I personally like that they offer Customer Support with all the paid plans unlike other competitors that offer support only for the higher ticket size plans. All their tools are interconnected and offer seamless integrations. So, If you take Bitrix24's subscription, you get an entire workplace tool suite that otherwise has to be arranged from multiple SaaS providers.
Activity Stream intranet center, CRM, the sales funnel, Time management, Task reporting & Workflow is something I like the most in Bitrix24
Automated notifications from bitrix24 are difficult to schedule. If the contact center is to be used, it is difficult to schedule channels to show the necessary information depending on different priorities.
We get a complete overview of each lead with the sales funnel. It helps me to calculate the number of proposals sent with entire details. The sales cycle is properly maintained with the help of Bitrix24.
I am a fan of this software. It is easy to use and navigate. It's a great collaboration tool that lets you pool together all your projects, documents, tasks, contacts, and messages. I am amazed at the speed and accuracy of the AI (artificial intelligence) chatbot that lets you create tasks, reminders, and notes with just a few clicks. As a team leader, this software has helped me get my team more organized and has helped us get our tasks done faster.
I tried to use bitrix24, but it was too complicated. I am not very computer-literate and I did not have the time to learn how to use the software. I was looking for something to help me with email, calendar, and file sharing. I am not sure if this would fit my needs, so I did not try it out.
Bitrix help me solve problems related to distance while working with some partners and colleagues from other cities or countries. I can easily share and follow any task concerning our entreprise.
