichment, real-time email validation and job change alerts that follow contacts to new roles.
Engagement covers multichannel sequences, workflows, analytics and an outbound dialer against what Amplemarket describes as 200M real-time verified mobile numbers.
The AI layer is branded Duo, and it is several distinct products: Duo Copilot, Duo Copywriter, Duo Competitive Intelligence, Duo Signals (intent), Duo Voice (AI voice messages at scale) and Duo Inbox (automatic draft replies).
A deliverability group sits underneath all of it: Domain Health Center, Deliverability Booster warm-up, Email Spam Checker and Mailbox Recommendation.
How Amplemarket Works
- Three plans, only one of which publishes a price.
- Seats are bundled, not sold individually — 2, 4 or 10 included.
- Credits are annual and per user, for email and phone separately.
- The Duo AI suite splits across tiers, with one piece sold as an add-on.
- Startup is an annual term, not a rolling month.
- 7-day trial on Startup; the other two route to a demo.

What actually decides your cost:
- The headline contact number is derived, and knowing that changes how you read the page. “27,000 contacts” is 2 users × 13,500 email credits per user per year. “140,000” is 4 × 35,000. “400,000” is 10 × 40,000. All three reconcile exactly against Amplemarket’s own comparison table, so this is arithmetic rather than inference. What it means practically: the figure is an annual budget shared across the included seats, which works out at 1,125 email credits per user per month on Startup. That is a reasonable allowance — it is simply a much smaller-sounding one.
- $600/mo is an annual term, so the real commitment is $7,200. The card reads ”$600/mo” with “annual term” beside it. There is no published month-to-month option, so the entry decision is a $7,200 contract for two seats, not a $600 experiment. Per seat that is $300 a month, $3,600 a year, and against the included allowance it works out at roughly 27 cents per email credit.
- Phone credits, not email credits, are what actually separate the tiers. Email rises 2.6× from Startup to Growth (13,500 → 35,000). Phone rises 8.3× (600 → 5,000), and 16× by Elite (9,600). Startup’s 600 numbers per user per year is about two and a half phone numbers per working day — and the outbound dialer is included on Startup, so the capability is there while the numbers to feed it are not. If calling is a real channel for you rather than an occasional one, this single row is likely to decide your tier.
- Two of three plans have no published price, including the popular one. Growth and Elite both read “Custom”, and their buttons are “Book a demo” rather than a trial request. Only Startup is self-serve. Since Growth is the tier badged POPULAR and the one most mid-size teams will land on, the practical situation is that most buyers cannot price this product without a sales call.
- Seats come in fixed blocks of 2, 4 and 10. Amplemarket notes that “additional users available to purchase” on every tier but does not publish the incremental seat price. A five-person team therefore sits awkwardly between Growth’s four and Elite’s ten, and only a quote will tell you which side of that line is cheaper.
- Two deliverability features are missing from the entry plan, which is an odd place to draw the line. Startup gets Domain Health Center and the Deliverability Booster warm-up, but not Email Spam Checker or Mailbox Recommendation. For a product whose whole premise is high-volume outbound email, holding back the two tools that tell you which mailbox will actually land is worth noticing before you buy.
- The Duo AI suite is split three ways, and one piece is an add-on. Duo Copilot, Copywriter, Competitive Intelligence and Signals are on all three plans — genuinely generous, since intent signals are commonly gated. Duo Voice starts at Growth. Duo Inbox is absent from Startup, sold as a paid add-on on Growth, and only included outright on Elite. So “the AI is included” is true of most of Duo and not all of it.
- SSO is Elite-only — not Growth. If your organisation mandates single sign-on, you are being pointed at the ten-seat enterprise tier regardless of how many people will actually use the tool. That is a tighter gate than most of this category applies.
- Custom data requests start at zero. Startup gets 0, Growth 4, Elite 12. If part of the appeal is asking Amplemarket to source lists by technology, hub or event, the entry plan does not include that at all.

Who Should Use Amplemarket
- Teams consolidating several outbound tools. The pitch, and the migration wall, are both about replacing three or four contracts.
- Multichannel outbound teams. Sequences, dialer, LinkedIn and AI voice sit in one workflow.
- Buyers who want AI intent signals at entry level. Duo Signals is on all three plans.
- Small teams of exactly two. Startup’s seat block fits them precisely and nobody else.
It fits poorly for anyone who needs a price before a sales call, since two of three tiers are quote-only; for heavy cold callers on the entry plan, where 600 phone numbers a year will not sustain a dialer; and for teams wanting to trial before committing, since Startup is an annual term.
Honest Pros and Cons
Strengths
- Duo Copilot, Copywriter, Competitive Intelligence and Signals on every plan.
- Outbound dialer included at entry, not gated upward.
- Data enrichment, calendar enrichment and email validation on all tiers.
- Domain Health Center and warm-up included from Startup.
- A genuine consolidation story, backed by named migrations off Apollo, Outreach and ZoomInfo.
- 7-day trial available on the published plan.
Limitations
- The “27,000 contacts” headline is a derived annual credit pool, not a database.
- Growth and Elite publish no price at all.
- Startup is an annual term — a $7,200 commitment.
- 600 phone credits per user per year at entry, with a dialer that expects more.
- Email Spam Checker and Mailbox Recommendation are excluded from Startup.
- SSO requires Elite, and Duo Inbox is a paid add-on on Growth.
Amplemarket Alternatives and How It Compares
- Apollo.io is the direct comparison Amplemarket names most often, with transparent published per-seat pricing.
- lemlist is much cheaper for email-led outbound and publishes every rate, though its database and dialer are lighter.
- Instantly focuses narrowly on cold email volume and deliverability at a fraction of the cost.
- ZoomInfo, Outreach and Salesloft are the incumbent stack Amplemarket positions itself as replacing — and, like Amplemarket’s upper tiers, they are quote-driven too.
The Verdict
Amplemarket is a serious consolidation product, and the honest way to evaluate it is against the total cost of the stack it replaces rather than against any single tool. Its own evidence supports that framing: one customer quoted on the pricing page reports cutting tooling costs “by about 56%” by consolidating, and the migration list names Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Salesloft and Cognism.
The thing to understand before reading anything else on that page is what the big number means. “27,000 contacts” on the Startup card is 2 included seats × 13,500 email credits per user per year, and the identity holds exactly on both other tiers. It is an annual allowance, shared across the bundled seats — about 1,125 email credits per user per month. That is a perfectly workable budget for a two-person team. It is just a very different thing from the database allowance the phrasing suggests, and the reconciliation is only possible because Amplemarket does publish the underlying per-user credit figures further down the page.
The second thing is that $600/mo carries “annual term” beside it. There is no published rolling option, so entry means committing $7,200 for two seats — $3,600 per seat per year, or roughly 27 cents per email credit. That is not out of line for this category, but it is a contract rather than a trial.
The row that will actually decide your tier is phone credits. Startup gives 600 per user per year, Growth 5,000 and Elite 9,600 — an 8.3× jump at the first step against only 2.6× on email. Amplemarket includes the outbound dialer on Startup, so the tension is visible on the page itself: the tool is there, and roughly two and a half numbers per working day are not enough to run it. Teams for whom calling is a primary channel should assume Growth from the outset.
Two smaller notes. Email Spam Checker and Mailbox Recommendation — the two features that tell you which mailbox will land — are excluded from Startup, which is an unusual omission on an outbound email platform. And SSO sits on Elite only, not Growth, so an identity requirement pushes you to the ten-seat tier however small your team is.
Finally, the practical constraint: Growth and Elite publish nothing. The tier most mid-size teams will land on is quote-only, so anyone beyond two seats is going into a sales conversation with no anchor price. Take the published Startup rate — $3,600 per seat per year — into that call as your reference point, and ask for the incremental seat price explicitly, since the fixed 2/4/10 blocks leave awkward gaps for teams of three, five or seven.
FAQ
How much does Amplemarket cost?
Only one of the three plans publishes a price. Startup is $600 a month on an annual term — $7,200 a year — and includes 2 users. Growth (4 users) and Elite (10 users) both read “Custom” and route to a demo booking rather than a price. Per seat, the published rate works out at $300 a month, or $3,600 a year. Additional users are available on every tier, but the incremental seat price is not published.
What does Amplemarket’s “27,000 contacts” actually mean?
It is the annual email-credit pool for the plan, not a database size and not a monthly figure. Amplemarket’s own comparison table lists 13,500 email address credits per user per year on Startup, and the plan includes 2 users — so 2 × 13,500 = 27,000. The identity holds on the other tiers too: 4 × 35,000 = 140,000 on Growth and 10 × 40,000 = 400,000 on Elite. Per user that is about 1,125 credits a month.
How many phone numbers does Amplemarket include?
600 per user per year on Startup, 5,000 on Growth and 9,600 on Elite. That is an 8.3× jump at the first step — considerably steeper than the 2.6× rise in email credits — and it is the row most likely to determine which tier you need. The outbound dialer is included on Startup, but 600 numbers a year is roughly two and a half per working day, so teams that lead with calling should plan on Growth.
Is Amplemarket’s AI included on the cheapest plan?
Mostly. Duo Copilot, Duo Copywriter, Duo Competitive Intelligence and Duo Signals are on all three plans, which is genuinely generous — AI intent signals in particular are commonly reserved for higher tiers. Duo Voice starts at Growth. Duo Inbox is absent from Startup, offered as a paid add-on on Growth, and included outright only on Elite.
What does Amplemarket’s entry plan leave out?
Beyond the credit allowances: CRM base filters, custom data requests (Startup gets 0, Growth 4, Elite 12), Duo Voice and Duo Inbox, SSO — which requires Elite rather than Growth — and two deliverability tools, the Email Spam Checker and Mailbox Recommendation. Onboarding is community-based rather than personalized, and the CSM is described as “Scaled” rather than dedicated.

Amplemarket has significantly streamlined my workflow, thanks to its robust integrations with essential platforms like Gmail, HubSpot, and LinkedIn. Navigating through tasks on Amplemarket is a breeze, which I attribute to its clean and user-friendly UX/UI design. The LinkedIn automation feature, in particular, stands out as a highlight for me, simplifying my networking and outreach efforts on the platform. Another aspect I greatly appreciate is the ease of filtering through contacts based on their time zones, ensuring that I reach out to prospects at the most opportune times. These features collectively enhance my productivity, making Amplemarket an invaluable tool in my arsenal.
While Amplemarket excels in many areas, there is room for improvement in task management, specifically regarding the organization of tasks by prospect time zone. Currently, tasks are not automatically organized based on the time zones of my prospects, which can lead to inefficiencies in planning and executing outreach strategies. Additionally, I believe incorporating a feature for dropping pre-recorded voicemails would significantly enhance the platform's functionality. This addition would allow for a more personalized and efficient method of communication, particularly in scenarios where direct engagement is not possible. Implementing these suggestions could elevate Amplemarket's utility, making it even more indispensable for users like myself.

It has a lot of asses to prospect potential clients and reach to the user that we are targeting! It's been great how it has helped us to reach potential clients to see possible collaboration opportunities.
I have not had any problem with the tool at the moment.
I think the main problem that Amplemarket has helped me to solve is the reach problem, some times we don't have the tools that helps us reach potential users and clients and Amplemarket has helped us with this.
- Easy to use - Always adding new features and functionality that truly add value to the sales funnel - Very responsive and incredibly helpful - Integration with Hubspot - Contact tracking
- Sometimes a contact details are no longer accurate but it is less than 1% of the time which is incredible for an outbound prospecting tool
We are a small team but Amplemarket gives us the chance to sell like we are a team of 50. Prospecting at the top of the funnel is a breeze and then being able to move contacts through the sales motion with high engagement and personalization has led to our team converting more deals on a weekly basis than we ever had as a sales org. Amplemarket is a game changer
AmpleMarket has truly been a game-changer in my role as a BDR and I use it on daily basis. The platform's cutting-edge algorithms and analytics have completely transformed the way I handle lead generation, making the process more efficient and targeted. What I enjoy the most is the AmpleMarkets outstanding personalization options, allowing me to create tailored messages that resonate with each prospect. The authenticity of the data provided is a standout feature, giving me confidence in the accuracy of information for outreach. Highly recommend.
In my experience, one aspect of AmpleMarket that could be improved is the learning curve for new users. While the platform offers powerful features, navigating through them, fully understanding their potential and possibilities of integrations took some time. A more intuitive onboarding process or comprehensive tutorials could enhance the user experience for those getting started. Additionally, while the personalization options are fantastic, a broader range of pre-built templates could be beneficial for users seeking quick and efficient outreach solutions.
Amplemarket has been a real lifesaver for me! It's like having a super-smart assistant that not only helps me connect with potential clients but also saves me a ton of time in the process. The way it streamlines outreach and lead searching is seriously impressive. Now I can focus more on building connections and less on the nitty-gritty details.
The people are great. My customer success manager, Amy, Mica and other members of the team are knowledgable, responsive and actually care about the user experience and the customer. The tool has helped me achieve the goal of widening my net and personalise at scale. The data is also brilliant. I can get direct emails/phone numbers and make more connections than ever before.
Takes abit of time to get the hang of (like anything) however, once you know it - you're flying.
Numerous. 1. Reach - it has massively expanded our net and as a result, fueled massive pipeline growth. 2. Decision maker conversations - Instead of calling general HQ numbers, we can now call/email people directly - saving huge amounts of time and increasing SQL's. 3. Time savings - Instead of manually sending emails/connection requests - Amplemarket automates all of this. I can now get on with other productive activities. 4. Reporting - Really nice to not use excel trackers during sales meetings. I can now show off my results via the Amplemarket UI.
Amplemaret has been our partner throughout the year in several initiatives. It has helped revive our pipeline and create over €2M in business opportunities, with late six digits in won deals. All in just 10 months. If you are smart and forward-thinking, AM can help you boost multiple areas of your business, not only leadgen and sales. In 2024, AM will play an even more central role in our strategy.
The product can still be improved. The sophistication of its service has so far overcome the product, but it's catching up fast.
Lead Generation, relevant lead engagement, optimization of offline event attendance, recruiting

The most remarkable aspect of Ample Market lies in its comprehensive, all-in-one solution that streamlines various aspects of business prospecting. This versatile platform not only facilitates the effortless discovery of contacts but also offers invaluable business intelligence. What sets it apart is its capability to seamlessly run campaigns, integrating email and contact number functionalities. This integrated approach simplifies and enhances the prospecting process, making it a powerful tool for efficiency and productivity. Ample Market truly stands out as a game-changer, providing a consolidated solution that empowers users to navigate the complexities of business outreach with ease, ultimately making their professional lives simpler and more effective.
While Ample Market offers an extensive range of features that greatly facilitate business outreach, it's worth noting that there might be limitations in terms of available country numbers, particularly in regions like Southeast Asia and India. Although it's regrettable that not all country numbers are currently accessible, it's essential to acknowledge that software platforms often face challenges related to global coverage.
Ample Market proves to be an indispensable tool in my prospecting efforts. It not only assists me in identifying potential accounts for future outreach but also provides invaluable sales intelligence. The platform goes a step further by enabling me to track prospects who actively engage with our emails, offering insights into their level of interest. One standout feature is the AI writer, which enhances the personalization of my outreach. By analyzing LinkedIn profiles, it generates tailored messages that resonate with prospects on a more individual level. This not only saves time but also ensures that my communication is relevant and compelling. Ample Market's holistic approach significantly contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of my prospecting and sales strategies.
I can't help but express my sheer delight with AmpleMarket! From the moment I engaged with their platform, it was clear that I was in for a revolutionary experience. Nothing to mention! I do love everything!
They help me in sourcing emails and phone numbers when needed but not only. The best feature is the support in finding my ICP in the easiest way possible!
I've been overwhelmed by the rising cost and administrative work that goes into constantly buying and managing new software for my team. I was initially nervous about Amplemarket's scope being so wide, because I thought it would sacrifice quality, and that buying ZoomInfo, Outreach, etc. would be a safer bet. I was so wrong -- Amplemarket has incredible reliability, even better customer service, and does all of this for an affordable cost. Implementation was SO easy. I think it's my favorite software that we have as a company. This is a product I now fully trust.
Hard to think of something. I think a few very specific/advanced workflows were initially tough to figure out or even know that it was capable on the platform. When I mentioned it to our CSM, she was immediately either knew the answer or gave us a timeline for when they could improve functionality. That's all I can really ask for.
It is consolidating what we previously used many expensive softwares. It allows us to easily learn about our ideal customers, connect with them, track conversations, integrate data easily with Salesforce, and do so at an affordable cost. It's relieving messy sales data and administrative headaches.
Amplemarket is a tool that stands out among its peers. I evaluated some of the biggest names in the lead-gen and sales outreach space. The reasons I selected this product were: 1. it provided me with a credible database 2. It automated my sales outreach tasks 3. It provided me with a fantastic analytics dashboard to check success factors 4. It has integrated AI amazingly to make its tool more effective and efficient 5. It allows you to have complete control of your sales campaigns. And after becoming a customer I have had a 5-star customer service experience, to which even the founder Mica contributed. I log on to it first thing in the morning, every day, to check my current progress and create new campaigns. The training and onboarding contribute to the implementation ease. A special shoutout to Jake, Amy and Molly for the great work in making this a great experience!
No dislikes, just advices. Amplemarket is at the top of their game now. And I hope it stays that way. Technology is a fast mover, and I hope Amplemarket keeps on integrating AI and adding intelligent features.
Amplemarket is helping me with sales intelligence, lead-gen database and sales outreach campaigns.
Everything I need for outreach is in Amplemarket, from profile search, contact to reports
Something that I would improve is the information of the companies that are hiring, since it is not always the same as linkedin for example
Before we had 5 tools for the outbound sales process, now we only have one
It's an all-in-one suite that literally circumvents the need to own other solutions like Sales Navigator, Lavendar, Zoom Info etc. The solution provides advanced search/lead gen capabilities, enriches these leads and reach-out using customized tags that empower personalisation
UI and platform navigation is not so intuitive
Amplemarket is keeping my outbound reach organised and enabling me to communicate across multiple channels at once. It is also providing me with unique ways of finding and connecting with prospects in a more personalised and meaningful way.
How sophisticated the automation is and integration with LinkedIn.
With all the moving parts, sometimes is can be a bit tough to use if you aren't use to marketing automation software.
Genrating leads for demos and reinforcing branding in the marketplace
I have been recommending Amplemarket to several sales leaders as it's really a game changer. Since the beginning of the buying process, I have been having great expereinces from their teams, including the SDR, AE, CSM and the support - Big shout out to Molly, Beau, Amy, etc. :) They are very professional and friendly, whenever I have any questions, they are able to solve them in a timely manner. Not to mention that the interface of Amplemarket is very easy to understand and user-friendly, so far I haven't encountered any bugs as well. I especially like thier automation and the feature of exporting leads from Linkedin, including LI posts, events, etc. The contacts that they extract are mostly accurate as well. Highly recommend!
It is more expensive compared to other sales engagement tools.
Helping me to run email outreach more efficently
I like the sequence that it works for me and saves me a lot of time.
It is complicated at first and I spent some time until I understood the sequence set up and dynamic fields.
Lead generation and outreach sequence. Getting the right data and saves time.

Highly recommend!
Can't export contacts from one list to another easily, but other than that it's very user friendly
Reducing the lead to work with outbound lead gen agencies. It automates the process of identifying potential leads and then setting up sequences combining Linked in and email. The fact it all runs in the background saves loads of time.
How much they care about deliverability. The email warmup is amazing and I've seen my deliverability go way up since using it. Also, the fact that I can export leads directly from a LI post has been a huge hit for me.
Sometime I have issues with the dialer but the support team is always right on it
Improved deliverability as well as automating tedious tasks
