The most important and good thing that i like from the bitrix platform is create FREE websites and also that they offer almost all the other things in the platform for FREE and afterwards you can upgrade to their flexible plans they provide. Their customer support team is very friendly and they stand by you right from the beginning till end.
The one thing i was not ok is that the boring user interface dashboard, i mean to say the ease of using the dashboard looks complex structure type which often feels boring and beginners may opt out to other CRM platform because of this, so i would like to see some cool and dynamic looking dashboard soon.
It has solve many problems when i was starting my business in 2018 and till now it has helped me in managing my projects with my remote team and collaborate it efficiently.
It is great to get quick messages to my co workers
There is nothing I really dislike about the messaging. I guess it could be easier to upload larger files. I would also like to have a sway message that I could set when I am away from the computer
When it is difficult to relay questions
this tool allows us to create tasks and send them through instant messages to customers and co-workers, allows you to share files, create surveys and thus maintain a more active and real communication. It is very easy to use for everyone. We can communicate effectively through group chat between our team in this software.
What I think is negative is the price, it's a bit expensive.

Brower loading is quite high. Takes time to load system. Also, lots of configuration required. Hard for small size company like me to pick and use.

Bitrix is a great tool that I was hesitant to start using. Having learned many different systems when my boss told me I had to learn another I was a bit turned off. However, Bitrix was easy to use and the fact that the customer support team was readily available for any and all questions I had made my transition easier.
It is not user friendly. And difficult to master.
I can look at other sales people in my organization and that beats looking at an excel spreadsheet. It allows you to see where your people or organization needs improvement at any given time.

We primarily use this to help track our merchant sales process. Locate accountability and overall snapshot of our sales force.
Bitrix has made communicating with our teammates in or out of the office a breeze. We are able to send announcements, assign tasks, check employees productivity rate and much much more. The activity stream and tasks workspace are my favorite features. The activity stream is very similar to Facebook so it makes sharing easy and users are able to read information as it comes through the stream. The ability to assign tasks, make them repeatable and add viewers makes our lives so much easier. Never before has it been so easy to follow the life of a task to completion.
The only thing I dislike is that they have been offline a few times this last month. Their support is great about communicating with us, but when we aren't able to jump into the platform as a company that often telecommutes it's a hinderance.
Communication these days has changed because users want to communicate via social media or email. Face-to-face interaction has drastically decreased. That's where Bitrix comes in! Even when we are in the office we prefer to communicate through Bitrix instead of running into someones office. Being an office that often telecommutes it's vital to our company to have a platform that allows us to communicate without email. There are so many times that things get lost in an inbox, but Bitrix makes up for this.
