We would not found anything yet that would be dislike.

We have assign clinents into separate project and assign employees to particular project and add task with deadlines, its improve efficiency.

What I love the most about this incredible software is their platform, pretty and well organized, is very intuitive and costumer support is amazing, we started with the free plan which includes all the essential tool and features, online storage and collaboration tools, with this platform we can manage our project, stasks, messages, files, that's why I say is a very complete tool for managing projects, we can even manage the time we have spend on every task, so everyone in our team can keep track of tasks, the software i available for different devices and language support, fits for small business, large enterprises and medium business, love their live support

The mobile application some times gets too slow and takes to long to open it, sharing documents some time is not as useful as I wish, it takes some time to prioritize our tasks and sub tasks, the free version attaches a Bitrix24 reference on every email, I do not like their notifications system we constantly see the same notifications every time we log in, the cost of the premium plans are a bit too expensive to maintain

We have found on bitrix24 a perfect and very complete tool to track the work we are doing, we can manage our projects, our tasks, and even our time, making our team more productive and efficient, thanks to the due date organization we are able to set our priorities and categorize our tasks, we have everything in one place super flexible

It has the ability to manage tasks and project in a very organized manner. What I like most about this application is that everything does from a single place and from a comfortable interface and easy to understand for any user.

This program despite offering a free service, this is very limited, almost forced to pay for it if you really want to use, nor is a tool made for small projects because it will not be profitable.

This program within the company has allowed to improve the organization of much of the daily activities, as well as to improve the collaboration between employees, this application allows us to take the projects and tasks in order, making the work that is done daily is more efficient and worth more, are also used some of their marketing options. I started using Bitrix24 in January 2017. I was newly appointed as Sales Manager and the CRM they were using lacked critical functions. I needed a CRM that I could implement myself, but rich in functionalities and affordable. In March I was operational. Over the next 2 years I was envied by other managers for the way my team used the reporting capabilities.

The mobile app was limited in functionalities

I liked the way it handles email marketing and leads, also the newer version restricted emails to paid customers, the new ecommerce stores feature is a welcome addition, although it takes too much time to implement it, and is limited to templates, no customization. The interface is clean and easy to navigate.

The fact the free versions no longer are able to send email marketing campaigns. I was trying to upload products to the new stores, and I wasn't able to use my own html, no way to see underlying html code. If you see my screenshot you will notice, I tried to upload simple html tags and the interface just showed plain text.

I use it as an alternative CRM now, and I am also exploiting it’s new stores capabilities. It's easy to upload large contact databases, like my LinkedIn over 21,000 contacts. In the past I was using it to replace the aging SugarCRM, but now I am just testing its new features, as I am not able to send email campaigns as a free user anymore.

Sometimes the mobile version doesn't work properly, and sometimes connection in the chat function drops
