"Great Integration with Gmail and other Google Apps"
What do you like best about Copper?

ProsperWorks CRM is built from the ground up to work with Gmail and the other Google Apps, such as Google Calendar and Google Drive. The UI feels intuitive to a GMail user. (Note: I'm using ProsperWorks and Gmail on a Mac and on my iPhone). The ProsperWorks team is very open to helping you get started and responding to feedback, such as requests for additional features.

What do you dislike about Copper?

I posted 3 questions in their community forum and Zendesk, but so far haven't received a response. I predict this will change as their community grows and becomes more active.

What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping track of leads throughout their lifecycle.

"Becoming a real sales organization!"
What do you like best about Copper?

I like the ability to create different contact groups for different activities in my work. As an independent contractor I work with several different clients at a time on different types of projects, as well as managing my condo association and balancing an active social life. I have been able to segment each of these so that my e-mails and contact information is relevant to that list rather than sorting each time I open my dashboard.

What do you dislike about Copper?

Finding the time to fine tune my app as a start up - learning as I go - has been a challenge - but the support staff have been great.

What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am solving the problems associated with leads on business cards and follow up notes on the backs of envelopes. Now it's all on Prosperworks.

"Great CRM. If you use Google Apps for Work, you want this"
What do you like best about Copper?

Tight integration w/ Google Apps for Work, specifically, Gmail.

What do you dislike about Copper?

New product, and has a lot of integration/extras needed. But core functionality is rock-solid. What Prosperworks does better than other CRM is that I can continue to use my Gmail account as I normally would, and all additional info is just there. It gathers the information needed and makes that info available to me when I want it, but doesn't get in my way when I dont need the info.

What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?

Remember and organize my contacts and communications. Provide additional information about what my relationship is to each contact.

"By far the easiest to use and most feature-rich CRM for small business "
What do you like best about Copper?

We did extensive research on CRM offerings geared towards small businesses and digital agencies. ProsperWorks was far and away better than the other products we reviewed. It is quick to configure and flexible. It has an intuitive user interface, which made training and adoption a breeze. Its Google integration is extremely powerful, while not "getting in the way." ProsperWorks has a strong API and is easily extendable by non-technical staff via its robust Zapier integration. I love its pipeline tools as well. They are flexible and easy to use.

What do you dislike about Copper?

There are a few missing features I'd like to see, namely stronger dedupping tools. But it's clear the ProsperWorks has a strong product roadmap and that feature upgrades are provided consistently. I have no doubt that the solution will continue to grow with my company.

What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our business has a very specific way that we manage sales opportunities in our pipeline. ProsperWorks is flexible and allows us to manage leads in an intuitive way that maps to our sales process. We also collect very specific data on new opportunities, ProsperWorks custom fields feature allows us to do that.

"Very Nice and Easy to use"
What do you like best about Copper?

Very nice app. Very easy to use. We were up and running practically within minutes. The software integration into Gmail is great. You don't have to use the stand-alone app, but it does help the big picture view of the entire pipeline. Integration on the Iphone is very good also.

What do you dislike about Copper?

Can't add tasks to non prosperworks users.

What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are keeping up with multiple people working on the same lead/project. It has reduced overlap and has also allowed us to identify and fill in the potential gaps.

"A CRM that got it right!"
What do you like best about Copper?

The User-Friendly interface and the Google App Integration helps ProsperWorks rise above it's competition. I have reviewed and tried many CRMs plus being a cloud app developer myself. I can easily say this is the BEST option. Great job!

What do you dislike about Copper?

I'm still trying to find the dislikes but if I had to point out one, it would be the lack of a click-to-call feature. I would like the ability to click the phone numbers in my people list and call them directly using my IP desk phone. Sorry, hate dialing numbers. It's a small issue but it would be nice to have available.

What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sales automation and lead qualifying plus staying organized and connected with my people.

"Great CRM that easily flows with Google Apps"
What do you like best about Copper?

I've tried Insightly and it worked fine for what it was. It was a bit less user friendly. With Prosperworks I've had 0 complaints and since time is money, the less time I have to think about settings or problems with this tool the more time I have to help my clients. It is also very easy to merge contacts. With as many email addresses, social media profiles, etc that are out there, I always found that my contacts were duplicated. So with Prosperworks, it makes it easy to merge those down to the one person you need to work with.

What do you dislike about Copper?

I would like to have an email campaign launcher of sorts start inside of Prosperworks.

What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?

I just needed a better way to store customer information and add to it and review it quickly.

"Very Good CRM with Room for Prorgress"
What do you like best about Copper?

Google Apps integration is second to none in the list of CRM applications we've worked with. By working with different CRM systems, the process are similar in most. When using them as religiously as we do, alongside our project collaboration platforms, it has been very clear that the most vital pieces of information we often need are associated with emails. Prosperworks addresses this well and it has saved us a lot of time and kept things moving.

What do you dislike about Copper?

Dasboard needs an overhaul, calendar system needs to be improved (why does it not add it as a task?) - The sales cycle elements need refining (clear indicators on how to change items). Then there are those that are relative to personal taste. The material design is nice - and it is consistent - which hurts it in some ways. By not having certain fields (ie. Opportunity value, Client phone number) stand out when viewing details of items, it gets too blended in with the rest, leaving a lot of room for error when relying on your group to input items.

What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reducing the sales cycle timeline. Keeping abreast of contact interactions and creating calls to action based on automatic and informational triggers that allow us to act upon.

What do you like best about Copper?

From on-boarding to user interface, this is the best CRM I've ever worked with. The team, and the product come together to CRM that is lightweight, intuitive, clean, and completely interactive within the Google apps environment. Truly a game changer.

What do you dislike about Copper?

I honestly cant think of anything. I know...crazy

"Best CRM I have found! "
What do you like best about Copper?

This is an amazing CRM, it integrates so well with Google Apps! I see a few reviews that say customer service was not good, that was not my experience, all my questions about integrations, suggestions for integrations and questions about using the CRM were answered through their email support same day. We've tried just about every CRM out there and this is the best so far! I love that it has customization, and the sales pipelines are clear and has customization too. We just finished our 14 day trial and signed up for a year with Prosperworks under Professional version so we get the Mailchimp integration. It's not cheap but it's still less than most of the other CRMs which didn't even meet all of our needs. This is literally an answer to our prayers for a Google integrated CRM!

What do you dislike about Copper?

Right now there is no VOIP integration for calls made to be auto logged but they are working on it.

What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?

Data entry time has been reduced, we are able to use it for multiple sales pipelines because our sales pipelines cross over between each other. We can move people from pipeline to pipeline as needed. There are many customizable fields as well. I love that it integrates with Google apps also so that it automatically

"I'm hooked! Couldn't run my 2 small business without Prosperworks!"
What do you like best about Copper?

I am now using them for both my wedding companies! It integrates seamlessly with google apps and email and is a more than 1/4 the price of other CMS systems where you have to spend endless hours setting them up. Prosperworks is easy to setup and you can be using it in a day and not weeks to a month. Thank you! You have taken this small business owner to a whole new level!

What do you dislike about Copper?

There are a few customization things that would be nice for my particular business. Such as being able to setup automated tasks according to a times specified

"Best CRM for commercial broker!"
What do you like best about Copper?

After 3 months using Sales Force IQ with sub-par results, we began looking for a new CRM to help streamline our Commercial Morgage Broker operations. We tried Act! with frustrating results. I finally found ProsperWorks which pairs incredibly well with our Google Apps and Gmail. After 3 days, I jumped for joy as we finally found a CRM that was simple to customize to our particular needs! I foresee a long partnership for the life of our company.

What do you dislike about Copper?

I wish you could select multiple entrees from customized columns and drop downs.

What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?

"Now it feels like working!"
What do you like best about Copper?

Some quotes from my team: - "Now I feel like working!" - "Finally we cleared up all this mess" - "Whoa, I can't even ... , damn, this is good!" Our search is finally over. After trying all CRMs from the big league I realized one simple but critical strong point Prosperworks has and others don't - "it feels like using it". PW has an EXTREMELY intuitive interface and cool design (they didn't drop the ball with the features - don't worry). This CRM is built by young and smart people who understand what a small startup business is. My team has fallen in love with PW and update it every day with the same passion they update their own beloved FB pages. What could be more important for a business? I know it sounds corny, but the true is that the most sophisticated tools are useless if your team doesn't use them. All these features packed CRMs are good for the huge companies with a clear separation between sales and ops (like investment banks). If you have 300 sales and 50 back-office ops girls for data entry you might be ok with pretty much every CRM (The Mighty S, The Big Z, you name it), but if your team is young, impatient and active outside the office these CRMs will become your coffin. As a manager you will end up feeding your CRM beast yourself and barking on your colleagues when they don't log their activities. After trying other CRMs I found them actually demoralizing for my team and we almost decided not to use any CRM at all and stick with "Asana+Google Apps" simple combination (which is, I believe, the best start for a small sales team which needs to learn how to work together before jumping into a complex CRM solution). To summarize: - Outstanding interface; - Google integration; - Google Chrome plugin (amazing!) - Inline editing. You won't have to click-save-click-save...; - Your team will start using it on the first day without being told to; - This CRM is designed to push your team forward, not to be pulled; - Great mobile application; - Friendly and helpful support;

What do you dislike about Copper?

There are some minor things: - Some lack of flexibility on the dashboard; I would prefer customizing the modules myself; - No push notifications and activity stream on the mobile application (should be released soon); - No built-in "email box" and emails templates;

What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?

This CRM gives us full transparency and control over every part of our business.
