Considered one of the pioneering cloud-based project management tools, Asana offers four views for its users – List View, Timeline, Calendar, and Boards – all of which help teams get both a macro and micro view of all the moving parts of projects and tasks. It provides a comprehensive roadmap of ongoing projects from start to finish, clearly outlining dependencies, project milestones, and feedback and approval processes. For project managers, strong reporting capabilities that show completion rates, individual workloads, and potential delays just to name a few create opportunities for real-time project optimization, collaboration, stronger forecasting, and better planning for future similar projects.

I love the Project aspect of Asana. I love that you can use due dates to help keep all assigned parties on track. I check my task list daily, and it helps make sure I get everything on my plate done. Additionally, I have been loving the new ai features and have started implementing their use.
I have not utalized customer support yet for asana. Perhaps I could use more guides and asynchronous support to make sure I am using Asana to the best of my ability.
Hugely solving deadlines and project elements. We are also able to use templates and projects we have built for future initiatives, allowing us not to reinvent the wheel when we are leading up to the next cycles.

Asana doesn't have a 2-way connection with Outlook, so calendar appointments have to be manually added and updated.
It's a great way to keep track of many projects, each involving several people
Asana's task views - I use list and board primarily - ensure that workflow and prioritization is a breeze. The platform is an integral part of our workplace. Being able to see projects and tasks on both a large-scale big-picture and broken down into subtasks (all with deadlines and easily accessible assets) is another one of the highlights.
It can be challenging to, in an agency with a number of tools and tasks on the go, to constantly update. Luckily, many platforms integrate with asana already, and as more are added, this challenge will be reduced.
Asana solves for many issues for our agency. The primary is solving for communication across our team and managing all of the deadlines that come with our many tasks.
