Information is concise and easy to read and view. I like that I get the main information I need on the clearbit chrome extension. Helps me make faster decisions.

Sometimes there just isn't enough data, however that is partially due to me being in the transportation industry

Prospector and its integration into salesforce. This is a very strong tool that I utilize daily. I am not usually one to adopt new technology, but have found this addition extremely useful.

I love how Clearbit is able to be integrated into our marketing tech stack. The data insights allow us to better understand our customer's background and demographic even before beginning a conversation with them.
Sometimes the data doesn't populate in time for us to take action.

We use Clearbit Enrichment to enrich our entire Salesforce and marketo database. All leads, contacts, ad accounts are being enriched regularly by Clearbit, all new leads and contacts added to our database are also getting cleaned in real-time which is my most favorite feature of the product. All of our leads that come through forms are getting cleaned within seconds after created, so sales executives don’t have to manually research the leads they receive.
While Clearbit database includes most of the key people that our sales executives are looking for, however there seem to be a lack of coverage in smaller companies.

Ease of use and ready-made integrations. batch feature lets me know if its worthwhile to enrich or not without spending any money. Finally, the APis are extremely well documented and can be used to increase workflows.
The database is heavily concentrated on tech sector. Understanding what sectors they have would be handy. That being said, they do offer a "batch" feature which gives you an overview of your list.
Using an API key to work in google sheets to enrich and prospect leads. The results appear quickly which is handy. Large selection of data points increases the quality of leads and data that I have. I would like to explore the direct CRM integrations in order to keep data fresh and current.
I like that it's very easy to find contacts on. It's easy to find a link from a website and then plug it in and I also like how there are a bunch of different contacts from the company, not just one or two. When using other platforms for company contacts I had a much harder time finding contacts and often found the contacts to be incorrect or just general comapny emails
I dislike that sometimes it doesn't have some company's contacts. In addition, sometimes there is no contact for the CEO or founder or anyone higher up in the company, which is what we usually like for contacting companies.
Business benefits is finding contacts much easier and faster than we have in the past.

My favorite thing about Clearbit is the ease of implementation and use. Implementation took less than a day - it was pretty much just flipping on a couple switches and deciding which fields in SFDC you want the Clearbit data to overwrite (or fill in if already blank).
The data refreshes every 30 days - I wish it was more often. Sometimes our reps find something on LinkedIn (ex. employee size) and it differs from what we have in SFDC. I also dislike how you have to have a license in order to pull reports in SFDC that have clearbit data.
DATA. We need Clearbit data for prospecting, Account distribution, scoring, etc. Our sales, marketing, and CX team all use clearbit.

Clearbit makes it really easy to make sure you're emailing the right person. When you enter an email into Gmail, it brings up their LinkedIn info and the info for the company.
I don't know that there's a lot I really dislike. My biggest issue is that sometimes it can't find people, but that's usually because they don't have their work email connected to their LinkedIn.
I use Clearbit in addition to Rapportive so when one can't find a person, the other usually can. It makes it super easy to double check that the email address you have is the right one.
Clearbit turns a URL into data. This means that it automates a lot of the data entry usually associated with prospecting.
I hate to hear this as a business owner, but Clearbit's pricing is geared towards enterprise clients (which is actually a good thing).
Clearbit saves time with it's prospecting automation technology.

Inaccurate data (a common example is incorrect LinkedIn profiles). Not for Enrichment: The prospecting tool is incomplete and sometimes very slow and laggy. One main incomplete aspect of the prospecting tool is the inability to detect duplicates based on name and company (not just emails).
